This research aims to find out the benefits of using the Card Payment Inatrument in Tegal. This research was conducted in the Tegal by taking 100 respondents to visitors shopping center in Tegal. The respondent despite into two groups, 50 male respondents and 50 female respondents this research use qualitative method. Respondents were randomly selected and the data were collected based on in depth interview results. The results of this research show that the Card Payment Method has a huge benefit for its users. Some societies state. able to bring cost-effective behavior because it can control spending. Of money. However, there are also people who give the perception that APMK is a secure payment instrument because mostly card has a Personal Indentification Number in it. The uniqueness of communication ways for the Deaf is different from other people. On communicating they use sign language to bridge communication process. However, not everyone can understand their message so that is difficult to express theirselves. The purpose of this research was to determine the meaning of pantomim by Deaf students and knowing how to self-expressing and meaning by using key informants helped deaf students at SLB Negeri Cicendo Bandung. This research use qualitative method with phenomenological approach. Types of data used are primary data through observation and interview. The results obtained through this research show that the meaning of pantomim by deaf students from five informants are important in his life. Pantomim is entertaining for deaf student, because it is funny and can make them laugh. Pantomim is a hobby that become their favorite thing. So pantomim makes deaf student to be brave, having many friends, and the achievments and make their parents be happy and proud. Abstract The Shodaqoh of rubbish is collective behavior are changed rubbish become a good things from residue. Women have been dominant activities, in the classifications of rubbish in the household, make product handy craft, socialization, supply accommodation to guest in training of rubbish management. This research use qualitative method. Explore data trough in-depth interview and observation as primer data. Ecofeminism perspective believe that all of activities women must be done by awareness, not only by social construction that women are feminine and care. All of activities women in Dusun Sukunan are not suitable with Ecofeminism perspective. They done because of nature character. So the awareness process must be done. Key word : Shodaqoh of rubbish, rubbish, environment and women Abstrak Shodaqoh sampah merupakan gerakan kolektif yang merubah perspektif bahwa sampah bukan merupakan barang sisa dan bisa dimanfaatkan. Perempuan memiliki peran dominan dalam aktifitas ini, mulai dari proses pemilahan sampah rumah tangga, pembuatan kerajian, sosialisasi dan penyediaan akomodosi bagi peserta pelatihan pengelolaan sampah. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif. Metode penggalian data: observasi dan wawancara mendalam sebagai data primer. Pendekatan ekofeminisme menekankan bahwa aktivitas yang dilakukan perempuan itu hendaknya lebih dilakukan karena kesadaran, bukan hanya kodratnya yang dicitrakan sangat feminim dan penjaga-pemelihara. Praktik yang dilakukan perempuan Dusun Sukunan belum pada tahap itu, akan tetapi masih kuat karena faktor kodrat perempuan, sehingga proses penyadaran harus senantiasa dilakukan. Kata Kunci : shodaqoh sampah, sampah, lingkungan dan perempuan

Abstract- The existence of food street vendors in Jakarta Indonesia has been regulated by a Governor regulation for its improved management and arrangement in 2015. The food street vendors were unregulated and uncontrollable that disturb other street users, become organized with infrastructure support and empowerment plan from the government. The support structure from the local government is to construct food street courts to give basic facilities required for such business. The evolution from unregulated street vendors to a more organized locus for street vendors was supposed to be supported by empowerment. The study aims to investigate how food street vendors feels in facing the changes of business situation in general. For this purpose, a qualitative method with descriptive approach using observations and in-depth interview with the food street vendors. The findings of the research show that the food street vendors feel more confident in selling their food product whereas they have not implemented hygiene and sanitation as it is supposed to be. Thus, it is recommended to enhance the empowerment plan by looking at closely on the communication media to develop the capacity of the food street vendors. Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate the actual condition of the students of University of Rajshahi (RU) regarding drug abuse and addiction. Using case study method the research was conducted with four objectives: (a) to find out how respondents began drug abuse; (b) to discover the causes of their drug addiction; (c) to understand the process of their drug abuse; and (d) to find out the economic, social and health effects of drug abuse. Methods: Case study method was used in this research. Through snowball sampling 18 drug- addicted students of RU were selected as respondents. In-depth interview with a schedule was used to collect data from the respondents in January 2019. Results: Findings of the study show that the causes of drug addiction included curiosity, frustration, friends’ request, neglect from family and friends etc. The drugs which they usually abused were Yaba, Phensydyle, Ganja (Weed), Chuani etc. Their average monthly expenditure for collecting drugs was in between Taka 8,000-10,000. They collected those drugs from rickshaw pullers at different points within the campus and from Mizaner Mor, Budhpara slum and other places outside the campus. The respondents opined that drugs were available if sufficient money could be spent. The respondents had senior and junior fellow students and local boys as companions while taking drugs. Most of them faced physical problems after taking drugs, and some of them tried to get rid of this curse of drug addiction. Conclusion: The findings of this research show that the rate of drug addiction among the students of RU was quite alarming. Therefore, all stakeholders including the students, guardians, teachers, university authority, the law makers and law enforcing agencies, researchers, civil society, NGO’s and the state must come forward together to combat this formidable foe.

