This study examined the influence of information culture and work environment on employee job performance in Lagos state internal revenue service. A validated survey instrument was tested on 210 employees in Lagos State Internal Revenue Service and showed that information culture positively influenced employee job performance. (R = 0.676; R2 = 0.458; Adj R2 = 0.455; F (1, 190) = 160.43; Sig. = 0.000). Work environment positively influenced employee performance. (R = 0.488; R2 = 0.238; Adj R2 = 0.234; F (1, 190) = 59.53; Sig. = 0.000). The results further reveled that information culture and work environment both have positive influence on employee performance. (R = 0. 691; R2 = 0.477; Adjusted-R2 = 0.472; F (2, 189) = 86.40; Sig. = 0.000)The study concluded that information culture and work environment plays an important role in enhancing employee job performance in Lagos State Internal Revenue Service. The study recommended that Information culture and good working environment should be maintained in the organization. The success of an organization in achieving its objectives, cannot be separated from the human resources factor. This is because human resources is a key factor to mobilize other resources that exist within an institution. To realize these goals can be achieved by improving the performance of human resources with the many factors that influence it. The purpose of this research is; 1) to analyze empirically significant influence Work Environment, Supervision, Competency, Motivation, Employee Compensation Dishubkominfo to Tegal. 2) To analyze empirically significant influence Work Environment, supervision, competence, motivation, the employee's performance Dishubkominfo Tegal. 3) To determine empirically significant influence as an intervening variable compensation to employee performance Dishubkominfo Tegal. This type of research is explanatory research (explanation) using a quantitative approach. The location of this research is Dishubkominfo Office of Tegal. With the object of study include: 1) Work Environment, 2) Supervision, 3) Competence,               4) Motivation, 5) Performance and Compensation office clerk Dishubkominfo Tegal. Office workers Dishubkominfo population numbered 204 people with various strata covering court clerks, staff and leaders in the ranks Dishubkominfo Office Tegal as the sample is equal to 135 Employees who are civil servants and non-civil servants. The results showed that: 1) Work Environment, competence significantly influence employee compensation Dishubkominfo Tegal is proven. 2) Monitoring Motivation significantly influence employee compensation Dishubkominfo Tegal is not proven. 3) Working Environment Monitoring significant effect on employee performance Dishubkominfo Tegal is proven. 4) Competence Motivation significant effect on employee performance Dishubkominfo Tegal is proven. 5) Compensation as an intervening variable is a significant positive influence between work environment, supervision, competence and motivation to employee performance Dishubkominfo Tegal is proven. This research was conducted to measure the Influence Workload and Working Environment on Employee Job Performance with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable in PT . Sarijasa Transutama Jakarta warehouse. The sample studied totaled 68 respondents. This study uses qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Testing is done with the system simultaneously and partially. The analysis showed that the work load significantly influence employee performance, the working environment have a significant effect on employee performance, workload and working environment together - each has a significant influence on employee performance, intervention job satisfaction may mediate the effect of workload on achievement work, job satisfaction interventions may mediate the effect of the work environment on work performance.

The purpose of this research is to gain an overview of the working environment, competence, motivation and work performance of the employee at Tanjung Jabung District Education Office; and to know the influence of the working environment andwork motivation against the competencies and performance of pergawai; as well as to know the influence of work motivation on performance. To answer the research objectives, the author uses the theory that studies related to the variable of researchi.e. working environment theory, competence, motivation and work performance. In addition the author also searched for relevant earlier research in the form of articles/journals and previous thesis to support this research. The population in this research is an employee at Tanjung Jabung District Education Office East of 65 employees.Due to the number of population in this study less than 100 people then in this research sampling method using the method of census. Analysis techniques using pathanalysis to see the direct and indirect influence, and was succeeded by testing the RSquare and hypothesis testing partially and simultaneous with t-test and F-test of the test path analysis is done, the results the research showed that the work environment has an impact on the competence and motivation of working and performance of employees. Where on the basis of the results of the test t (partial) and F (Simultaneous) indicate that the work environment and competence has a significant and positive influence towards the working motivation and performance, as well as the motivation of working also has the influence of the significant and positive towards the performance of employees. This explains that if an organization has a good working environment and supported by employees who have good competence, then it would have an effect on the motivation of work that have implications for improved performance against employees on Tanjung Jabung District Education Office. This research makes some conclusions based on results of research i.e. work environment,competence, motivation and performance of employees at Tanjung Jabung DistrictEducation Office in a pretty good condition; the work environment and the competence of a positive and significant effect against the motivation of working either partially or simultaneously; the work environment and the competence of a positive and significant effect on performance clerk either partially or simultaneously; the motivation of working effect on employee performance; and the work environment and competence together through motivation affect direct and indirect employee performance against at Tanjung Jabung District Education Office.Keywords: work environment, competence, Motivation and Work performance.

