Supply Chain is a concept and regulatory system related to product flow, information flow and financial flows. Activities in the supply chain for broilers consist of the process of raising chicken products by breeders, then processing them into chicken meat that is ready to be marketed from breeders to consumers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the supply chain for chicken meat products and to determine the availability of chickens in the Chicken Slaughterhouse and the availability of chickens in the city of Makassar. Data collection methods are carried out by observation and interviews. Data processing with the preparation of problems in a hierarchy, Validity and Reliability Examiners, Supply chain mapping and hierarchical determination, Calculation of the actual value of each matrix, Inserting weights into the decision matrix, Calculating the normalization value . Data analysis that has been collected is then processed using the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) method. Of the 15 sub-districts in Makassar city, there are 4 sub-districts which are slaughter centers namely Tamalate (97,643), Manggala (100,762), Biringkanaya (999,554) and Tamalanrea (88,895). where 3 districts are directly adjacent to the buffer area for chicken products, namely Maros and Gowa. The potential supply of chickens to Makassar city will be even greater along with the demand for chicken meat protein. The conclusion is the supply chain channel for chicken products with 3 alternatives, starting from livestock producers, collecting traders, retailers, consumers, then the second alternative is starting from producers, collecting traders and consumers. And the third alternative is starting from the cage, basket, slaughterhouse and consumers.

This research aims to analyze the management of the dogol shrimp supply chain in terms of product flow, financial flow, information flow and risk as well as marketing margins of each chain involved in KUD Minasari fish market, Pangandaran Regency, West Java Province. The method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative using primary and secondary data with snowball sampling methods. The analytical tool used is the analysis of supply chain conditions, risks and consequences of dogol shrimp supply chains. The results of this study showed that the process of product flow of the dogol shrimp supply chain in KUD Minasari, Pangandaran Regency involving fishermen, wholesalers, small traders, restaurants and end consumers is quite well related to channeling from fishermen who have not been supported by fishermen's knowledge related to shrimp quality. The dogol shrimp supply chain distribution channel is divided into 8 types of marketing with a significant difference in whether the fish market is involved or not. The marketing channel of dogol shrimp catches in Pangandaran Regency shows that the structure of the second chain with business actors is fishermen → fish auction → large traders → small traders → consumers are more efficient with a marketing margin of Rp. 35,000 / kg or 31.81%, farmer share by 75.87%. The largest market share value of 59.25% is on the 8th channel with restaurants as a marketing agent.

Financial flows are one of the three majors in a Supply Chain (SC). Ignoring financial flows, regardless of the quality of freight transport and information, could lead the organization to a state of bankruptcy, which is a situation directly resulting from a lack of control over financial inputs/outputs. This study proposes a multi-product mathematical model, which makes it possible to choose among suppliers, manufacturing sites, distribution centres, retailers, and transportation vehicles. The purpose of the model is to integrate physical and material dimensions to maximize net corporate profits through inbound and outbound financial flows; it involves payment mechanisms between the financial and physical flows through maximizing the cash flows of manufacturing sites and suppliers, as two conflicting objectives that must consider the reciprocal effects of their decisions. These objectives are calculated by subtracting costs from the revenue; this process, of course, will ultimately result in an optimization of the organization’s financial flow. To solve the proposed mathematical model, the study relies on two algorithms, namely Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and Imperialist Competition Algorithm (ICA). The sample under investigation is solved separately using the three algorithms, and results are then compared. The observations of the study reveal the better performance of PSO.

The research was conducted in Kabupaten Tasikmalaya from May 20 to June 20, 2021. The purpose of this study was to determine the supply chain management pattern of Cihateup Duck Breeders and to analyze marketing margins and added value in the value chain in the Cihateup Duck supply chain. The object of the research is the business actors of Cihateup Duck husbandry including Breeders, Dealers or Collectors, Slaughterhouses, and culinary businesses. The research method used is the descriptive qualitative analysis method using the survey method. Determination of the sample in this study using a snowball sampling technique as many as 7 people involved in the Cihateup Duck supply chain. The variables analyzed in this study, namely the Cihateup Duck supply chain channel, cost structure, selling price, purchase price, and trading costs. The analysis used to determine the marketing value chain uses Value Chain Analysis (VCA) analysis. The results showed that the supply chain of cihateup ducks only went through one core channel from breeders to collectors and then to slaughterhouses and processed by culinary businesses until finally in the hands of final consumers. Migration of ducks from one supply chain member to another has increased costs and different marketing margins because it is influenced by maintenance costs, transportation costs, changes in live ducks into carcasses, and carcasses into finished products ready for consumption. The marketing margin of the Cihateup Duck supply chain is Rp. 12,000 for breeders, Rp. for collectors. 3,000, a slaughterhouse Rp. 10,000 and a culinary business Rp. 22,000.   Keywords: Cihateup duck supply chain, cost structure, selling price, purchase price, trading costs and marketing margin
