Mysterious atypical pneumonia appeared abruptly in Wuhan, China in December 2019. China authority and Word Health Organization (WHO) found out the etiology on January 2020. New strain of Corona virus that eventually called by SARS-CoV2 has been responsible for the Corona virus disease of 2019 (Covid-19). The disease has ability to spread from human to human. These diseases had been pandemic since March 2020.  As the start of early spreading we need to give right information about Covid-19 to the community so that the mass panicked could be avoided. We also need to educate community to take right precaution and prevention. These activities aims to spread the right information about Covid-19 and give simple training to performed prevention act so that community can slowdown the disease transmission. Methods: the campaign and health education about covid-19 and training of cough etiquette, right steps of hand washing using water and soap or alcohol based hand rub, and also how to use face mask properly. There were 66 participants that involved in this event. Participants had actively asked information about frequency of hand washing we need to prevent transmission and travel safety. We also performed flash mob so the participants could train cough etiquette, hand washing, and using face mask in fun ways. We ended the activities with competition of hand washing and using face mask properly. The door prize for the winner was hand sanitizer and face mask that they could use as tools to prevent transmission of Covid-19.

The whole world fights against the Corona Virus Disease which is also known as “COVID-19”. This new virus is an infectious disease which spreads through the droplets from the person infected with this virus coughs or sneezes, thus a person has to protect himself by wearing face mask, wash the hands frequently and maintain social distancing to stop the spread of this newly discovered virus corona virus. The infection is continuously increasing at a very fast pace and thus different countries according to the number of cases imposed complete lockdown where only emergency services like medical, and essentials like food, vegetables and milk was made available. The disease has been declared as the Pandemic by the world health organization due to the spread of the disease in the whole world. Thus, digital transformation was inevitable to adopted by all for the continual existence and control the spread of the disease of business and academic activities. Corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a new name given by World Health Organization (WHO) of 2019 novel corona virus infection, reported at the end of 2019 from Wuhan, Cina. The spread of infection occurs rapidly and creates a new pandemic threat. Etiology of COVID-19 was identified in 10 January 2020, a betacorona virus, similar with severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) and middle east respiratory syndrome (MERS CoV). The clue diagnosis pathway of COVID-19 were history of travel from Wuhan or others infected countries within 14 days prior, and symptoms of acute respiratory illness (ARI) or lower respiratory infection (pneumonia) with the result of real time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) specific for COVID-19. The WHO classified COVID-19 into suspect case, probable case and confirmed case. Indonesia Ministry of Health classified the case into in monitoring (ODP), patient under surveillance (PDP), people without symptom (OTG) and confirmed case. Specimens for detection COVID-19 could be acquired from nasal and nasopharynx swab, sputum and another lower respiratory aspirate including broncoalveolar lavage (BAL). Management of COVID-19 consist of isolation and infection control, supportive treatment according to the disease severity which could be mild (acute respiratory infection) to severe pneumonia or acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). Disease transmission is via droplets and contact with droplets. Currently, there is no antiviral and vaccine. Prevention is very important for this disease by limitation of transmission, identification and isolate patients. Prognosis is determined by severity of the disease and patient comorbidity. Information about this novel disease remains very few, studies are still ongoing and is needing further research to fight with this new virus. (J Respir Indo. 2020; 40(2): 120-30)

The sudden outbreak of corona virus disease in the whole world which is a fast-transmitted communicable respiratory disease which has been declared as the pandemic by the world health organization popularly known in short as WHO. To protect oneself from the infection one has to wear face mask, wash the hands at least for 20 seconds with soap/ sanitizer, avoid touching of nose/eyes/mouth and maintain social distancing. Due to this fast transmission of the corona virus disease lockdown was imposed where only certain emergency services, medical services, essentials like fruits, vegetables. milk, petrol etc. were made available. Thus, in this worldwide global pandemic situation to continue with academic calendar and carry out the teaching learning process, online learning was the best option. Due to the significant demand and acceptance of online learning, the mixed mode of learning popularly known as Blended learning or hybrid learning is a flexible and customizable learning experience.

Background: In December 2019, a novel corona virus (SARS-CoV-2) causes atypical pneumonia now known as “corona virus disease 2019” (COVID-19) emerged in Wuhan, China and spread rapidly throughout the world. Objective: The purpose of the present study was to identify the different plausible routes of transmission of SARS-CoV-2 into the human body. Methodology: We searched electronic databases (MEDLINE, EMBASE, Science Citation Index and Chinese database) checked documents and references. We included all the studies regarding potential routes of transmission of SARS-CoV-2. All reviewers independently screened titles and abstracts, assessed studies for inclusion, appraised quality, and extracted data. Result: SARS-CoV-2 has been found to have higher level of transmissibility than other two pathogenic CoVs. Sustained human to human transmission of SARS-CoV-2 has already been established though the exact route of transmission is yet to be determined. Similar to other CoVs, respiratory droplet and contact with contaminated surfaces are considered as principle route of transmission of SARS-CoV-2 whereas aerosol, feco-oral, perinatal, ocular surface and transfusion transmissions are the plausible route of spreading of this highly pathogenic CoVs. Conclusion: In the current review, we summarize the potential route of transmission of SARS-CoV-2 in the light of previous SARS-CoV and MERS-CoV outbreaks to solidify the scientific basis on which important decisions can be made. The spread of Covid-19 has become one of the people's concerns, starting in the city of Wuhan, China at the end of 2019 when this virus was discovered, the spread of the virus that the antidote has not yet been found is now out of control. More than 200 countries in the world have reported that their people have contracted the Covid-19 virus. Corona Virus Disease 19 has been declared a Global Public Health Emergency by the World Health Organization (WHO) on January 30, 2020. Conditions in Indonesia until Thursday, November 30, 2020, the number of people who tested positive for Covid-19 reached 538,883 cases, 450,518 people recovered and 16,945 of them died. This figure will continue to increase in line with the opinion of some epidemiologists and statistics that a pandemic outbreak will not end quickly. The purpose of this community service activity is to realize one of the contents of Presidential Instruction Number 4 of 2020, namely "Rrefocussing activities, reallocation of budgets and procurement of goods and services in order to accelerate the handling of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)", namely by making and distributing fluids. Disinfectant that is safe and environmentally friendly and recommended by the BPOM and the World Health Organization (WHO) to help people face the New Normal era. The result of this service activity is a disinfectant liquid that is safe and environmentally friendly and is able to anticipate the spread of covid-19 and increase public awareness of the Covid-19 Virus in the face of the New Normal era.
