The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of work environment and motivation on employee performance ar PT Sunrise Polybag. This research was conducted by probability sampling method with a type of purposive sampling. The researcher distributed questionnaires to 35 employee at PT Sunrise Polybag. Data analysis using PLS SEM analysis. The results of the analysis conclude that work environment has a significant impact on employee performance but motivation has no significant impact on employee performance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan orientasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sunrise Polybag. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 35karyawan PT Sunrise Polybag. Analsisi data menggunakan analisis SEM PLS.Hasil analisis menyimpulkanbahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkanmotivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

This research was conducted by non-probability sampling method with a type of purposive sampling. The researcher distributed questionnaires to 35 employee at PT One Six Eight Eight at Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja ter-hadap kinerja pegawai pada Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Regional Makassar. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus) terhadap seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 49 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PPSDM Regional Makassar.   This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Makassar Regional Human Resources Development Center. The sampling method uses saturated sampling (census) of all 49 employees. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance PPSDM Regional Makassar.

This study discusses how the influence of training and work environment on employee performance at PT Marindo Makmur Usahajaya Sidoarjo. This study aims to determine the effect of training, work environment on employee performance. The sampling technique in this study used the Non Probability Sampling method. Respondents in this study were 83 employees. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression test, with SPSS v.18 software as an analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that training variables and work environment variables partially and simultaneously have an effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of Teamwork, Internal Work Environment and Financial Compensation on Employee Performance at Sold Out Distro in Tulangan Sidoarjo. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach method. Sampling in this study was carried out by non probability sampling method  with saturated sample technique with the number of respondents as many as 95 respondents who become employees at Sold Out Distro in Tulangan Sidoarjo. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression using the SPSS statistics version 25 program. The results of this study prove that Teamwork partially affect Employee Performance, Internal Work Environment partially affect Employee Performance and Financial Compensation partially affect Employee Performance.

This study aims to know the effect of Visual Merchandising, Store Atmosphere and Price Discount on Impulse Buying with Positive Emotion as an Intervening Variable in Ace Hardware Sidoarjo. The sample used were 100 respondents. Samples were taken by purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique is done by using PLS-SEM analysis with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that Visual Merchandising has an effect on Impulse Buying, Store Atmosphere has an effect on Impulse Buying, Price Discount has no effect on Impulse Buying, Visual Merchandising has an effect on Positive Emotion, Store Atmosphere has an effect on Positive Emotion, Price Discount has an on effect on Positive Emotion, Positive Emotion has an effect on Impulse Buying, Visual Merchandising has an effect on Impulse Buying through Positive Emotion, Store Atmosphere has an effect on Impulse Buying through Positive Emotion, Price Discount has an effect on Impulse Buying through Positive Emotion

This research was conducted with a probability sampling method with a simple random sampling type. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 52 employees of PT Citra Harapan Anugrah. Data analysis using Smart PLS analysis. The results of the analysis concluded that work motivation and organizational culture significantly influence the performance of employees of PT Citra Harapan Anugrah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Citra Harapan Anugrah di Jakarta. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on performance through job satisfaction of non ASN employees of the Jember Regency Government. The population in this study was all non ASN employees of Jember Regency Government working period 2020. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling method that is the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. The number of samples in this assessment was 52 respondents from the Regional Secretariat and all Agencies in the Jember Regency Government. This research uses primary data in the form of questionnaire. Data analysis method used in this study is the path analysis method. Based on the results of research and discussion shows that compensation has an effect on job satisfaction, work environment has an effect on job satisfaction, compensation has an effect on performance, the work environment has an effect on performance, and the work environment has an effect on Job Satisfaction

<em>To determine the Effect of Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance of Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kecamatan Senen. The method used is a descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using a saturated sampling technique method with a sample of 85 Satpol PP Kecamatan Senen. Data analysis used simultaneously and partially linear regression analysis. The results showed that motivation and work environment have an influence either partially or simultaneously on the performance of Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kecamatan Senen.</em>

This study aims to determine whether work motivation, work environment, and work stress affect the performance of employees of UMKM Arumanis Haji Ardi. The population in this study used all employees at UMKM Arumanis Haji Ardi, totaling 80 employees. The sampling method is a non-probability sample with a purposive sampling technique using the Slovin formula, data collection is done through a questionnaire and get the results of 64 respondents as a sample. The results in this study indicate that; (1) Work motivation has no partial effect on employee performance, (2) Work Environment has a partial effect on employee performance, (3) Work Stress has a partial effect on employee performance, (4) Work Motivation, Work Environment, and Work Stress have an effect simultaneously.
