This study discusses about the influence of organizational culture andwork safety on performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in Vocational High School 1 Bawang. This is a quantitative research by using questioner as a tool to collect data. The data collection technique used census technique with questionnaire as instrument. This research supported by 103 respondens of 114 teachers totally in Vocational High School 1 Bawang. Data analysis using SPSS 23, including multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis with Sobel analysis.The result of the research are; there is an influence of organizational culture, work safety on the job satisfaction partially, there is an influence of organizational culture, work safety, and job satisfaction on the performance partially, and there is an influence of organizational culture and work safety on performance with job satisfaction as intervening variable. All coefficients are positive values that show a positive influence except the effect of safety on the performance that have negative coefficients numbers.

The  title  of  this  research  article  is  "giving reward  has  great  impact onjobsatisfaction  and teacher commitmentat SMA Satya Dharma Balung Jember". This study aims to analyze and examine  the  effect  of  intrinsic  rewards  and  extrinsic  rewards  on  job  satisfaction  and  teacher commitment   in   SMA   Satya   Dharma   Balung Jember.   This   research   includes   causal, quantitative  research,  because  this  study  intends  to  explain  causal  relationships  (causality) between   variables   through   hypothesis   testing   that   has   been   formulated.   The   research population  is  all  high  school  teachers  of  Satya  Dharma  Balung  Jember.  The  sampling technique used is Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. The hypothesis proposed in this study  is  that  there  is  a  direct,  positive,  and  significant  influence  of  intrinsic  rewards,  and extrinsic rewards to job satisfaction and teachers commitment of SMA Satya Dharma Balung Jember. The  test  validity  of  research  instrument  used construct  validity.  Reliability  test was done with Cronbach Alpha. The method of analysis used is path analysis and the calculation process  is  approached  with  multiple  linear  regression  analysis.  The  results  showed  that intrinsic  rewards  and  extrinsic  rewards  had  a  direct,  positive,  and  significant  impact  on theteacher's job satisfactionofSatya Dharma Balung Jember high school. Intrinsic rewards, and extrinsic  rewards hada  direct,  positive,  and  significant  impact  on  the  work  commitment  of SMA Satya Dharma Balung Jember teachers.  Intrinsic rewards and extrinsic rewards hadan indirect,  positive,  and  significant  impact  on  teacher  commitment,  through  job  satisfaction. Based on the findings of this study, it is expected that the award received in accordance with what  is  perceived,  so  that  it  appears on  job  satisfaction  and  ultimately  lead  to  work commitments.

<p>This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. SNS Madiun. The method used in this study using quantitative research methods. And samples used in this study as many as 45 employees. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained that the Organizational Culture and Leadership Significant positive influence on employee performance. The better the culture of the organization, then the employee's performance will increase. This is research aims to influence  of  work discipline, motivation, organizational culture, and work stress on public teacher’s job satisfaction at the Public High School  at Brebes District . This  research  was conducted in four Public High School. Primary data by the method of survey with questionnaires from 100 responden to the scale Likert with hypothesis used this research.  The techniques of processing and analysis data used linear regression analysis.   Result of the analysis performed revealed that there are positive effect of variable work discipline of teacher ‘s job satisfaction positive influence motivational variable of teacher’s job satisfaction, positive influence on organizational culture variables job satisfaction of the teacher, negative effect of work stress variables on teachers job satisfaction and positive influence of work discipline, motivation, and organizaonal culture stress work simultaneously on teacher’ job satisfaction.

