Indonesia is an agrarian country which most of it’s citizens are farmer. There are various kind of decent plants to grow in Indonesia but most of them plant rice, corn, wheat, and sago as staple food. There other plants that is consumed not as main food but as subsidiaries, one of them are chilli pepper. Abundant variety of vegetation in Indonesia means that there are also many type of pests and diseases. An agriculture expert is needed to identify plant’s diseases and pest correctly. Meanwhile, the number of agriculture experts is insufficient to help massive amount of farmer whom have trouble in agriculture. This problem can be solved by using Expert System where farmers can detect the problem on their plants and finding treatment to cure their plants correctly them self. This research is mean to develop an Expert System Application in agriculture  to identify diseases and pests based on their symptoms especially rice, chilli, and corn plants. This Expert System is based on web program using Backward Chaining Inversion which is deemed necessary to solve the case study’s problem.  Responsive Web Based System can be  accessed by user or client from many devices especially their smart phoneto hel diagnose disease that occurs to their plant, more over, to solve the low rate of expert on agriculture.

This study aims to design and implement an expert system application to provide minimum computer hardware and operating system requirements, which are capable of running games with certain graphical settings. Backward chaining inference method is used to conclude the output, which the requirements are based on user’s input. The application is made using PHP general-purpose server-side scripting language and MySQL database. By using this application, a user can consult as well as to an expert to know the computer specifications capable of running a game with preferred graphical settings and to estimate the cost to build that computer. This application can also help sellers of computer parts to set price on the custom-built computers, to create category or sales package, as well as to provide information for potential buyers.

<p><em>Remuneration is a term that relates to employee payroll which is set by certain regulations routinely based on work values, with the aim of creating better and cleaner governance and increasing motivation and work performance. Performance is determined by assessing the compilation oflecturer’swork files and then verified by the department that responsible to it. Rule Base Reasoning is an expert system based on a series of rules that represent human knowledge and experience in solving some complex cases. Expert system is a system whose capability to adopt human knowledge in solving problems so the system can solve problems as is usually done by experts. A graduation project is a form or work that the study authority requests from the student to measure what he made during the study. Designed an expert system for students’ graduation projects at the University of Basrah for students who are obligated to submit a project that qualifies them to graduate from the university. The system works according to a set of requirements, the most important is first: The student's possession of a high rate that qualifies him for the project. Second: he must possess half of the skills required for the project provided that it includes at least one programming language example (c ++, java, PHP, c #, etc ...). The system has many features that help the Supervisors and Students Committee to manage students' projects efficiently. System is built as a web-based system, with access limited only to the university's local network.

The state of Indonesia, especially in the area of Central Java, is one of the largest producers of water guava. Some farmers rely on the results of guava cultivation as the basis for the family's economy because the guava harvest is quite promising. However, in certain seasons, water guava plants are often attacked by various kinds of pest and disease season disturbances. So that it can reduce crop yields or even cause crop failure. To overcome this problem, fast and precise action is needed so that the guava plant is protected from various kinds of pests and diseases. The method of developing an expert system for disturbance in water guava plants is the best solution in order to identify disturbances in water guava plants as early as possible. The method used in this expert system is the certainty factor method. With this method, several experts are needed to provide data related to disturbances in water guava plants. The expert system for guava plant disorders is designed using a web-based PHP programming language. In designing the knowledge base, which is the core of this system, is made dynamically to make it easier to add new data.

The closeness of the relationship between dogs and human makes the dog can be trained, played together, lived together with human and are invited to socialize with human and other dogs. But, despite its this relationship, the dogs can also have a contagious disease that may be harmful to human. Diagnostic expert system for infectious disease in dogs for as web-based system with the media android used as a tool for diagnosing infectious diseases in dogs based on physical characteristics or symptoms that can be seen or felt without through examination of the specifics. The diagnostics final results are expected to be a reference for further examination and handling of dogs that contract the disease is detected to prevent the disease for humans. This expert system uses a forward chaining inference method and Certainty Factor to infer.

