The diabetic foot can be treated only if you know how to work as a team and the diabetologist, the natural referent of the clinical case, has to create a multiprofessional/multidisciplinary team that can manage the patient to prevent injuries and treat them if they show up. The creation of structured diagnostic-therapeutic paths guarantees a better coordination of the professional figures involved, optimizes the management of the direct and indirect resources required to manage such a clinically challenging complication. After many years of activity we have built a solid integration between diabetologist and orthopedic, between hospital and territory and we have simplified a complex path. The fulcrum of this activity is the joint orthopaedic clinic that guarantees the correct care of the patient and allows the professional growth of the whole team. KEY WORDS diabetic foot; integrated management; PDTA; team.

Purpose. To evalute the effective of the proposed volume of surgical treatment for the progressive course of infant esotropia. Material and мethods. A premature baby with congenital esotropia, which was diagnosed at the sith month of life. The patient was assigned a spectacle correction taking into account the par of ametropia and constant alternating occlusion. In connection with the subsequent increase in horizontal esodeviation and the appearance of a paretic component, a bilateral recession of the internal rectus muscle by 5mm was carried out in combination with an injection of Botox in a volume of 2.0. IU. Results and discussion. After the first stage of surgical treatment, a stable decrease of horizontal esodeviation and an increase of the amount of abduction were achieved. Conclusion. Bilateral combined weakening of medial rectus muscles (classical recession and chemorecession) allows to achieve predicted good results in case of large strabismus angles, combined with limi of abduction. Key words: congenital esotropia, chemodenervation, chemorecession.

Devergie disease, or pityriasis rubra pilaris, is a poorly studied and rare disease, which prevalence is estimated at about 1 in 400 thousand. The article provides relevant data on the classification of Devergie disease, features of the course and clinical manifestations of each of the 6 types of the disease, as well as the ap-proximate occurrence of these types. Erythroderma can occur in Devergie disease, but data on the incidence of this manifestation vary significantly. The article presents a clinical case of type 1 Devergie disease. This case is of particular interest, since the disease began not according to the classical scheme, i.e., with appearance of an erythematous spot, but with extensive areas of erythroderma. This case is intended to draw attention to the fact that dermatological diseases do not always develop in a typical way, and the correct diagnosis often requires a histological examination. Key words: pityriasis rubra pilaris, Devergie disease, erythroderma, clinical case. For citation: Plieva K.T., Denisova E.V., Bobrov M.A. et al. Rare dermatological diseases: Devergie disease.
