The purpose of this research to 1 ) analyze the influence of motivation of the performance of officers from Tegal city 2 ) analyze the influence of discipline work on performance officers from Tegal city 3 ) analyze the influence of motivation and discipline work on performance officers from Tegal .Respondents in this research as many as 84 people .These respondents is officers from tegal city .The necessary data collected to technique the questionnaire , literature study , observation and interview .Data analysis used in this research was descriptive analysis , test the assumption classical , regression analysis multiple , the testing of hypotheses and analysis the coefficients determination .The research can be concluded that is the positive and significant motivation to the performance of officers from tegal city . This is evidenced from the test hypothesis in partial obtained value significance of 0,011 which is smaller than 0.05 .The results of research suggests that is the positive and significant discipline work of the performance of the officers from tegal city .This is evidenced from the test hypothesis in partial obtained value significance of 0,000 which is smaller than 0.05 .The results of research suggests that is the positive and significant of the incentives and discipline work together to the performance of officers from tegal city .This is evidenced from the test hypothesis simultaneously obtained value significance ( test anova f ) of 0,000 which is smaller than 0.05 . AbstractThe teacher is the most important factor in the field of education, because the teacher is the driving force of education for students in achieving educational goals. If there is a managerial role from the leader, the teacher will be able to teach the school the best. Therefore, the principal must be able to motivate teachers to improve teacher performance. This article aims to determine the performance of OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior) in teacher leadership and integrity. This article uses the literature study method. Therefore, the principal must be able to stimulate teachers to improve their performance. The method used is descriptive analysis. __________ AbstrakGuru adalah faktor yang terpenting dalam bidang pendidikan, karena guru adalah penggerak pendidikan bagi siswa mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Dalam hal peran manajerial dari pemimpin maka guru akan mampu melakukan pengajaran yang terbaik sekolah. Oleh karena itu, kepala sekolah harus mampu memotivasi guru dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja perilaku kewargaan organisasi dalam kepemimpinan dan integritas guru. Artikel ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan. Karena itu, kepala sekolah harus bisa merangsang guru untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya.

This study aims to examine the effect of work life balance, personality and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. The sample used in this study was 165 respondents. The sampling technique uses incidental sampling. Data analysis methods use descriptive analysis, regression analysis, and path analysis using IBM SPSS. The results showed that work life balance was not significantly positive effect, while personality and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment was able to mediate the relationship between work life balance and personality on organizational citizenship behavior. The suggestion from this research is that the company should be able to develop more policies that encourage employees to be eager to contribute. For further research that is examining the same aspects to use respondents who have a position in a relatively high job, such as supervisors and managers. To be compared between employees who have positions and not have positions.

<p>This study analyzes the effect of knowledge management on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) mediating by empowerment. The research data was collected by a questionnaire through the survey methods toward 375 teachers. Data analysis uses path analysis supported by descriptive statistics. The results show that knowledge management had a significant effect on OCB mediating by empowerment. Thus, the teacher’s OCB can be improved through knowledge management and empowerment. This finding can be discussed as a reference among researchers and practitioners to develop better models of OCB in the future and various contexts of organizations.</p>

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and work motivation of organizational citizenship behavior in LPD Tanjung Benoa. The population in this research is all employees in LPD Tanjung Benoa which amounted to 32 people. The sample used in this study is the entire population of 32 people with the participation of leaders. By the method of determining saturated sampling is the technique of determining the sample when all members of the population used as a sample. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis to test the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation to OCB in LPD Tanjung Benoa. The results showed that job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on OCB employees in LPD Tanjung Benoa. That is, the higher job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation owned by employees, it will increase the OCB LPD employees Tanjung Benoa.

This study aimed to determine the effect of human relations and the integrity of the organization's performance simultaneously, determine the effect of human relations to organizational performance partially, determine the effect of the integrity of the performance of an organization partially, determine the effect organizational citizenship behavior to organizational performance partially, determine the effect of human relations to organizational performance through organizational citizenship behavior and determine the effect of integrity to organizational performance through organizational citizenship behavior. The study was conducted in PT Hana Nuansa Pratama. Sampling using saturated samples involving 70 employees in all parts of the organization. Analysis of data using path analysis. Based on data analysis known that the human relations and integrity variables affect the performance of the organization simultaneously. Human relations variables affect the performance of an organization partially. Integrity variables affect the performance of an organization partially. Organizational citizenship behavior variables affect the performance of an organization partially. Organizational citizenship behavior can provide an increased impact on human relations and the integrity of the performance of the organization.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior, both on the direct and indirect effect on employees of favehotel Ahmad Yani Banjarmasin. This study uses an explanatory research method with a quantitative approach. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The study population was all employees of favehotel ahmad yani Banjarmasin and a sample of 67 respondents. The results of this study indicate that Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with a path coefficient value of 0.604. Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a significant effect on employee performance with a path coefficient value of 0.320. Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a path coefficient value of 0.280. Organizational Citizenship Behavior does not mediate job satisfaction on employee performance with a direct effect value that is greater than the indirect effect.

<p><em>Organizational citizenship behavior</em>  (OCB)  merupakan salah satu bentuk perilaku prososial yaitu perilaku sosial yang positif, konstruktif dan membantu. OCB ini tercermin melalui perilaku suka menolong orang lain, menjadi <em>volunteer</em> untuk tugas-tugas ekstra, patuh terhadap aturan-aturan dan prosedur-prosedur di tempat kerja. Perilaku tersebut akan muncul bila karyawan merasakan kepuasan dalam bekerja dan memiliki komitmen terhadap organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap <em>organizational citizenship behavior</em> karyawan hotel berbintang di Bali secara parsial dan simultan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner dengan  menggunakan 100 responden dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan amalisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara parsial maupun simultan  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap <em>organizational citizenship behavior</em> karyawan. This OCB is reflected through the behavior of helping others, volunteering for extra tasks, obeying the rules and procedures at work. Such behavior will arise when employees feel satisfaction in work and have a commitment to the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to the organizational citizenship behavior of star hotel employees in Bali partially and simultaneously. The research data was collected through questionnaire using 100 respondents and analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that job satisfaction and organizational commitment partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior of employees. Aim – The aim of the research was to find out the influence of emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior.Design/Methodology/Approach – The research design was cross sectional method. This research employed descriptive approach through explanatory survey method. There were 103 respondents selected through probability sampling. The questionnaires were distributed as the instruments in collecting data from the respondents. The analysis technique used was descriptive technique by using frequency distribution.Findings – Based on the research findings through descriptive analysis, it was found that the emotional intelligence was in the good category by score 9444 and percentage 81.86%, job satisfaction was in high category by score 12198 and percentage 80.56%, and organizational citizenship behavior was in the good category by score 11853 and percentage 82.19%.Originality/value – This research is the basic to understand the emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior concept. The difference of the research and  the previous research was in its object aspect, which was West Java Regional Civil Service Agency in Bandung with the observed variables; emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior by using different theories and references from previous research.

The era of globalization is one of the driving factors for a change in an organization. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on job satisfaction, analyze the influence of transformational leadership and job satisfaction on OCB and the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of transformational leadership on OCB employees of PBF PT Banyumas. Samples were determined as many as 39 people with saturated sampling techniques. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires directly to PBF employees. PT. Banyumas and analyzed using calculative descriptive statistics and descriptive statistics in the form of classic assumption tests and path analysis. The results of data analysis show that transformational leadership variables have a positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction and transformational leadership variables have a positive effect on OCB, job satisfaction variables have a positive and significant effect in mediating partially the effect of transformational leadership on OCB at PT Banyumas PBF.
