Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh regulasi emosi terhadap prokrastinasi akademik siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan 139 sampel yang diperoleh menggunakan cluster random sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisi regresi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan PASS (Procrastination Assessment Scale for Students) dan ERQ (Emotion Regulation Questionnaire) dengan reliabilitas 0,725 dan 0,694. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara regulasi emosi dengan prokrastinasi akademik (R=0,18 F(4,580)=1,137, p<0,05) sebesar 3,2%. Secara khusus regulasi emosi dengan tipe reappraisal berkorelasi dengan prokrastinasi akademik siswa dengan koefisien (β= -0,180, p<0,05). Sementara regulasi emosi dengan tipe suppression tidak berkorelasi dengan prokarstinasi akademik siswa dengan koefisien (β= -0,067, p>0,05). Simpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa tingkat regulasi emosi secara keseluruhan dan prokrastinasi akademik berada pada kategori tinggi dan “ada hubungan antara regulasi emosi dan prokrastinasi akademik pada siswa”. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penurunan prokrastinasi akademik siswa dapat dilakukan dengan melatih keterampilan dalam mengendalikan emosi, dan memberikan layanan informasi kepada siswa tentang dampak prokrastinasi akademik.     This study aims to determine the effect of emotional regulation on student academic procrastination. This study is a correlational study with 139 samples obtained using cluster random sampling. Data analysis techniques use regression analysis. Data collection using PASS (Procrastination Assessment Scale for Students) and ERQ (Emotion Regulation Questionnaire) with reliability 0,725 and 0,694. The results showed that there was an influence between emotional regulation and academic procrastination (R = 0.18 F (4.580) = 1.137, p <0.05) of 3.2%. In particular, emotional regulation with reappraisal type correlated with student academic procrastination with coefficient (β = -0,180, p <0.05). While emotional regulation with suppression type is not correlated with student academic procarstination with coefficient (β = -0.067, p> 0,05). The conclusion of this study is that the level of overall emotional regulation and academic procrastination are in the high category and "there is a relationship between emotional regulation and academic procrastination in students". The suggestion of this research is that the decrease in student academic procrastination can be done by exercising skills in controlling emotions, and providing information services to students about the impact of academic procrastination.

This study was investigating the impact of social anxiety and loneliness toward intention to seek counseling, and loneliness as mediator in the relation of social anxiety towards intention to seek counseling. The participants were selected with cluster random sampling technique. Five hundred and two students from several regions in Indonesia were involved after confirm the participant consent and complete the online instruments of brief scale of loneliness for adolescents (α = 0.709), social anxiety (α = 0.780), and intention to seek counseling (α = 0.746). The analysis data technique was used path analysis with mediation variable. The results of this study showed that, separately social anxiety and loneliness affected the intention to seek counseling, social anxiety affected loneliness, social anxiety with loneliness affected the intention to seek counseling, and the direct effect of social anxiety toward intention to seek counseling is higher than through loneliness as mediator variable.

Pengelolaan hutan mangrove merupakan hal yang penting dalam mengupayakan pelestarian lingkungan di kawasan pesisir. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dampak kegiatan rehabilitasi hutan mangrove dan strategi pengelolaan hutan mangrove di Desa Tanggul Tlare, Kecamatan Kedung, Kabupaten Jepara.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan survei dengan wawancara langsung dan pengamatan lapangan. Populasi adalah seluruh penduduk pesisir di daerah penelitian, teknik pengampilan sampel menggunakan “cluster random sampling”. Dampak yang ditimbulkan dengan adanya rehabilitasi hutan mangrove di daerah penelitian adalah meningkatnya hasil tangkapanikan, mengurangi abrasi pantai, menahantiupan angin laut, semakin banyak tangkapan biota (udang, kepiting, kerang) di pesisir, danmenjadikan kawasan tersebut menjadidaerah objek wisata. Strategi yang perlu dilakukan dalam pengelolaan hutan mangrove diantaranya yaitu memanfaatkan potensi yang ada dengan dengan melakukan penanaman pohon mangrove, membentuk kawasan hutan lindung konservasi hutan mangrove agar kawasan hutan mangrove tetap terjaga baik dan lestari, memberikan sosialisasi atau pemahaman kepada masyarakat akan pentingnya menjaga hutan mangrove dan manfaat yang didapat oleh masyarakat, pentingnya kemajuan teknologi dan memberikan beasiswa kepada masyarakat yang dikira berkompeten dan aktif dalam rehabilitasi mangrove untuk melanjutkan sekolah yang lebih tinggi agar ilmu pengetahuan yang didapat bisa memberikan kontribusi yang positif untuk pengelolaan hutan mangrove yang ideal..Kata kunci: hutan mangrove, masyarakat, pengelolaanEnglish Title: Mangrove Forest Management Strategy In The Village Of Environmental Tlare District Kedung District JeparaABSTRACTManagement of mangrove forests is an important aspect in the effort to conserve the environment in coastal areas. The purpose of this research is to know the impact of mangrove forest rehabilitation and mangrove forest management strategy in Tanggul Tlare Village, Kedung Sub-district, Jepara Regency. This research uses survey approach with direct interview and field observation. Population is the entire coastal population in the study area, sample technique using cluster random sampling. The impacts of mangrove forest rehabilitation in the study area were increased fish catch, reduced coastal abrasion, retained wind breeze, more biota catches (shrimp, crabs, shells) on the coast, and made the area a tourist destination. MSME play a vital in the economical progress of the Countries, so the implementation of GST has had an immense outcome on the continued existence in the market. Some enterprises found it helpful however majority visage problem in adopting it. For existing enterprises, GST simplified the tax structure, unified the market thus improved among all operational efficiencies of MSME, to this point the unorganized MSMEs were growing quick than the organized ones as a result of the minimization, with GST in effect, it has made the taxation system transparent thus making the entities liable for tax payment. This paper brought out issues and challenges experienced by MSME Entrepreneur. In order to find out the impact on various aspect such as applying of GST, created the registration for taxation and High Compliance burden by using Cluster Random Sampling Technique in which 158 MSME Entrepreneur were selected in Sivaganga District in Tamil Nadu for the study. The statistical tools used for the analysis is one-way ANOVA. ANOVA is used to identify the significance of the difference in the levels of impact of GST among MSMEs. It was concluded that the impact of GST on the Indian MSME sector can go both positive and negative ways