Tight competition in the business world today, the number of MSMEs engaged in the same field, this requires MSMEs to develop strategies to achieve goals. Apart from having to develop products and services, an MSME must also retain customers. Therefore grouping of potential customers is needed. By utilizing data that is an indicator of the customer. This utilization is called data mining. Data mining is run based on data that has been determined that is customer data, number of accessories, cooperation time, and item returns. Therefore in this study, a potential customer collaboration system was designed using the K-Means method, so that potential customers are obtained. The results of this study are a web-based system application that can classify customers with the K-Means method. Grouping into 3 clusters, the first cluster with enough criteria consists of 7 customer data. This criterion consists of customers who have a small number of goods purchased and a large number of goods returned. The second cluster consists of 17 customer data with good criteria. This criterion consists of customers who have a large number of goods purchases and a few goods returns. The third cluster consists of 7 customer data with very good criteria. This criterion consists of customers who have the most number of purchases and the least return of goods.Keywords: customer, Data Mining, K-Means Clustering

Technology is rapidly growing, moreover in Information Technology sector. Many other sectors cannot avoid from the changes IT created, including healthcare. To tackle the rapidly developing IT and combine it with healthcare advancement, one of many solutions to apply is the usage of expert system to simplify disease analysis. The writer develops an expert system application aiming at diagnosing Kidney Illness. The application is web-based expert system application, which means the users can access it anywhere and anytime. Inference process uses dempster shafer method which is a representation, combination and propagation of uncertainty, where this theory has several characteristics that are instinctively in accordance with the way of thinking of an expert, This theory can distinguish uncertainty and ignorance. Users can instantly know the possibility of disease they might have, so they can take immediate action.

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan kebutuhan akan adanya alat bantu bagi peternak maupun penyuluh dalam mendiagnosis penyakit pada ayam. Basis pengetahuan sepenuhnya diambil dari pengetahuan pakar yang dapat mendiagnosa dan menentukan nama penyakit yang diderita oleh ayam. Penelitian ini dibuat berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan membandingkan 4 jurnal internasional yang berjudul “Expert system of quail disease diagnosis using forward chaining method, An Expert System for Management of Poultry Diseases, Developling Mobile Expert Web-based System Using Brainstroming Method, Disease Diagnosis System”. Berdasarkan keempat jurnal tersebut dapat dikembangkan inovasi baru berupa Sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit ayam menggunakan metode Certainty Factor. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan wawancara dan studi literature sehigga dapat menggumpulkan data yang lebih lengkap. Sistem Pakar ini akan di implementasikan kedalam sebuah aplikasi mobile berbasis android dengan harapan memudahkan user dalam menggunakan karena dibuat kedalam aplikasi android sehingga bisa di install dalam handphone. Hasil akhir berupa suatu informasi data penyakit dengan nilai Certainty Factor/kepastian.Kata Kunci — Diagnosa Penyakit Ayam, Sistem Pakar, Android, Certainty FectorThis study was conducted based on the need for tools for farmers and extension workers in diagnosingdiseases in chickens. The knowledge base is completely drawn from the expert knowledge that can diagnose and determine the name of the disease suffered by chickens. This study was based on the results of the analysis by comparing four international journals entitled "Expert system of quail disease diagnosis using forward chaining method, An Expert System for Management of Poultry Diseases, Developing Mobile Expert Web-based System Using Brainstroming Method, Disease Diagnosis System". Based on the four journals can be developed a new innovation in the form of expert system of chicken disease diagnosis using Certainty Factor method. The research methodology uses interviews and literature studies so that it can collect more complete data. Expert System will be implemented into an android-based mobile application with the hope of facilitating the user in using because it is made into the android application that can be installed in the mobile phone. The eye is one of the five senses that has a very important role in human life, namely as the organ of vision. If there is interference with the eye or there is a disease, it is very influential on human vision. Its mean that we can conclude that eye is very important in our lie and must be keep for our body.  The purpose of this research to planning and develop the diagnose of expert system about diagnosing of diseases in the eye which include disease information about symptoms or the solution and have role to replace and imitate the process of the reason from an expert in solve the specification problem. the method used for reasoning is forward chaining method. The result of this research is expert system of diagnosing eyes diseases in humans which computerized who can be used for giving information and have benefit in diagnosing disease.
