This research aims to know the Effect of Learning Starts With A Question (LSQ) Method to Learning Outcomes of IPS (Social Studies) Subject at MIN 15 Bintaro. The method used in this research is quasi experiment with research design of two group randomized subject pretest and posttest. This research was conducted at MIN 15 Bintaro on 21 April - 12 May 2014. The sampling technique in this study used cluster random sampling. The instrument of this research is a test (multiple choice) which amounts to 25 multiple choice questions. To measure the validity of the data reseacher used Annates Program. After hypothesis testing using technique Paired Sample T-Test obtained t count equal to 0,034 at significance level <0,05, thus, H1 accepted and H0 rejected because 0,034 <0,05, so it can be concluded that there is influence of  Learning Starts With A Question (LSQ) method to Learning Outcomes of IPS (Social Studies) Subject.

The objectives of this study are: 1). Knowing the effect of compensation on employee performance directly. 2). Knowing the effect of compensation on employee performance. 3). Knowing the effect of work performance on employee performance. 4). Knowing the effect of compensation on employee performance through work performance. The population is defined as "the number of families that will be studied", the population used by researchers in this study is the entire work of PT. Nippon Paint Kediri. This research sample was taken by using simple random sampling technique that is sampling technique from the population that was carried out randomly regardless of the strata that existed in the population. simple random sampling is a method of sampling where each element of the population has the same opportunity to be chosen as a member of the sample and the sample is taken using a number table/generator. The technique used is path analysis. Based on the results of the research and the discussion described, conclusions can be drawn as follows: 1). There is a significant direct effect between the variable compensation (X1) on employee performance (X2) of 0.410. 2). There is a significant direct effect between compensation (X1) on employee performance (Y) of 0.561. 3). There is a direct significant between employee work performance (X2) on employee performance (Y) of 0.358. 4). There is an indirect effect between compensation (X1) on employee performance (Y) through employee work performance (X2) of 0.708.

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional regulation on student academic procrastination. This study is a correlational study with 139 samples obtained using cluster random sampling. Data analysis techniques use regression analysis. Data collection using PASS (Procrastination Assessment Scale for Students) and ERQ (Emotion Regulation Questionnaire) with reliability 0,725 and 0,694. The results showed that there was an influence between emotional regulation and academic procrastination (R = 0.18 F (4.580) = 1.137, p <0.05) of 3.2%. In particular, emotional regulation with reappraisal type correlated with student academic procrastination with coefficient (β = -0,180, p <0.05). While emotional regulation with suppression type is not correlated with student academic procarstination with coefficient (β = -0.067, p> 0,05). The conclusion of this study is that the level of overall emotional regulation and academic procrastination are in the high category and "there is a relationship between emotional regulation and academic procrastination in students". The suggestion of this research is that the decrease in student academic procrastination can be done by exercising skills in controlling emotions, and providing information services to students about the impact of academic procrastination.
