This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived organizational support, organizational justice, and affective commitment on employee performance at the Banda Aceh Methodist School. The data was obtained through a questionnaire with sampling using a saturated sample technique that used the entire population to be a sample of 62 respondents. Data analysis using SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results showed that perceptions of organizational support, organizational justice and affective commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi, keadilan organisasi, dan komitmen afektif terhadap kinerja karyawan di Sekolah Methodis Banda Aceh. Data diperoleh melalui kuisioner dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yang menggunakan keseluruhan populasi menjadi sampel sebanyak 62 responden. Analisis data menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 3.2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi, keadilan organisasi dan komitmen afektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

This study aims to determine the relationship between perceived organizational support and employee performance in production at PT Batanghari Barisan Padang. The independent variable in this study is perceived organizational support and the dependent variable is Performance. The measuring instrument used in this study is the scale of perceived organizational support and performance. The sampling technique in this study uses a saturated sample technique. The sample in this study was 81 employees of the production field of PT Batanghari Barisan Padang. The validity and reliability test in this study uses the Cronbach Alpha technique. The results of the validity coefficient on the scale of perceived organizational support move from rix = 0.310 to rix = 0.809 with a reliability coefficient of α = 0.883 while on the scale of moving performance from rix = 0.316 to rix = 0.803 with a reliability coefficient of α = 0.864. Based on data analysis, a correlation value of 0.515 was obtained with a significance level of 0.000, which means the hypothesis was accepted. This shows that there is a significant relationship between perceived organizational support and the performance of employees in the production sector at PT Batanghari Barisan Padang. The effective contribution of the variable perceived organizational support for performance by 30%.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationships among organizational justice, innovative organization culture, perceived organizational support (POS), affective commitment and innovative behavior (IB). The mediating role of POS is tested within the relationship of justice dimensions, affective commitment and IB. Design/methodology/approach Data for this research were collected from 367 managerial and executive employees working in manufacturing and IT sector firms in Pakistan. Structural equation modeling was utilized to test hypothesized relationships. Findings Results indicate that organizational justice (distributive, procedural and interactional justice), innovative organization culture and POS are significantly related to affective commitment and employees’ IB. The findings also showed that organizational justice stimulates employees’ affective commitment and IB through mediating POS as well as directly. Research limitations/implications The main limitation of this study is its cross-sectional design and self-reported questionnaire data. This study is also limited to manufacturing and IT sector in Pakistan. Therefore, other sectors and geographical locations could be chosen for future research using a bigger sample size. Originality/value This study makes important theoretical contributions using social exchange theory. It also expands the research in the area of organizational justice dimensions, organizational culture and POS as antecedents of affective commitment and IB. This study is an exceptional investigation of justice, organization culture, POS, commitment and IB in the Pakistan cultural context.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationships between perceived organizational support, employee engagement, employee performance and affective commitment in the context of Indian higher education. Design/methodology/approach Data were collected from 410 employees from various higher educational institutes of India using a self-administered questionnaire. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data. Findings The results revealed a positive influence of perceived organizational support on employee performance and affective commitment. Moreover, these relationships have also been found to be mediated by employee engagement. Practical implications The study serves as guide for the development of influential strategies to develop and retain a well engaged, competent and committed workforce at higher educational institutes in India. Originality/value The study enriches the organizational behavior literature by identifying and empirically validating some antecedents and consequences of employee engagement in the context of Indian higher education where such studies are scant.

