The study aimed to clarify the reality of applying the electronic management for the school leaders in Dilam governorate، identifying the barriers of applying electronic management for the school leaders in Dilam governorate and clarifying the suggestions to apply the electronic management application for the school leaders in Dilam governorate. The study applied the descriptive survey approach and used the questionnaire as the tool for data collection.  Study population and sample: the study population consists of all school leader and deputies in Boys Public schools at Dilam Governorate in its different years (primary، intermediate and secondary) who are (45) leaders and deputies including (29) leaders and (16) deputies (Education Office in Dilam Governorate)، the researcher distributed the study tool on the population as (45) leaders and deputies in public schools، and finally collected (41) electronic questionnaires due to some schools are busy in preparing for the examinations of the first semester 1438- 1439H. The study members moderately agree on the application of electronic management for the school leaders in Dilam governorate in “using the educational management program (NOOR) ”. The study members highly agree on the barriers of applying of electronic management for the school leaders in Dilam governorate in “many administrative burdens on the school leader، little financial allowances to support the application of the electronic management”. The study members moderately agree on the suggestions to apply the electronic management application for the school leaders in Dilam governorate representing in “ensuring the security and protection of electronic information، reducing centralization in educational decision making، promoting applicable technological strategic plan، developing the regulations and systems to work with the institutions and intensification of courses and programs in the electronic management field.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the school bullying behavior among adolescents in public schools in the Qalqilya Governorate from the teachers’ perspective in the first semester of the academic year (2018-2019). The study sample consisted of (240) teachers from the whole study population, which comprised 1200 teachers from public schools in the Qalqilya Governorate. The researcher used the descriptive research approach. A Questionnaire was used to measure school bullying behaviors. The questionnaire consisted of (30) sentences, divided into three domains. Its consistency and reliability were verified. the results of the study. Results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level of (α ≤ 0.05) in the phenomenon of school bullying behavior among adolescents in public schools in the Qalqilya Governorate from the teachers’ perspective due to the variable of gender. There were no statistically significant differences at the significance level of (α ≤ 0.05) in the phenomenon of school bullying behavior among adolescents in public schools in the Qalqilya Governorate from the teachers’ perspective due to the variable of the school. The study recommended the need to focus on teacher, counselor and trainer professional development to deal effectively with students’ behavioral problems.

The study was designed to identify the level of reflective thinking among mathematics teachers for the first three school classes in the light of the variables of educational experience and educational qualification., The study population of all the mathematics teachers for the first three grades in the public schools in the province of Mafraq in Jordan during the first semester of the academic year 2018/2019 and the number (835) teachers. The study sample consisted of (500) mathematics teachers for the first three school classes. The study included a questionnaire consisting of (30) paragraph of Eysenck and Wilson reflective thinking scale (Eysenck & Wilson, 1976), which Barakat (2005) Arabized and developed and reformulated to suit the Arab environment. The researcher used descriptive analytical method in the survey, The results of the study showed that the level of reflective thinking among mathematics teachers for the first three school classes was medium on the whole scale, where the mean was( 1.35. The results also showed statistically significant differences (0.05≥α) In the level of reflective thinking of mathematics teachers for the first three grades due to the teaching experience and for the benefit of teachers with teaching experience (more than 5 years), The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences ( 0.05 ≥α ) in the level of reflective thinking among the mathematics teachers for the first three school classes due to the scientific qualification and to the benefit of teachers with qualification (higher than Bachelor).

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the determinants of career change in rural schools. The study was based on the theory of occupational choice and career typology theory. From the context of the theories, the underlying determinants under investigation were categorized into environmental, organizational and individual factors.Methodology:  The study applied both inferential and descriptive survey research.  Stratified and simple random sampling techniques were used to identify one hundred forty-seven (147) respondents from a study population of 1,555 teachers distributed in one hundred eighty-two public schools.  The study used questionnaire as key instrument to acquire primary data while desk review of reports and publications was applied for secondary data.Findings: The study revealed that 55% of the respondents harbored plans to switch to other career later in life with individuality factors being the most significant compared to environmental and organizational factors which ranked second and third respectively.Unique Contribution to Practice and Policy: Educational institutions should therefore strive to achieve a sustainable balance between the teacher intrinsic and extrinsic influences in management of teacher career change. The findings of this study will illuminate policy assumptions behind different strategies used in efforts to alleviate problems associated with teacher’s career change in rural areas. In addition, the affected teachers will have a common understanding of challenges affecting them and have a common voice in articulating their issues for policy consideration.

This study aimed to reveal the degree of public-school leaders 'practice in Riyadh city of toxic leadership, the level of psychological well-being and the relationship of the two variables with each other from the teachers' point of view in those schools. The researchers used the descriptive survey approach, a questionnaire designed by researchers consisting of (45) items distributed on two axes, and it was applied to a random sample of (252) teachers. The results showed that the degree of school leaders ’practice of toxic leadership obtained an overall average of (1.60 out of 5). That is, with a (low) rating, and that the level of psychological well-being obtained an overall average of (3.40 out of 5), that is, a (high) rating. It also revealed the existence of a statistically significant positive relationship between toxic leadership and psychological well-being, reaching 0.15 and indicating a very weak relationship, With no statistically significant differences in the strength of the correlational relationship due to the effect of gender, experience, or educational stage. Based on the results, the researchers presented a set of recommendations and proposals to prevent toxic leadership and maintain a high level of psychological well-being among teachers.