This study aims to find out the implementation of uno card games on motivation and learning outcomes in motion system materials in class XI MAN Tasikmalaya Regency. This research was conducted from November to January 2020 in MAN Tasikmalaya Regency. Sample research as many as 2 classes, with sampling using cluster random sampling techniques. The instruments used in this study were test results of learning on motion system materials as many as 32 items of questions and motivational questionnaires learned as many as 22 items of statement. Data analysis techniques using U Mann Whitney. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that there is a positive influence of uno card games on the motivation and learning outcomes of learners on motion system materials in class XI MAN Tasikmalaya Regency.

Academic procrastination is one of the problems student usually faced, caused by fatigue or boredom.While in the other side, students needs the ability to regulate themselves for striving their goals. This study aimsto determine the influence of self-regulation towards academic procrastination using quantitative method withpsychological scale in questionnaire form. This research instrument was developed based on the theory of academicprocrastination by Ferrari and self-regulation theory by Barkley. This research was conducted in June 2016. Thesamples of this study were the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 10 Jakarta (State Senior High School of Jakarta).The sampling technic used was cluster random sampling. The analytical statistic used to test the hypothesiswas regression analysis using SPSS program verse 19 and Rasch Model. The Result of this study indicates thatthere is negative effect of self-regulation towards academic procrastination. It shows that the higher self-regulationperformed, then the lower academic procrastination will become. The influence which resulted by self-regulationtowards academic procrastination is 29,3% and the rest 70,7%, is caused by another factor. This research objective to find out the impact of motivation and compensation through teachers performance Vocational High School in Bangil district. Collecting data technique used questionnaire and distributed to respondent. Sampling technique is cluster random sampling. Sample for every school are 3 teachers from each major. Totally sample 42 respondents from 5 schools. Validity test used pearson product moment. Analisis technique to answer the research questions are inferential statistic multiple linier regression. Research results showed motivation and compensation have an impact through teachers performance Vocational High School in Bangil District.

Unprecedented levels of access to adolescents' time and attention provide opportunities to convert traditional character and socioemotional competencies interventions into behavioral intervention technologies. However, these new tools must be evaluated rather than assuming previously validated activities will be efficacious when converted to a mobile platform. Thus, we sought to design and provide initial data on the effectiveness of the CharacterMe smartphone app to build self-control and patience, which are built on underlying social-emotional regulation competencies, in a sample of 618 adolescents (Mage = 16.07, Female = 56.6%). We also sought to examine whether framing the app activities as having a transcendent (spiritual connection or moral/prosocial) rather than instrumental purpose would increase engagement and change in self-control, patience, and emotion regulation. Finally, we tested the impact of framing activities as building strengths vs. fixing weaknesses. Results highlight the difficulty of translating psychological interventions to behavioral intervention technologies. Overall, the CharacterMe smartphone app was unsuccessful in increasing self-control, patience, or emotion regulation in adolescents, with analyses showing no significant mean changes over time. Framing conditions and user engagement were largely not significant predictors of change in self-control, patience, and emotion regulation.

Abstrak: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan adversitas terhadap prokrastinasi akademik secara langsung atau melalui motivasi belajar. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross sectional study. Subjek penelitian adalah 50 mahasiswa kedoktoren Universitas Lambung Mangkurat yang aktif berorganisasi yang diambil dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala kecerdasan adversitas, skala motivasi belajar, dan skala prokrastinasi akademik. Sebelum digunakan untuk penelitian, instrumen diucobakan untuk memastikan kadar validitas dan reliabitasnya tinggi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, regresi ganda, dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan adversitas berpengaruh secara langsung maupun secara tidak langsung melalui motivasi belajar terhadap prokrastinasi akademik. The research design utilized the cross sectional study and the cluster random sampling with 50 respondents. The instruments were Adversity Quotient questionnaires, motivation questionnaires, and academic procrastination questionnaires. Data were analyzed by using the path analysis. The findings showed that Adversity Quotient indirectly influenced academic procrastination without motivation and also Adversity Quotient indirectly influencedacademic procrastination through motivation. This research is motivated by the ability of early child in good toilet training activity. The purpose of this research is to describe about (1) describe the management of the learning environment (2) describe the learning media (3) describe the learning method. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative, population in research amount to 30 people. Samples were taken as much as 65%. The number of samples is 20 people. The sampling technique uses cluster random sampling. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while data collection tools using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using the formula percentage. From the research result that (1) management of learning environment (class) on toilet training implementation in good category, (2) instructional media used by teacher in toilet training implementation in good category, (3) learning method used in toilet training implementation in category good. Suggestions from this research so that the management of learning environment, learning media and learning methods on the implementation of toilet training can be improved by the school.Keywords: Implementation, Toilet Training

This experimental research aimed at finding out the impact of video recorded feedback on and motivation to the learning achiement in microteaching. The research was conducted at Teachers Education Faculty of Prof. Dr. Hamka in Jakarta. The research samples were selected ny apllying two stage cluster random sampling technique to obtain 60 students from two classes. The results of the research approved the hypotheis that the video taped feedback and motivation had positive impact to the learning achievement in microteaching.
