Kata kunci : Analisis Kelayakan, Broiler, Mandiri Abstract The study aims to analyze the feasibility of broiler farming in terms of financial aspect and non financial, analyze level of sensibility (switching value). The method used is a cencus by measuring all members of the population and visiting farmers. This research was conducted from may to july 2018 with 15 respondent by using primary and secondary data. The result of the study show that independent broiler farms are fesible to continue, because it is seen from Net Present Value (NPV) IDR 14.070.624, IRR 24 percent, Net B/C 1,27, and Pay Period 2 years. The Discount Rate was 12 percent. The result switching value showed that broiler farm are susceptible to price of feed increase above 4,5 percent and decrease in selling price of vases above 2,1 percent were still feasible. The results of non-financial studies show that broiler farms are feasible to continue because it is seen from the market aspect of 93 percent, technical aspects at 83 percent, management and legal aspects at 85 percent, social and economic aspects at 77 percent, and environmental aspects at 100 percent.
Bubbling reefs are submarine structures formed by aggregating carbonate resulting from leaking gases. The reef formations can form pillars rising several meters above the sea floor. They support a high diversity of benthic communities, and in the EU Habitat Directive they are specifically mentioned as a natural habitat type that require conservation.

Knowledge about the presence, locations and shape of bubbling reefs are usually obtained by geophysical surveying using multibeam echosounder (MBES), sidescan sonar and/or seismic acquisition systems, combined with ground truth verification. However, this traditional survey method is time consuming, especially for full coverage surveys in shallow water. Full coverage surveys are a requirement to capture the bubbling reefs due to their relatively small spatial extent. Besides, traditional geophysical vessel borne surveys have their limitations in shallow water due to low spatial coverage and vessel draft.

In recent years, airborne topobathymetric (green wavelength) lidar has emerged as a new possible surveying method in shallow water (e.g. Andersen et al., 2017). Compared to vessel borne MBES, full coverage lidar surveys can be conducted within hours instead of days/weeks, while also including full coverage in the shallow water and a seamless transition between land and water. Thus, topobathymetric lidar may be a good choice for carrying out full coverage surveys in large shallow water areas. However, the accuracy and the resolution of the collected dataset are important in these surveys, not least when mapping small scale features such as bubbling reefs.

In this study, we investigated the potential of mapping bubbling reefs in shallow water (<10 m) using topobathymetric lidar. The main objective was to assess the performance of airborne topobathymetric lidar to detect and resolve small scale objects, i.e. bubbling reefs, by comparison to MBES data. Both MBES and lidar data were acquired in spring 2019 in a designated Natura 2000 area close to Hirsholmene in the northern Kattegat region in Denmark. The comparison of the two datasets included a quantification of the accuracy, and an assessment of the performance for mapping bubbling reefs.

Reference:

Andersen M.S., Gergely A., Al-Hamdani Z., Steinbacher F., Larsen L.R., Ernstsen V.B. This paper presents a gridd study of Mini Hydro Power Generation (MHPP) of Palangai Hulu, 2 x 4.9 MW. It is owned by PT. Dempo Sumber Energi (DSE) located at Palangai of South Pesisir Regency. The objective is to fulfill the legal aspects, technical aspects and economic aspects to develop of MHPP. The legal aspect is one of the requirements that must be fulfilled prior to the signing of Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) between DSE and State Electricity Company that called PLN. Technical aspect is to analyze the operational impact of the distribution system after MHPP connecting to the PLN distribution system, while the economic aspect is to analyze how much result energy of MHPP can be absorbed by PLN. Uultimately, it is described the financial feasibility of MHPP. The result is, legal aspect of development of MHPP of Palangai Hulu feasible to be continued to next process to sign contract of PPA. Technically, there is no negative impact of operating the PLN distribution system after the MHPP is connected to the PLN Rayon Balai Selasa system that analyzes using ETAP. Point of Connection (POC) as the selling point of electrical energy by DSE to the most economical PLN is on substation circuit of Balai Selasa. The energy production of MHPP Palangai Hulu can be absorbed 96.4% starting in 2018. The cost of POC is Rp. 11,577,000,000.

Law influences every aspect of human activity, and dentistry in this regard is no exception. Ethical standards of the dental profession are seeing a steady decline, altruistic concepts being overridden by a market driven system. A deficient knowledge regarding the medico-legal aspects halts the effective implementation and delivery of efficient services. The review thus provides an overview of ethical standards, consents and their types, negligence,, determination of negligence, liabilities of dental practitioners and solicitors in dental practices, which comprehensively form an integral part of the medico-legal aspect of dental practice.