This study aims to determine the effect of Teamwork, Internal Work Environment and Financial Compensation on Employee Performance at Sold Out Distro in Tulangan Sidoarjo. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach method. Sampling in this study was carried out by non probability sampling method  with saturated sample technique with the number of respondents as many as 95 respondents who become employees at Sold Out Distro in Tulangan Sidoarjo. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression using the SPSS statistics version 25 program. The results of this study prove that Teamwork partially affect Employee Performance, Internal Work Environment partially affect Employee Performance and Financial Compensation partially affect Employee Performance.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of perceived organizational support and organizational commitment to turnover intention. The study was conducted at Ahimsa Beach Villa Jimbaran with a sample of 84 employees, determined by saturated sample technique. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires using 5-point Likert scale. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results show that first, perceived organizational support has no significant effect on turnover intention. Second, organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Suggested to the company to improve. Sudden outbreak of COVID-19 has been emerged as threat to employee performance and so for the media employees. It has shown quite challenging effect on aworker's in-role and extra-role performance. Theprimary objectiveto write this paper is to determine the correlation between media workers perceptions of organizational performance and its success. Impact of organizational justice as a moderator is addressed. We selected a convenience sample of 222 media professionals. Responses were gathered using closed-ended questionnaires. The solutions were evaluated using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling. The result indicates that the Perceived organizational support has a meaningful role on media workers morale during COVID-19 times. Likewise, corporate fairness plays a key role in establishing a link among perceived organizational support and employee performance. Corporatesthat wanted their employees to succeed must ensure that organizational assistance and fairness are maintained in all organizational operations. Corporation backing and perceived support help to build employee trust and encourage them to work hard. Organizational support in the workplace has a greater effect on achievement. The study examined the non-linear relationship between employee and job performance among media professionals within the context of COVID-19. Corporate expect an increasing reliance on corporate resources to overcome difficulties during these times.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the influence of perceived organizational support on employees’ performance in information technology (IT) firms in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. Organizational support is critical as it ensures support given by the organization to workers and to complete one’s job proficiently and effectively. Design/methodology/approach Data were collected from IT firm employees through a self-administered questionnaire survey where a total of 400 questionnaires were distributed, i.e. 200 in each country’s IT firms. A total of 383 completed questionnaires were received (190 from Pakistan and the remaining 183 from Saudi Arabia) representing a response rate of 95%. The hypothesis was tested using confirmatory factor analyzes and direct relations were confirmed using AMOS v24. Findings The results indicate that perceived organizational support and affective commitment have a significant positive impact on employee performance. Findings of the study show that perceived organizational support and affective commitment directly and significantly correlated (r = 0.439**; p < 0.05) (r = 0.489**; p < 0.05) with employee performance. On other hand, results of structural equation modeling indicate that perceived organizational support and affective commitment have a significant and positive impact (ß = 0.284; p < 0.01) and (ß = 0.370; p < 0.01) on employees’ performance. Moreover, affective commitment partially mediates the relationship between perceived organizational support and employee performance. Research limitations/implications The outcomes are not generalized, as the researcher analyzed working employees in the IT firms in Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. The relationship between perceived organizational support and employees’ performance may be checked in a longitudinal study. If all items are considered because of the ambiguity of human feeling and acknowledgment, it is hard to precisely assess employees’ performance and their needs. This research proposes a straightforward and handy model that supports managers to feature the most powerful factors in building up their employees’ performance. Originality/value This study proposes managers to give chances to proficient advancement, improved occupation and satisfying the necessities identified through deference, mindfulness and endorsement. Furthermore, they ought to make more good working conditions, for example, preparing chances to support workers in their wants for self-improvement and accomplishment. The research additionally recommends recording the unmistakable standard operation procedure to clarify the understanding of the employees. In addition, managers ought to invest sensible energy with their front-line employees through socialization and training. These efforts could limit fatigue work, enhance organizational duty and performance.

Abstract. The aim of this research is to determine the role of perceived organizational support as mediator variable between organizational justice dan affective commitment in Shell lubricants distributor company in Indonesia. The respondents of this study are 52 employees which completing the questionnaire through online and dirrect response. This study used a quantitative research design with mediation analysis from Hayes in PROCESS SPSS version 25. The results showed that the perceived organizational support mediated with BootLLCI value = 0.016 and BootULCI = 0.265, which mean perceived organization support is fully mediated in the relationship between organizational justice and affective commitment. In order to get optimized perceived organizational support from the employee, the organization should treat the employee fairly, as the result, it will increase employee`s affective commitment and the organization performance.

This research aims to know the influence of Knowledge Management onemployee performance on PT. Anzon Toyota Pontianak and to find out where Knowledge Management indicators that are most influential on employee performance. This research uses the IBM SPSS statistics application. The population in this research are the employee of PT. Anzon Toyota Pontianak. The sample used 40 respondents with using the saturated sample. Technique of data analysis in this research used simple linear regression analysis. Results of the study show that there is influence between variable Knowledge Management which consists of three indicators, namely Personal Knowledge, Job Procedure, and technology on employee performance with determinant of coefficients is 0.256. Data analysis showed that the Personal Knowledge is the indicators with the most biggest influence compared to other indicators.