Employee performance is something that is considered important for the company. Employees have high performance will certainly be able to work optimally so that the objectives of the institution itself will be easily achieved. Through the improvement of the working environment and working discipline expected the resulting performance can be optimized within the enterprise. In this study to determine the three variables that can affect employee performance (Y), the work environment variables (X1) and discipline (X2). Simultaneous and partially on the performance of employees at PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. Type of research is quantitative research. Methods of data collection using questionnaires with sempel amount of research is 100 respondents.Data analysis techniques in research using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test and partial test ( Test T) and a simultaneous test (Test F). Results of research conducted using SPSS 2.2 (ststitical program for social science), from the results obtained that the working environment (X1) were significant influence on employee performance (Y) on PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia because work environment variables t = 3.231 > t table 1.660 with sig = 0.002 < 0.05. Labor discipline (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Work environment (X1) and discipline (X2) simultaneously significant effect on employee performance (Y) PT. Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia.The results obtained on the whole of the working environment (X1) and discipline (X2) are all very significant influence on employee performance (Y) in PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. Keywords:Work Environment, Work Discipline and Employee Performance

Objective - This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Occupational Health and Safety, and the Working Environment on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable in PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) with sample on DAOP I Jakarta. Methodology/Technique - The study population numbered 292 employees and 75 respondents be adopted as a sample of the study. Techniques of analysis using a statistical test structural equation model-based variance (SmartPLS). Findings – The results showed that, (1) Occupational Health and Safety had no effect on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance, (2) the Work Environment had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance (3) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, (4) Occupational Health and Safety has no effect on Employee Performance even though through Job Satisfaction mediation, (5) the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through mediation of Job Satisfaction, (6) Occupational Health and Safety, and the Work Environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction with the coefficient of determination, which is equal to 0,533, (7) Occupational Health and Safety, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a positive effect and significant to Employee Performance with coefficient of determination, which is equal to 0,890. Novelty - The company is expected to provide adequate rest periods, maintain the nutritional intake of its employees by providing healthy food, provide educational scholarships for further levels for employees, safeguard the work environment from chemical hazards and other hazards, and give positive motivation to the employees. Effect of Financial Compensation, Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. The principal issues in this study is whether the process of financial compensation, work environment, work motivation influence on the performance of employees at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. This study aims to reveal the Financial Compensation Effect, Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. This research is descriptive associative. The population in this study is the employee at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh totaling 67 people. The sampling technique sampling study is saturated. The questionnaire was used as data collection techniques. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis, multicollinearity analysis, analysis heterokedastisistas, normality test and coefficient detereminasi. To test the hypothesis used t test, Test F. Based on the analysis of the influence of financial compensation, work environment and work motivation and employee performance, especially in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh, it would seem that there is a positive influence and significant correlation between financial compensation, work environment, work motivation on employee performance. Thus the hypothesis is proved.