ABSTRACT This article explains the result of Sa’Unine String Orchestra as one of Indonesian orchestras in popular culture. Main idea of this research is to uncover and describe the characteristic, func- tion, and role of Sa’Unine String Orchestra within the popular culture in Indonesia. This research used qualitative method with ethnographical approaches to identify all facts that discovered during research. The conclusions of this research show that Sa’Unine String Orchestra moves in two ways, there are; the idealism which had a vision to create a real Indonesian string orchestra and a part of music industry. At the end, these two ways are connected to each other because of the earnings of those. Music industry becomes a support factor which create the idealism of Sa’Unine String Or- chestra to be an Indonesian String Orchestra. Keywords: String Orchestra, Music, Popular Culture.

PREDIKSI HARGA SAHAM PT. BRI, Tbk. MENGGUNAKAN METODE ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average) Greis S. Lilipaly1) , Djoni Hatidja1) , John S. Kekenusa1) ABSTRAK Metode ARIMA adalah salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam memprediksi perubahan harga saham. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat model ARIMA dan memprediksi harga saham PT. BRI, Tbk. bulan November 2014. Penelitian menggunakan data harga saham  harian  maksimum dan minimum PT. BRI, Tbk. Data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder yang diambil dari website perusahaan PT. BRI, Tbk. sejak 3 Januari 2011 sampai 20 Oktober 2014 untuk memprediksi harga saham bulan November 2014. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data tahun 2011 sampai Oktober 2014 bisa digunakan untuk memprediksi harga saham bulan November 2014. Hasilnya model ARIMA untuk harga saham maksimum adalah ARIMA (2,1,3) dan harga saham minimum adalah model (2,1,3) yang dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi data bulan November 2014 dengan validasi prediksi yang diambil pada bulan Oktober 2014 untuk selanjutnya dilakukan prediksi bulan November 2014. Kata Kunci: Metode ARIMA, PT. BRI, Tbk., Saham THE PREDICTION STOCK PRICE OF PT. BRI, Tbk. USE ARIMA METHOD (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average) ABSTRACT ARIMA method is one of the method that used to prediction the change of stock price. The purpose of this research is to make model of ARIMA and predict stock price of PT. BRI, Tbk. in November 2014. The research use maximum and minimum data of stock price daily of PT. BRI, Tbk. Data are used is secondary data that taking from website of PT. BRI, Tbk. since January 3rd 2011 until October 20th 2014 to predict stock price in November 2014. From this research show that data from 2011 until October 2014 can be used to predict the stock price in November 2014. The result of ARIMA’s model for the maximum stock price is ARIMA (2,1,3) and the minimum stock price is (2,1,3) can use to predict the data on November 2014 with predict validation that take on October 2014 and with that predict November 2014. This study aims to provide an overview of the process of cultural change through total quality management in Islamic perspective carried out at Daar El Manshur Islamic Boarding School. The method of the study is qualitative method by using in-depth interview techniques with informants. This research was conducted at the Daar El Manshur Islamic Boarding School, Depok City, West Java. Data analysis was carried out using content analysis with the stages of reducing data, triangulating data, presenting data descriptively, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results showed that cultural change through total quality management at Daar El Manshur Islamic Boarding School was seen from 7 focuses. The focus of planning for Islamic boarding schools is still focused on current conditions. The focus of the organization is participatory by involving all individuals to improve the quality of education and to develop Islamic boarding schools. The focus of control is still in the form of monitoring and supervising each section based on the existing SOP. The focus of communication has been two-way communication. The focus of the decision is still reactive and not based on well planning even though decisions are made based on deliberation and consensus. The focus of functional management has not been fully integrated. The focus of quality management is still reactive because it is still in the stage of finding the best and most suitable method to be applied in Islamic boarding schools. Therefore, the process of cultural change at Daar El Manshur Islamic Boarding School has begun to occur.
