The objective of the study about “Persepsi Nasabah Terhadap Pelayanan Frontliner (Studi Kasus Pada BPR TLM)” is to determine the effect of custumer perceptions based on attitude, motivation, and past experience on frontline service in BPR TLM. This study is using quantitative descriptive approach. This study is using primary data in the form of questionnaire distributed to 100 customers who made transaction at BPR TLM and also using accidental sampling method. The result of the questionnaire regarding frontliner services wer anayzed by multiple linear regression. The result shows that customer perceptions based on attitude, motivation and past experience have significant possitive effect on frontliner services on BPR TLM. This is caused fronliner services is in line with customer’s expectations, which is shown by officer fronliner attitude who are friendly and can serve customer’s needs well. The comfort waitng room and fashion style of the officer make the customers feel that frontliner services in BPR TLM is good.

The aim of this study was to analize the influence of services quality and corporate image on the satisfaction of customers. Primary data was obtained from customers of Standard Chartered Bank through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that services quality and corporate image positively and significant influenced the satisfaction of customers. The conclution of this study is that services quality was dominant than corporate image in influencing the satisfaction of customers.

This study aims to determine the level of influence of Financial Literacy and Financial Behavior toward investment decisions. The data used in this study are primary data, the sample used in this study were PKK members in Jambi City. The sampling technique was carried out by using purposive sampling method. The results obtained by using multiple linear regression test Y = 2,337 + 0.159 X1 + 0.518 X2, and the test of this study using the f-test, R2-test and t-test. The results of this study indicate that partially the Financial Literacy and Financial Behavior affect investment decisions.

The Analysis Influence of Knowledge Taxation, Socialization, Service, Tax Sanctions and Education Level of Taxpayer Awareness Paying PBB P2. SkripsiStarta One (S1) Accounting Departement STIE Widya Wiwaha Yogyakarta 2018. The purpose of this research is to know influence of Knowledge Taxation,Socialization, Service, Tax Sanctions and Education Level of Taxpayer Awareness Paying PBB P2 with using multiple linear regression and dummy’s variable. The sample in this research includes 120 respondences who are in the District of Prambanan, village Bokoharjo, Madurejo, Sambirejo, Sumberharjo, Wukirharjo, Gayamharjo. The sampling method is convenience sampling. The collected of data to use primary data with questionnaire technique and secondary data that is data taken from DPPKAD (Dinas Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan Aset Daerah). The results of the research to drawn that the partial, knowledge taxation has a positive relationship and significantly influence the awareness of paying taxpayers PBB P2, and Services have a positive relationship and significant effect on the awareness of paying taxpayers PBB P2. By mutual independentvariables affect the awareness of paying taxpayers PBB P2 as a dependent variable.

<em>This study aims to determine the factors that influence the decision on the selection of broiler for household consumption in Surakarta. This study is a case study conducted in one of the densest urban village of Tegalharjo, Jebres, Surakarta. This research was conducted in November - December 2015. The basic method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method with survey technique to household / household in Tegalharjo Village, Jebres, Surakarta. Sampling technique is done by Purposive Sampling method with 86 respondents. Primary data was obtained from interview with questionnaire tool. Secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Surakarta, Jebres and Tegalharjo. Data analysis used was descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and multiple linear regression test. The result of research shows that the instrument is valid because r count&gt; r table and reliable because of Alpha Cronbach result for each sub variable in the range 0,761 - 0,873, research data is normal distribution with significance value of each variable&gt; 0,05, result of multiple linear regression test show each variable has significant effect on broiler consumption except family wealth factor variable (X2), with value of Adjusted R2 equal to 0,731. Conclusion from this research was that the economic and social factors as a whole affect the level of consumption of broiler in the household in Surakarta.</em>

The research aims to know the: Influence of time budged pressure and skepticism of auditors to audit quality. The population in this research were Inspectorate of West Sumatra Provinc. The sample is determined by total sampling method, that all apparaturs of Inspektorate of West Sumatera Province. The data used in this research is primary data. This research used quetionnaires instrument as much as 32 respondents. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The result showed that: (1) Time budged pressure has significant negative effect on audit quality, where the tcount  -2,268 < ttable  2,048407 at sig 0,031 < α 0,05, (2) skepticism didn’t significant effect on audit quality, the tcount 0,442 < ttable  2,048407 in sig 0,662 > α 0,05.

The aim of this study was to analize the influence of services quality indicators on the satisfaction of customers. Primary data was obtained from customers of Bank BNI Pondok Gede Plaza, Bekasi City through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study is used purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty positively and significant influenced the satisfaction of customers. The conclution of this study is that reliability was dominant than the other service quality indicators in influencing the satisfaction of customers.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of the taxpayer's financial conditions, service quality, taxation sanctions, and taxpayer awareness on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. This study uses primary data. Samples were taken using accidental sampling method and this research was conducted at the Bali Provincial Revenue Agency in 2017. The number of respondents was 100 taxpayers. Data was collected using questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, the results obtained that the financial condition of the taxpayer, service quality, taxation sanctions, and taxpayer awareness have a positive effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance at the Bali Provincial Revenue Agency. In the last three years, it has been seen that the level of tourist visits in the City of Bukittinggi has increased significantly. Business actors and the government are also racing to improve tourism infrastructure, including lodging facilities. Based on observations, data was obtained that in 2018 the number of accommodations in the City of Bukittinggi was 107 inns. The number of guests staying in 2016-2017 increased by 1.51%, then in 2017-2018, it increased by 5.66%. This study aims to examine the effect of products and accommodation prices on the purchase interest of tourists in the city of Buktinggi using quantitative descriptive methods. The population used is tourists who have stayed at the accommodation in the city of Bukittinggi, with a sample size of 100 respondents. Primary data was obtained through distributing questionnaires, and secondary data was obtained from the Department of Tourism, Youth, and Sports, by testing the hypothesis of multiple linear regression techniques. The results showed that the products offered affected the purchase interest of tourists, while the price of accommodation did not affect the interest of tourists to stay in the city of Bukittinggi.

This study aims to know the influence of Love Of Money and Machiavellian on the ethical perception of accounting students of Malikussaleh University. The data used is primary data and the sampling method used is Slovin method. The data of this research are obtained by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The data obtained are then analyzed by using Multiple Linear Regression, Data Quality Test, Classic Assumption Test, Hypothesis Testing, and Coefficient of Determination. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously Machiavellian and Love Of Money have a significant effect on the ethical perception of accounting students of Malikussaleh Universit which is indicated by the f-count value of 12,600. While f-table (df1 = k, df2 = n-k-1, 5%) = 3.11, or in other words f-count> f-table. Partially, Love Of Money has a significant effect on the ethical perception of accounting students of Malikussaleh University in which indicated by t-count of 3.693 and T table (n-2, 5% two-sided test) = 1.990 where t-count>t-table with a significance value of 0.000 or lower than 0.05. and Machiavellian has a significant effect on the ethical perception of accounting students at -Malikussaleh University which is indicated by t-count = 2.583 and t-table (n-2, 5% two-party test) = 1.990 where t-count> t-table with the significance value 0.012 or lower than 0.05.