The study aimed at identifying the degree to which secondary school teachers in public schools accept the use of transformative leadership by their principals from their perspective. The study used the descriptive method, and developed a questionnaire containing (20) paragraphs. The validity and reliability of the study tool has been verified. The study population contains the working teachers of high schools of the first semester of the academic year 2017-2018. They were taken among secondary public schools at Zarqa Education Principalate II. A random sample of 250 teachers was taken. The study concluded the following results:-      The mean averages and standard deviations showed that the degree to which secondary school teachers in public schools accept the use of transformative leadership by their principals from their perspective was moderate. Therefore, the study recommends that teachers be introduced to the importance of transformative leadership and give training courses to activate the application of transformative management in secondary public schools.-      There are statistically significant differences in the grades of study's sample of the degree to which secondary school teachers in public schools accept the use of transformative leadership by their principals from their perspective due to gender variable that was in favor of males. Therefore, the study recommends holding training courses for secondary school teachers to apply in their schools.-      There are statistically significant differences in the grades of study's sample of the degree to which secondary school teachers in public schools accept the use of transformative leadership by their principals from their perspective due to experience variable. Therefore, the study recommends that secondary school teachers in public schools should be informed of their experience from 1-10 years on this style of leadership.

The study aimed to show the degree of school leaders’ practicing of toxic leadership, the level of psychological well-being, and the relationship between the two variables from the teachers’ point of view in public schools in Riyadh; as they represent the study population. A random sample of (252) male and female teachers was selected. The two researchers designed a questionnaire as study tool consisting of two aspects: First: (toxic practicing); In three fields, the second (psychological well-being); In six fields. The results showed that the degree to which school leaders practice toxic leadership is (low), and that the level of psychological well-being is (high)

    This study aimed to: Identify the leadership style prevailing among public school principals in Hail from the teachers ’point of view, and to reveal the statistical significance of the differences in the estimates of the study sample individuals of the leadership style prevailing among school principals, which may due to variables of (educational stage, number of years of experience, and specialization). The researcher used the descriptive method, and prepared a questionnaire consisting of (24) statements distributed to (3) dimensions, which are: Democratic style, authoritarian style and chaotic style. The current study population included all the teachers of public education schools in Hail, who numbered (9390) teachers. The questionnaire was applied to a random sample of (296) teachers. The study found a set of results, the most important of which are: The prevailing leadership style among school principals is the democratic style, followed by the authoritarian style, and then the chaotic style. Where the democratic style obtained a mean (4.18) and a high degree of approval from the study sample, while the domineering style obtained a mean (1.83) and a low degree of approval from the study sample, and the chaotic style obtained an average (1.73) and a low degree of approval. Very members of the study sample. The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences in the degree of the study sample’s estimates of the leadership style prevailing among school principals due to the variable of years of experience, while there are no statistically significant differences in the degree of the study sample’s estimates of the leadership style prevailing among school principals due to the variables of the educational stage or specialization. In light of these results, the researcher recommended organizing training courses for school principals to enlighten them about the modern trends in educational leadership, and urged school principals to follow the democratic style of administration.

<p>The research tackled the academic intrinsic motivation and its relationship with the emotional intelligence with a sample of the academic overachievers and underachievers of Najran University. The study population consisted of the students of Najran University who are enrolled in the University academic year 2015/2016, during the first semester in the various colleges. The study sample consisted of (423) male and female students; and the study instruments included the emotional IQ which consisted of (54) items, and the academic intrinsic motivation questionnaire, which consisted of (36) items, to identify the overall emotional intelligence degree and the motivation with the students. The results showed that the academic intrinsic motivation and emotional intelligence degrees were high with the university students. Furthermore, the results showed a direct correlational, statistically significant relationship between the academic intrinsic motivation and the emotional intelligence; and there are statistically significant differences between the motivation and emotional intelligence among the academically outstanding and non-outstanding students.</p>

The study aimed to:  - Identifying with the degree of The practice of heads educational management for type of transference leadership from the views of supervisors. - Acquaintance with the level of job satisfaction of educational supervisors in Afif Educational management. - Recognizing the statistical significance relation between the practice of heads educational management degrees' in Afif Educational management for the style of transference leadership and job satisfaction of educational Study Methodology: The researcher used the descriptive method (survey ) & descriptive method (Correlative) Study Population and Sample: The study population consists of all heads educational department and educational supervisor whether they are mails or females in Educational Management of AFIF. Study Tool: The researcher built tow questionnaires, the first questionnaire to measure using of the transference leadership and it consist of two parts one is personal information anther is phrases for measuring the practice of heads educational management degrees' in Afif Educational management from the points of view of educational supervisors , also it contain forth transference leadership diminutions( typical effective, mental- excitation, personal considerations, accusatory motivation) in (39) sentences. The second questionnaire to measure the level of educational supervisors' job satisfaction in (28) sentences. Moreover, the researcher used the fifth Grading scale to measure the responses of study sample. Study Results: the results of the study can firmed the following: - The overall average of total to the degree of transference leadership applying for Heads Department (4,10) , so this is the mean between fourth category which indicated to high degree. - The general average of the responses of the study sample at the axis of educational supervisors job satisfaction for in Educational management in AFIF that is mean (3,85 over 5) indicated to (high) degree of study tool. The results proved that there is connective, direct, strong relation & statistical function at (0,01) between the practice of heads educational management degrees' in Afif Educational management for the style of transference leadership and job satisfaction of educational. Also, the result show that connective the relation between general degree of the measure of transference leadership and general degree of the measure of job satisfaction is (0,56) , so it is positive direct relation. Study Recommendations: - Encouraging and training the Heads of educational management to be attention in knowing the weakness points about their work which is hinder the transference leadership practice. - Caring of training and qualifying staff who have primitive readiness for having transference leadership properties and characters. - Necessity of hold periodical specialist courses to create leaders and trine them about modern administrative styles that make job satisfaction for personnel.