The development of the business world today more rapidly resulting in tight competition. This is demanding business players in order to leap ahead of the competition with how to improve the quality of human resources and expected employee can improve performance. To be employee performance and the company is also required to pay attention to the factors that can affect the performance of the employees. This research is a type of quantitative research, data obtained with the spread of the questionnaire to 45 respondents. The population in this research is all employees on CV. Putri Sion which numbered 45 people. The Data obtained and then in the analysis using the validity test, test reliability test, classical assumptions, determination coefficient test, t test, F test and multiple linear regression analysis. This research result shows that partially, job satisfaction and leadership style significantly affect to employee performance meanwhile the most dominant affecting performance is employee jobs satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to analyze organizational culture and leadership of the sport branch Board and Athlete Performances and impact against KONI (Indonesian National Sport Committee) of Riau Province. The object of research is the Sport Branch Board members of KONI (Indonesian National Sport Committee) of Riau Province. Population in this study is the Sport Branch Board members of KONI of Riau province as many as 165, with a sample of 117 people, by using a formula Solvin. The type of data required in this research is primary data and secondary data. Primary data sources were obtained from the results of empirical research through deployment questionnaire to the Branch Board Sports, while the secondary data source authors were obtained in the form of ready-made include about organisational profile of KONI of Riau Province.  Data collection methods used were interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis tools used in the study was a multiple linear regression analysis.  Results from this study showed that: (1) There is a positive effect of the Cultural Organization (X1) on the performance variable (Y1) the coofficient 0,386 with sig = 0.002 ≤ 0,05; (2) there is a positive influence Leadership variable (X2) of the variable Cultural Organization (Y1) the coofficient 0,182 with sig = 0,038 ≤ 0,05; (3) there is a positive influence organizational culture variable (X1) to achievement athlete (Y2) the coefficient 0,252 with sig 0,002, 4). there is positive leadership variables (X2) on achievment athlete (Y2) the coefficient 0,287 with a value coofficient sig = 0,000 ≤ 0,05. there is a positive influence organizational culture variables (X1) to the achievement athlete (Y2) with sig = 0,000 ≤ 0,05. Cultural organizations are independent variables that influence is greater than the other independent variables. Coofficient determination or R-square is 79.04%, while 20.96% is influenced by other variables outside the research. Suggestions for further research are to find out other variables that have a greater influence on the performance of government policy, and the development of school sports.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi minat orang tua memilih sekolah di SMK Negeri 2 Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan dengan populasi kelas X SMKN 2 Semarang tahun 2017 dan sampelnya siswa/siswi kelas X SMKN 2 Semarang berjumlah 120 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket dan dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analissi data menggunakan uji prasyarat analisis dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas dan uji heteroskidastisitas dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda., teknik pengumpulan data dengan angket, dan pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Sarana dan Prasasara, kualifikasi akademik guru, dan kompetensi lulusan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat orang tua dalam memilih sekolah SMK N 2 Semarang, 2) Produk pendidikan dan biaya pendidikan tidak berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap minat orang tua dalam memilih sekolah SMK N 2 SemarangKata Kunci:Faktor-faktor,minat,orangtua,Sekolah menengah kejuruan.Abstract This study aims to explore the factors that influence parents' interest in choosing a school at SMK Negeri 2 Semarang. This type of research is a quantitative research approach with a population of class X of SMK 2 Semarang in 2017 and a sample of students in grade X of SMKN 2 Semarang totaling 120 respondents. The instruments used were questionnaires and documentation, while the data analysis technique used the analysis prerequisite test using normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroskidasticity test and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, data collection techniques with questionnaires, and data processing using the SPSS version 20 program. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Facilities and Presasara, teacher academic qualifications, and graduate competency have a significant effect on parents 'interest in choosing SMKN 2 Semarang, 2) Education products and education costs do not significantly influence parents' interest in chose the SMKN 2 SemarangKeywords:Factors,Interest,parent,vocational high school

The purpose research to determine the effection of halal label, realization, product price and respect on the trademark with decision of purchase cosmetic product for consument Sariayu Martha Tilaar in Binjai. The total of samples in this research are 100 respondents. This research uses a quantitative research. The method of data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables simultaneously on the halal label , halal realization, product pricing, and respect for the trademark with the decision to purchase in Binjai get the effects to buy cosmestic Sariayu Martha Tilaar. The variabel of effection of halal label, realization halal, product price and respect on the trademark with decision of purchase cosmetic product for consument Sariayu Martha Tilaar in Binjai are individually not significant effect on purchasing decisions. While the price of individual products has positive influence on purchase decisions cosmetics Sariayu Martha Tilaar. The result of coefficient determination test indicates that the variable of halal label, realization, product price and respect on the trademark with decision of purchase cosmetic product by 15.8% (low), while the balance of 84.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Disiplin kerja menjadi permasalahan yang senantiasa terjadi di setiap organisasi termasuk lembaga pendidikan tinggi. Untuk membangunnya diperlukan upaya menelaah faktor penyebabnya. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, kompetensi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 96 pegawai lembaga pendidikan tinggi di bekasi. Data hasil kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier ganda. Penelitian menghasilkan temuan bahwa Kompetensi dan kepuasan kerja merupakan faktor yang dapat mendorong kedisiplinan, sementara budaya organisasi bukan salah satu faktor yang dapat mendorong kedisiplinan. Kedisiplinan dapat diciptakan melalui peningkatan kompetensi dan kepuasan kerja.Kata kunci: Disiplin, Kompetensi, Kepuasan, Budaya Organisasi Encouraging Employee Discipline through Organizational Culture, Competence and Job SatisfactionABSTRACTWork discipline is a problem that always occurs in every organization, including higher education institutions. This requires an effort to examine the factors causing the problem. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture, competence, and job satisfaction on employee discipline. The study was conducted by submitting questionnaires to 96 employees of higher education institutions in Bekasi. The questionnaire results were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The research resulted in the finding that competence and job satisfaction are factors that can encourage discipline, while organizational culture is not one of the factors that can encourage discipline.
