The purpose of this study was to test the significance of the influence of communication, work environment on employee performance Regional Planning Agency Sukoharjo with motivation as an intervening variable. The population in this study were employees of the Regional Development Planning Agency Sukoharjo. The sample in this study all employees. Data used in the study is primary data taken with a list of statements given to all employees. The analysis tools used are validity , reliability testing, linearity test, path analysis, t test, F test, test and correlation coefficient of determination. Individual testing of the hypothesis showed that communication variables, working environment and significant positive effect on employee motivation. Variable communication, working environment and motivation positive and significant impact on employee performance. Together - each variable communication, working environment and motivation positive and significant impact on the performance variables. Direct influence on the performance of communication larger than the indirect effect of communication on performance through motivation. Motivation in mediating the relationship between communication with ineffective performance. Direct influence on the performance of the work environment is greater than the indirect effect of work environment on performance through motivation. Motivation in mediating the relationship between work environment with ineffective performance. Because motivation is not effective in mediating the relationship between communication and performance of the work environment with motivation serve as independent variables.Keywords :communication, work environment, motivation, performance

This study aims to examine the extent of work discipline, compensation in mendeterminasi employee performance with work motivation as intervening variables at PT Cahaya Pulau Pura in Batam City, using quantitative research methods with data analysis techniques with path analysis of employees as many as 160 reponden made a sample of a population of 268 employees, whose data were tested using SPSS 21 software tools. The results of the study were; Work discipline has a significant influence on work motivation with the coefficient of direct effect of work discipline on work motivation is 0,513. Compensation has no significant effect on work motivation with coefficient of direct effect of compensation on work motivation is 0,015. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with coefficient of direct effect of work discipline on employee performance is 0,249. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance with coefficient of direct effect of compensation on employee performance is 0,159. Motivation of work has a significant effect on employee performance with coefficient of direct influence of work motivation on employee performance is 0,559. Coefficient of indirect effect> direct effect (0.2867> 0.249). So that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance through work motivation. Or it could be concluded that the motivation of work as an intervening variable in mediating the relationship of work discipline to the performance of employees. Coefficient of indirect effect> direct influence (0,1674> 0,159). So that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance through work motivation. Or it could be concluded that the motivation of work as an intervening variable in mediating the compensation relationship on employee performance.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan kompetensi kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja pegawai Dinas Pemuda dan Olah Raga di Kota Gorontalo. Desain penelitian ini adalah survei, untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian serta melakukan interpretasi mengenai hubungan variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat. Populasi dan sample dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan pegawai Dinas Pemuda dan Olah Raga Kota Gorontalo sebanyak 47 orang. Instrumen utamanya adalah angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan kompetensi dengan kinerja pegawai tergolong pada katagori sangat signifikan; hubungan lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja pegawai dikatagorikan tingkat hubungan lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja pegawai dikatagorikan signifikan; hubungan kompetensi (X1) dan lingkungan kerja (X2) secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja pegawai (Y) dapat dikatagorikan tingkat hubungan Kompetensi dan Lingkungan Kerja secara bersama-sama dengan Kinerja Pegawai dikatagorikan sangat signifikan.The purpose of this study to describe the relationship of competence and work environment with employee performance Department of Youth and Sports in the city of Gorontalo. This is a survey research design, to test the hypothesis of the study and interpretation of the relationship of independent variables with the dependent variable. Population and sample in this study was overall employee in the Department of Youth and Sports Gorontalo 47 people. The main instrument was a questionnaire. The results showed: the relationship competence with employee performance belong to the category of very significant; relationship work environment with employee performance level categorized workplace relationships with significant categorized employee performance; relationship competence (X1) and work environment (X2) together with employee performance (Y) level relations Competence and Working Environment together with the very significant categorized Employee Performance.

