<em>The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and work discipline to performance of employees at PT. Emsonic Indonesia. The research data used a questionnaire which distributed to respondents and sample was used in this research, using a random sampling technique with a total sample of 65 people. The data analysis method was used in this research with simple and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that training and work discipline had a positive and significant effect to performance of employees at PT. Emsonic Indonesia, The training variable has a more dominant influence than the work discipline variable in influencing the performance of the employees at PT. Emsonic Indonesia.</em>

<em>This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Kao Indonesia. The population in this study amounted to 300 employees. By using the Slovin formula a sample of 75 employees was obtained. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out by respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used is a simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results partially show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously leadership variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kao Indonesia.</em>

This research aims to determine the effect of competence and work ethic on work performance with motivation as a moderating variable. In this study using a population of all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko with a total of 70 respondents, the sampling technique used saturated sampling with questionnaires which were distributed to all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko. This research is a quantitative research. Data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the competence variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the work ethic variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable can moderate competence on work performance, The motivation variable cannot moderate work ethic on work performance Keywords: Motivation, Competence, Work Ethic, Work Performance

This study aims to determine the effect of the competence of human resources, communication and infrastructure on the readiness of local governments in implementing “PP No. 12 of 2019” in the local government of Rokan Hulu district. The population and sample in this study amounted to 45 OPD or 180 respondents. Sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling, and the data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that the competence of human resources, communication and infrastructure has a significant effect on the readiness of local governments in implementing Government Regulation “No. 12 of 2019”.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is examined the effect of job involvement on employees performance mediated with organizational commitment at some service office of Bengkulu city. This research was conducted at some service office of Bengkulu City. The object of research is the employees at some service office of Bengkulu City. Sample used in this study was 143 respondents using random sampling technique. Data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis with moderate variable and using SPSS 17.0 sofware. Research design using survey descriptive, the method  in this study using Pearson Correlation to test the validity of the data and using Cronbach's alpha to test the reliability of the data. The results of this research shows that the job involvement partially have positive and signifikan effect on employees performance, and organizational commitment was partial mediated the effect of job involvement on employees performance at some service office of Bengkulu city.Keywords : Job involvement, organizational commitment, employees performance

Subject in this study were official of Departemen Education Youth dan Sports in Dompu Regency is divided into 5 unit with a population of as many as 87 people. Sampling was conducted using proportional random sampling technique, where in each part of the work unit taken some of its members in accordance with the size of the number of official. The number of samples used is 72 people. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis to see the effect of education and training and degree of education on on performance of official.Based on the results of this study found that education and training and degree of education either partially or simultaneously affect to the performance on Official of Education, Youth and Sport in Dompu Regency so always maintain the performance of officials by providing opportunities for officials to participate in education and training of officials, and always recruit officials based on their degree of education and provide an opportunity to raise the degree of education is shown to have a significant influence on performance of official. Keywords : Education and training, performenace of official

The purpose of the study is to analyze the influence of relationships with customers and suppliers, reputation, and location to the success of the business of Online Shop in DKI Jakarta. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a type of causal research. The population in this study are all entrepreneurs who run an online shop business in DKI Jakarta. Determination of the number of samples is done using probability sampling method with probability sampling technique. The sample in this study was 65 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple regression analysis using the help of SPSS 24 program. The results show that partially variable relationships with customers and suppliers, reputation, and location have an influence on the success of online shop businesses in DKI Jakarta. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh relationships with customers and suppliers, reputation, dan location terhadap kesuksesan usaha Online Shop di DKI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian sebab akibat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh wirausaha yang menjalankan usaha online shop di DKI Jakarta. Penentuan jumlah sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode probability sampling dengan teknik probability sampling. Adapun yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 65 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel relationships with customers and suppliers, reputation, dan location memiliki pengaruh terhadap kesuksesan usaha online shop di DKI Jakarta.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, career development and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Tunggal Mitra Plantation Manggala 2. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires carried out on 50 employees of the production department at PT Perkebunan Tunggal Mitra Plantation Manggala 2. Data analysis in this study used SPSS Version 22. The sampling technique used was the saturation sampling method and Data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis). Based on the results of the study, obtained the following regression equation: Y = 9,944 + 0.390X1 + 0.115X2 + 0.267X3 + ei means that the F Test shows that compensation, career development, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and the variables are reliable. Partially (t test) shows that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (tcount 4.223> t table 1.675 and a significant level of 0.000 t table 1.675 and a significant level of 0.010 t table 1.675 and a significant level of 0.042

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh  gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan promosi jabatan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek Penelitian pada PT NT Indonesia Cikarang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara random sampling menggunakan rumus slovin berjumlah 101 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan promosi jabatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa apabila gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan promosi jabatan meningkat maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat secara signifikan.Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Pelatihan, Promosi Jabatan, Kinerja Karyawan The Effect of Leadership Style, Training and Job Promotion on Employee PerformanceABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of leadership style, training, and promotion of position on employee performance. This study aims to examine: (1) The effect of the product on buying interest, (2) The effect of prices on buying interest. This type of research is causative. The population in this study was the people of Padang City who knew about Cimory's products. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 100 respondents. The type of data used in this study is primary data. The data analysis technique uses descriptive and inductive analysis through multiple regression analysis using the SPSS version 21 program. The hypothesis is tested by F test and t test at α = 0.05. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Product has a significant effect on buying interest, (2) Price does not significantly influence buying interest.Keyword: Buying Interest, Product, Price
