The decline of MSMEs numbers is a challenge for the government to think about how that MSMEs could survive and be sustainable. Determining the sustainability strategy is not necessarily the best strategy and in accordance with the objectives in MSMEs, so that problems arise to determine the best sustainability strategy. Therefore, in this study a combination of the SWOT method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to compare the existing alternative sustainability strategies. The difference between this research and previous research lies in determining criteria and sub-criteria and alternative choices. The number of samples used is as many as seven business owners of Banana Sale. For processing research data is assisted by using the Decision Support System (DSS) application. The results of the study on the SWOT analysis show that from the strength of the company it is dominated by products that have distinctive features and competitive prices. In terms of weaknesses, namely small capital and limited product variants are weaknesses that must be addressed immediately. Opportunities include wide market opportunities and loyal consumers. But the threat to this company is limited raw materials, weather and many new competitors to be a concern for the company. From the results of data processing using the Decision Support System application, the highest alternative option is to increase capital so that business continuity can continue.

This research studies heterarchical collaboration in logistical transport. Specifically, it utilizes a hybrid Delphi-Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach to explore the relevant criteria for the formation and maintenance of a strategic alignment for heterarchical transport collaboration. The importance of this work is that it applies a novel hybrid approach for identifying criteria for success to a little-studied form of supply chain collaboration: heterarchical collaborative transport. The criteria for this form of collaboration identified by the application of Delphi-AHP include ones from the technical, risk, financial, organizational, and operational categories. This novel application of the hybrid approach leveraged the expertise of transportation collaboration experts from the U.K., France, Canada, Sweden, the Netherlands, and Italy to identify key criteria for a strategic alignment between heterarchical collaboration partners. Such collaborative initiatives are important in industry as an environmentally conscious, yet efficient and effective strategy for the transport of raw materials and finished products in the supply chain.

The problem addressed in this research is how to predict the winner of football match with various criteria. The problem will be solved using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The AHP method that implemented to solve the problems will run two analysis to get an alternative solution. The first AHP method is criteria analysis, in order to get priority vector value. In criteria analysis, to know the consistency of criteria value filling, CR < 10%. If known that criteria value filling not consistant, the process must be repeated until CR < 10%. Then continue with alternate analysis to get global priority vector value wich is AHP solution. The accuration of this system is close to 80% compare with the real condition.

The development of canting batik industry has lagged, and the number has decreased compared to the batik industry. This industry is believed to have a potential passive market and can provide job opportunities for local workers, reducing urbanization. Based on this background, this research is needed to analyze the potential and innovation of canting batik industry in Central Java, Indonesia. We choose Central Java, based on the fact that the batik industries grew most in Pekalongan, Central Java. The article uses qualitative research. We use Focus Group Discussion and direct observation to map the competitiveness of SMEs. To see the most significant opportunities and challenges, we also use a SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that the growth of the canting stamped batik industry is relatively slow. Some of its causes are relatively expensive raw materials, low product demand, and local government support. SME players can use some strategies to make canting as a souvenir product, looking for alternative ways to non-brass raw materials, and cooperating with complementary industries, including the batik industry.

Electromagnetic (EM) wave has become an integral part of this electronics dominated era with extensive application in wireless communication, health care, and military applications. This has led to the development of EM wave absorbers for camouflaging the military warheads from the enemy radar tracking systems. The development of these absorbers requires considerable resources viz. time, energy, raw materials and cost. This creates a need for selection of a better absorber from the existing ones rather than the development of a new one to save the valuable resources. The judicious selection of an efficient microwave absorber requires ranking the existing absorbers based on selection criteria. For the first time, an attempt has been made to apply the concept of multi-criteria decisionmaking methods viz. VIKOR and TOPSIS in ranking the microwave absorbers. Core-shell materials provides enhanced EM wave attenuation owing to their hierarchical composite structure which provides a better approach to tune the dielectric and magnetic properties of the composite for obtaining good impedance matching resulting into enhanced absorption. In the present work, magnitude of minimum reflection co-efficient value, absorber thickness, deviation from the central frequency (i.e. 10 GHz) and -10 dB bandwidth have been selected as the criteria for judiciously selecting suitable core-shell based EM wave absorbers in 2-18 GHz. The selected criterion has been assigned distinct weights using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The AHP derived weights have been employed in TOPSIS and VIKOR analysis for the absorbers ranking and selection.