The business of making goods, the business of repairing goods, to the electronic and electrical credit businesses are found all around us. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress, communication, and work environment on employee performance. The phenomenon of increased public demand for electronic and electrical goods, increased work stress, ineffective communication, and an uncomfortable working environment underlie this research. The research method used is a quantitative approach, the type of research is quantitative descriptive, and the nature of this study is descriptive explanatory. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique uses the saturation sampling method. The sample in this study was 80 employees. The results showed work stress, communication, and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the lower the work stress, the better the communication and work environment will be able to improve employee performance. This study aims to analysis (1) influence of the work environment on employee performance, (2) influence of the work environment on employee involvement, (3) influence of teamwork on employee performance, (4) influence of teamwork on employee involvement, (5) the effect of employee involvement on employees performance, (6) the role of employee involvement mediates the working environment relationship on employee performance, (7) the role of employee involvement mediates teamwork relationship to employee performance. The population in this study was 680 of all MAP employees at the Dili, the sample using the slovin formula so as to get 156. Data were analyzed using the Smart-PLS The research findings the work environment, teamwork, influence positive not significantly to employee performance. This research shows that work environment, teamwork is not able to improve employee performance. The effect of work involvement on employee performance found that involvement had a positive significant effect on employee performance. A large organization, it will cause various problems faced by organizations, especially in the field of management. Leadership plays an important role in improving employee performance. Without leadership and guidance, an organization cannot be achieved according to its objectives. Bhinneka Karya Boyolali Foundation arises a problem, among them is the decreasing performance of the teacher due to lack of availability of facilities and infrastructure that support teacher performance, leadership factors also affect teacher performance, because the success of an organization depends on leadership quality that is able to motivate, direct, influence and communicate with subordinates so that the goals of the organization can be achieved optimally. This study aims to analyze the Effect of Leadership and Work Environment on Employees Through Job Satisfaction (Case Study on Teachers of Bhinneka Karya Boyolali Foundation). This study uses the instrument test analysis method which includes validity and reliability test, linearity test, regression analysis, path analysis, namely direct influence, indirect influence and total influence. T test, F test, test the coefficient of determination and correlation analysis. From the results of the questionnaire obtained Hypothesis Test Results are: Leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction. The work environment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Leadership has a significant effect on performance, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. F test results are known to be the value of F = 101.998 sig 0.000 <0.05. So that it can be concluded together leadership, work environment and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Bhinneka Karya Boyolali Foundation Teachers. The total R2 value of 0.970 means that the variation of employee performance in the teachers of various foundation boyolali works is explained by the variables of leadership, work environment and job satisfaction by 97.0% and the remaining 3.0% are explained by other variables outside the research model. It is known that the results of the analysis of the work environment path to performance is an effective pathway to improve performance.Keywords: Leadership, work environment, job satisfaction, employee performance

The purpose of this study was to find out empirically influences of motivation, discipline, leadership, organizational culture to job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and influences of motivation, discipline, leadership, organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment to employee performance in the Dinas Perdagangan Tenaga Kerja Koperasi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah of Karanganyar Regency. The technique of sampling that used in this study was sampling method.The sample that used in this research was 51 respondents. The data collecting technique used observation and questionnaire. The data analytical technique used instrument research test such as validity and reliability tests; linearity test; hypothesis test such as path analysis, t test, F test, coefficient determination and coefficient correlation tests. The instrument test result showed that all of instruments were valid and reliable. The hypothesis result of this study showed that: Motivation had positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, while discipline, leadership and organizational culture had positive but insignificant influence on job satisfaction. Motivation and organizational culture had positive and significant influence on organizational commitment, while leadership had positive but insignificant influence on organizational commitment, and discipline had negative but insignificant influence on organizational commitment. Motivation, leadership, organizational culture and job satisfaction had positive and significant influence on performance, while discipline and organizational commitment had positive but insignificant influence on performance. Motivation, discipline, leadership, organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously are significant influence to employee performance in the Dinas Perdagangan Tenaga Kerja Koperasi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah of Karanganyar Regency. The result of path analysis showed that the direct influence of motivation to performance was more effective rather than the indirect effect both through job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The direct influence of discipline to performance was more effective rather than the indirect effect both through job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The direct influence of leadership to performance was more effective rather than the indirect effect both through job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The direct influence of organizational culture to performance was more effective rather than the indirect effect both through job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Job satisfaction as the variable of intervening in this study was unable to mediate influence of motivation, discipline, leadership and organizational