This research aims to know the influence of Knowledge Management onemployee performance on PT. Anzon Toyota Pontianak and to find out where Knowledge Management indicators that are most influential on employee performance. This research uses the IBM SPSS statistics application. The population in this research are the employee of PT. Anzon Toyota Pontianak. The sample used 40 respondents with using the saturated sample. Technique of data analysis in this research used simple linear regression analysis. Results of the study show that there is influence between variable Knowledge Management which consists of three indicators, namely Personal Knowledge, Job Procedure, and technology on employee performance with determinant of coefficients is 0.256. Data analysis showed that the Personal Knowledge is the indicators with the most biggest influence compared to other indicators.

This study entitled "The Effect of Compensation on Employee Achievement at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Rantau Prapat". The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of giving compensation to employee performance at PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Rantau Prapat. The data used in this study is primary data with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population used is 48 employees at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Rantau Prapat, using a saturated sample of 48 respondents. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis with the regression equation Y = 10,271 + 693 + e. The results obtained in this study showed an R2 value of 59.8% and a t-test of 8.270 so it can be concluded that the provision of compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee achievement at PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Rantau Prapat, the remaining 40.2% is influenced by other factors.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, and Cultural Organizationon the performance of Employees in the Tax Office Primary Watampone. The sample usedin this study were 50 people with saturated sample method. This research method usingmultiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesistesting showed that the results of this study indicate that the variable F test consisting ofLeadership, Motivation and Cultural Organization simultaneously significant positive effecton the performance of employees in the Tax Office Primary Watampone.T significant testresults (t test) for Leadership and motivation variable partially shows a significant positiveeffect on employee performance and Cultural Organization adversely affect the performanceof employees in the Tax Office Primary Watampone. Results determinant coefficient (R2)has the meaning that leadership, motivation and organizational culture as an independentvariable able to explain the performance of an employee as the dependent variable and hasa very strong and positive relationship, while the rest is explained by other factors that arenot included in this study

This study aims to determine the effect of welfare benefits toward employee performance at PT. Bank Panin, Tbk in Makassar City. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees at PT Bank Panin, Tbk in Makassar City, of 228 people. Then the sample is the author takes 20 percent of the population, of 46 people. Data collection methods are carried out by observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis for hypothesis testing. The results showed that providing welfare benefits to employees had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Panin, Tbk in Makassar City.

This study aims to describe and determine the effect on employee performance behavior of leaders in Kendari city GAPENSI Office. The sampling technique using saturated sampling technique, namely by taking all of the total population to be sampled totaling 38 people . Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the behavior of the leader of a significant effect on the performance of employees in the office GAPENSI Kendari city. That is the behavior change towards a better leader by providing support and encouragement, response to complaints subordinate leader, the leadership of the response on the advice of subordinat , facility leadership to the creation of a cooperative relationship between subordinate , the response of the leadership over the work of subordinates and fault -led response to the success of the work of subordinates can improve employee performance when observed from the indicators work, the development of competenc, commitmen , additional tasks and critical events.

This study aims to determine the Effect of motivation on the performance of employees at the Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. The population in this study is all employees in the office Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara as many as 53 people at the same times as respondents ( census method). Data collected by using Questionnaires. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis. The study showed that the motivation significantly influence the performance of employees at the Badan Penelitian danPengembangan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. The magnitude of the effect of work motivation on employee performance it can be seen from the coefficient of determination ( r2 ) = 0,885 at 88,50% which means that the performance of employees at the office Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara 88,50% determined by motivation and the rest 11, 50 % determined by other variables or beyond the research model

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes Management simultaneously and partially on the Employee Performance of PT. Langsa Plantation Nusantara I. This research was conducted at the Head Office of PT. Langsa Perkebunan Nusantara I, the study was conducted for two months. 83 employees were surveyed randomly as respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. From the data analysis obtained the regression equation Y = 1,042 + 0,132X1 + 0,220X2 + 0,391X3. Furthermore, from the results of the analysis it is known that the value of t arithmetic is 1.665> t table 1.664 and the value of t sig. 0.041 <0.05, which means that the Knowledge Management variable influences employee performance variables. While for the Skill variable, the value of t arithmetic is 2.267> t table 1.664 and the value of t sig. 0.026 <0.05 which means that the Skill variable has a significant effect on employee performance variables. And for the Attitude variable obtained t count value of 4.335> t table 1.664 and t value sig. 0.00 <0.05 which means that the attitude variable has a significant effect on employee performance variables. Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes Management simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance at the Head Office of PT. Langsa Perkebuanan Nusantara I where F count value is 25,477> 3,29.

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

The independent variables were leadership (X1), motivation (X1) and discipline (X3). The dependent variable was employee performance (Y). This was explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The study was conducted at PT Surabaya Marine with employees. Data analysis was carried out through multiple linear regression analysis with the F test and t test. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment and work facilities on the performance of the employees of PT. Telkom (Engineering Section) Merauke Branch. With data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and t-test results of 3.567 for X1 variables (work environment) and X2 variables (work facilities) 2.16 and f-test 12.724. The conclusion of this research is that by paying attention to the work environment and adding work facilities it will have a good impact on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of Ability (Variable X1) and Work Experience (Variable X2) on employee performance. The method used in this study is using descriptive methods and associative methods. Data collection techniques conducted by researchers in this study are through observation, questionnaire interviews, documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques start from the compilation of data, tabulation of data up to the testing phase. Based on the results of the calculation of the study of multiple linear regression analysis. The coefficient of determination (R2) can be obtained from the capability variable (X1) and work experience (X2) affects 89.8% (0.898) on employee performance (Y), the remaining 10.2% is influenced by other factors outside the research this.
