Musculoskeletal disorder (MSDs) is a disorder in workers. This work-related disease has a high prevalence globally. MSDs occurs in work environment that exposes workers to non-ergonomic posture. The disorder triggers fatigue and indirectly adds to the workload among workers. This study aims to analyze the relationship between work tenure, sex and work attitudes with musculoskeletal complaints in general refueling station operators in Kupang City. The research was an analytical survey with a cross-sectional design. The research were conducted at 15 General Refueling Stations in Kupang from October to November 2019. A sample of 69 people were selected from the population of 222 operators. Data were analyzed by using chi-square (X2) with p-value = 0,05. The results showed that there was a relationship between musculoskeletal complaints and length of work (ρ-value= 0,004), gender (ρ-value 0,007) and work attitude (ρ-value= 0,001).

There is a large body of literature devoted to factors that shape performance in organizations. Although much of this literature focuses on the relationships between job demands, job resources and performance, Bakker and his colleagues (2014; 2018) have recently drawn attention to self-undermining effects that can add support for a deeper understanding of such a relationship. The following contribution explores self-undermining related to exhaustion at work and its mediating role in the perception of three types of job demands in a sample of employees working in IT companies. More specifically, the paper draws on the concept of self-undermining to reflect on how it activates a loss cycle of job demands and potential negative reactions at work. We argue that (i) exhaustion has an indirect effect on the perception of job demands through self-undermining; and so on referring to each dimension of job demands: (ii) exhaustion has an indirect effect on the perception of workload through self-undermining; (iii) exhaustion has an indirect effect on the emotional load through self-undermining; (iv) exhaustion has an indirect effect on the cognitive load through self-undermining. In order to test the hypotheses, a cross-sectional design was employed. The regression analyses revealed that self-undermining mediated the relationship between exhaustion and the perception of workload meeting our expectations, and a significant indirect effect of exhaustion on the perception of job demands and emotional load. However, there is a need for future studies to generalize the results. Finally, theoretical and practical implications are discussed.

This researchis an observational study with a cross sectional design. Data collection was conducted from April toJuly 2018. Statistical tests used correlation test in testing urin color indications to determinedehydration levels. The results showed a relationship between the variable work period and the level oflabor hydration with p-value 0.000, age variable with hydration level did not have a relationship withp-value 0.087 where the temperature in the workspace averages 34.1°C. There is a relationship betweenthe length of work and the level of hydration of bead craftsmen and there is no relationship betweenage and level of hydration of bead craftsmen. To reduce the level of hydration status, it isrecommended that every bead craftsman every 2 hours drink as much as 0.5 liters of water, so that theneed for fluids is approximately 2 liter in 8 hours of work can be fulfilled. ABSTRACT Nurses in meeting spiritual service needs in patients are influenced by one of the factors namely spiritual intelligence. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between characteristics and nurse's spiritual intelligence by fulfilling the inpatient spiritual service needs in Banten Hospital in 2019. The study was conducted in Banten General Hospital in July-August 2019. This research was quantitative with a cross-sectional design by using a questionnaire as a primary data and using Chi-square test as the data analysis. The sample used all nurses in population with total sampling to 71 nurses. The results showed that respondents who fulfilled the needs of spiritual services were not as good as 37 respondents (52.1%). Bivariate results showed variables related to meeting spiritual service needs, namely the level of education (p value = 0.039), length of work (p value =0.042), and nurse spiritual intelligence (p value =0.022). Based on the results of this study it is suggested that there is a need for assistance or special mentors conducted by senior nurses to junior nurses (length of work ≤ 4 years). Because the results of this research prove that nurses who have a new length of work who have the opportunity to meet the needs of spiritual services are not good for patients.