culture variables to performance. Organizational commitment as the variable of intervening in this study was unable to mediate influence of motivation, discipline, leadership and organizational culture variables to performance. The direct influence of leadership to performance was the most dominant path which affected performance. <p>Ab</p><p>stract: This study aims to determine the relationship between motivation on employee performance in PG Soedhono Ngawi Regency, understand the relationship work environment on employee performance in PG Soedhono Ngawi Regency, and to figure out the relationship between motivation and work environment on employee performance in PG Soedhono Ngawi Regency. This research was conducted in PTPN XI work unit PG Soedhono Ngawi Regency. Technique of determining the location and population in this study is purposive sampling technique respondents using Slovin Formula where the number of samples are 76 employees. The techniques of collecting data are observation, interviews and recording. The basic analysis is descriptive analysis of the survey technique. The data analysis used Rank Spearman Correlation analysis. The results showed that motivation has a positive and significant relationship to employee performance in PG Soedhono with weak strength criteria. The work environment has a negative relationship and no significant effect on the performance of employees in PG Soedhono criteria very weak force. While the motivation and the working environment has a positive correlation to the performance of employees in PG Soedhono with weak strength criteria.<br /><br />Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi terhadap<br />kinerja karyawan di PG Soedhono Kabupaten Ngawi, mengetahui hubungan<br />lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PG Soedhono Kabupaten Ngawi, serta<br />mengetahui hubungan motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PG<br />Soedhono Kabupaten Ngawi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan<br />bahwa motivasi memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja<br />karyawan di PG Soedhono dengan kriteria kekuatan yang lemah. Lingkungan kerja<br />memiliki hubungan yang negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PG<br />Soedhono dengan kriteria kekuatan yang sangat lemah. Employee performance is something that is considered important for the company. Employees have high performance will certainly be able to work optimally so that the objectives of the institution itself will be easily achieved. Through the improvement of the working environment and working discipline expected the resulting performance can be optimized within the enterprise. In this study to determine the three variables that can affect employee performance (Y), the work environment variables (X1) and discipline (X2). Simultaneous and partially on the performance of employees at PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. Type of research is quantitative research. Methods of data collection using questionnaires with sempel amount of research is 100 respondents.Data analysis techniques in research using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test and partial test ( Test T) and a simultaneous test (Test F). Results of research conducted using SPSS 2.2 (ststitical program for social science), from the results obtained that the working environment (X1) were significant influence on employee performance (Y) on PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia because work environment variables t = 3.231 > t table 1.660 with sig = 0.002 < 0.05. Labor discipline (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Work environment (X1) and discipline (X2) simultaneously significant effect on employee performance (Y) PT. The purpose of this study is to test partially and simultaneously the influence of motivation and work environment on the performance of state civil apparatus in the Office of Integrated Service Investment and Industry of Padang Pariaman Regency, data collected by spreading the questionnaire directly. Test of research instrument used is test of validity and reliability test. The classical assumption test used is normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. As for hypothesis test used t test and test f. The analytical method used to test the effect of motivation and work environment on the performance of civil state apparatus is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The result of the research shows that there is a significant influence between the working environment on the performance of civil apparatus of the State. Simultaneously or jointly motivation and work environment significantly influence the performance of civil apparatus of the State. Based on the research, it can be concluded that motivation has a significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus on the Integrated Service and Investment Service Department (DPMPTP) of Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. The work environment has a significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus on the Integrated Service and Industrial Service Investment Service (DPMPTP) of Padang Kabupaten Pariaman. Morality and work environment have a significant effect on the performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Department of Investment of Integrated Services and Industry (DPMPTP) of Kabupaten Padang Pariaman.

Objective - This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Occupational Health and Safety, and the Working Environment on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable in PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) with sample on DAOP I Jakarta. Methodology/Technique - The study population numbered 292 employees and 75 respondents be adopted as a sample of the study. Techniques of analysis using a statistical test structural equation model-based variance (SmartPLS). Findings – The results showed that, (1) Occupational Health and Safety had no effect on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance, (2) the Work Environment had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance (3) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, (4) Occupational Health and Safety has no effect on Employee Performance even though through Job Satisfaction mediation, (5) the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through mediation of Job Satisfaction, (6) Occupational Health and Safety, and the Work Environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction with the coefficient of determination, which is equal to 0,533, (7) Occupational Health and Safety, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a positive effect and significant to Employee Performance with coefficient of determination, which is equal to 0,890. Novelty - The company is expected to provide adequate rest periods, maintain the nutritional intake of its employees by providing healthy food, provide educational scholarships for further levels for employees, safeguard the work environment from chemical hazards and other hazards, and give positive motivation to the employees.