The purpose of this research are to knowing, analyze, and reviewing the influence of work environment and motivation on job satisfaction and impact on employee performance at Land Office, Regency of Merangin, Jambi Province. The analysis method used are descriptive analysis and verification analysis. Descriptive analysis is used to reveal the facts of the object that have been research. While verification analysis is used to test and measure the influence of independent variable X1 (Work Environment) and X2 (Motivation) to the dependent variable Z (Performance) with intervening variable Y (Job Satisfaction).      The result of this research and hypothesis testing that have been conducted got the result that : 1) Effect of work environment on job satisfaction directly and indirectly is 9,001%; 2) The influence of motivation on job satisfaction directly and indirectly is 69,739%; 3) Effect of work environment and joint motivation to job satisfaction is 78,740%; 4) The effect of working environment on the performance directly and indirectly is -1,945 %; 5) The influence of motivation on performance directly and indirectly is 15,639%; 6) The influence of working environment and joint motivation on performamce is 13,693%; 7) The effect of job satisfaction on performance is 15,682%; 8) The influence of working environment and joint motivation on performance through job satisfaction is 14,009%.

An organization is synonymous with performance, which is defined as a measure of where an organization is success in achieving the target or not, in the province of West Java BNN in 2017 whose activities realized only reached 54.25%. One of the external factors that can influence is the work environment, it shows that BNN province of West Java has a working environment can create a disgruntled employee.This study was conducted to determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance. The method used in this research is quantitative. Using multiple linear regression with SPSS Ver.23 as data processing tools. From the data processing showed the physical work environment affects 33.1% and non-physical work environment has a greater influence second known 43.2% a significant impact on employee performance. It was concluded that the effect on the performance of employees in the province of West Java BNN is a non-physical work environment, because BNN itself has activities associated with various organizations outside the office.

<p><em>Keberhasilan sebuah perusahaan sangat erat berkaitan dengan kinerja dari karyawan yang ada dalam perusahaan. Karyawan mengemban tugas dan fungsi dalam perusahaan. Meningkatnya kinerja perusahaan merupakan indikator dari keberhasilan suatu perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis: 1) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, 2) pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, 3) pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan 4) variabel yang dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survei pada karyawan CV Panca Putra di Karanganyar</em><em>. Jenis data menggunakan data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Sumber data menggunakan sumber data primer dan data sekunder. </em><em>Populasi target adalah karyawan bagian produksi sebanyak 534 karyawan. Sampel ditentukan 80 karyawan dengan proportional cluster random sampling</em><em>.</em><em> Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja, motivasi dan kompensasi  berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi merupakan variabel yang dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan, karena nilai koefisien regresinya 0,473; lebih besar daripada lingkungan kerja (0,261), dan motivasi (0,393)</em></p><p> </p><p><em>The success of a company is closely related to the performance of existing employees within the company. Employees carry out the </em><em>task and </em><em>functions within the company. Increased corporate performance is an indicator of the success of a company. The purpose of this study is to analyze: 1) the influence of work environment on employee performance, 2) the influence of motivation on employee performance, 3) the effect of compensation on employee performance, and 4) the dominant variable influence on employee performance. This type of research is a survey on employees of CV Panca Putra in Karanganyar. Types of data use qualitative and quantitative data. Data sources use primary </em><em>and </em><em>secondary data sources. Target population is employees of production as much as 534 employees. The sample was determined by 80 employees with proportional cluster random sampling. Data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis using multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the work environment, motivation and compensation effect on employee performance. Compensation is a dominant variable affecting employee performance, because the value of regression coefficient 0.473; greater than the working environment (0.261), and motivation (0.393)</em></p>

This research aims to test the influence of the culture of the Organization, the work environment, Financial Compensation, and Non financial Compensationperformance against permanent employees of PT. Surabaya Panel Lestari Gresik. Then conducted a review of the literature and the preparation of the hypothesis, as well as the data obtained from the dissemination of questionnaires against 62 permanent employees of PT. Surabaya Panel Lestari Gresik using Total Sampling. Testing is done using multiple Linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that organizational culture does not have an effect on the variable performance of the employees, the influential working environment significantly to the performance of the employee, financial compensation is a significant effect on performance of employees and Non financial compensation effect significantly to the performance of the employee. The culture of the Organization, the work environment, Financial Compensation, Non financial Compensationsignificant effect simultaneously against variable employee performance.
