In the world of information technology has changed the lifestyle in the aspect of our lives especially in the educational world. E-Raport is an academic information system used to input web-based student value data. The current value data input system is a benchmark for the creation of quality output and able to compete with other schools. One of the benchmarks that can be the competitiveness for other schools is the result of student learning assessments that are handled by each class. Problems that occur in the input of the value of Raport at SDN Sukanagara is currently still a manual that is the value of Raport recorded in the book Raport, so it takes a long time and a lot of energy needed. Research has the purpose of designing a value information system that facilitates the checking, recording and reporting of the computerized value of the students. Computerized Raport value reports can minimize errors in student data processing. This WEB based online raport is very easy data information and can be accessed anytime and anywhere, the system design works to insert and save value Report data and attendance and display info from school. The system uses data collection methods such as interviews, library studies, and system design, which are context diagrams, and prototypes. The information system of online Raport SDN Sukanagara is expected to be able to bring positive impact to the educational world, especially for SDN Sukanagara in the development of information technology applied in the world of education.

Abstract: A system of data input and the grade of students who still use manual way namely by filling form of data on student and the grades of students in the form of paper sheet done by administration and teacher. Besides needed a place the immense storage, to find files need a require a long time, because that is the way are considered less effective. Websites is information in word wide web stored in different file as a page web. Academic information system web-based can manage academic information with more effective. Sistem informasi pembayaran saat ini sudah menggunakan sistem berbasis modernisasi atau online, yang sangat dibutuhkan pada era globalisasi ini. Peranan transaksi online menjadi sangat penting bagi masyarakat modern. Seperti E-Commerce yang menjadi referensi dalam pengembangan form menu konfirmasi pembayaran pada sistem pembayaran online perguruan tinggi, dari sistem yang sebelumnya masih berjalan manual atau tidak online. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengimplementasikan form menu konfirmasi pembayaran online guna meningkatkan pelayanan kepada mahasiswa perguruan tinggi dalam hal memberikan informasi pembayaran yang tepat dan akurat kepada mahasiswa, serta memberikan akses mudah bagi mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi Raharja dalam hal konfirmasi pembayaran. Selain dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi mahasiswa, sistem ini juga dapat memberikan kemudahan untuk bagian keuangan dalam pengecekan transaksi yang sudah masuk. Sistem yang diimplementasikan pada Perguruan Tinggi Raharja untuk form menu konfirmasi pembayaran ini ialah website goplus. Website goplus ini dibangun dengan menggunakan yii2 framework, dimana sudah banyak diterapkan sebelumnya pada sistem informasi akademik lainnya di Perguruan Tinggi Raharja. Pada yii2 framework terdapat fitur CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) yang dapat mempermudah dalam membuat suatu form.The current payment information systems already use-based systems modernization or online, which is much needed in this era of globalization. The role of online transactions is becoming very important for modern society. Like the E-Commerce as a reference in the development of the payment confirmation menu form on the college online payment system, from a system that previously still runs manually or not online. The purpose of this research is to implement online payment confirmation menu form to enhance services to college students in terms of providing payment information which is precise and accurate to college students, as well as providing easy access for students College Raharja in terms of payment confirmation. In addition to providing convenience for students, the system is also able to provide convenience to the financial section in checking of transactions already entered. The system is implemented on College Raharja to form this payment confirmation menu is goplus website. Goplus website was built using the yii2 framework, which already implemented earlier in other academic information system in College Raharja. In the yii 2 framework there are features of the CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) which can make it easier to create a form.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of academic information systems in improving the quality of higher education implementation in PGRI STKIP Bangkalan, and the extent to which the policies of implementing higher education before and after the use of information systems and how satisfaction is felt by students towards academic information systems at STKIP PGRI Bangkalan, named STKIP PGRI Bangkalan’s Siakad.The study was conducted by conducting a survey of users of the internet-based academic information system (Siakad STKIP PGRI Bangkalan), namely lecturers, students and employees with the method of observation and conducting in-depth interviews to obtain as much information as possible from all respondents/informants. The number of informants was 5 people consisting of the chairman of STKIP PGRI Bangkalan, Vice Chairman I, Head of BAAK and two students who had experience in their respective fields of work, knew deeply and had many roles in the process of using information systems.Based on the results of the study, it was shown that with the use of the information system/ STKIP PGRI Bangkalan’s Siakad which is one of the facilities for the smooth activities of the teaching and learning process, it proved to provide convenience, many benefits and benefits that greatly support the duties of serving lecturers, students and outsiders requiring. This is evidenced by the support of the support of lecturers and students, capacity, namely the ability of employees to process data and value, namely the benefits felt by lecturers, employees and students as well as outside parties in need.

Academic Information System (AIS) is a form of information technology in the form of software services in the education process including academic information. To get a good AIS services, it needs good governance, including IT support, service for IT users as well as continuity of care. Sunan Kalijaga UIN has adequate information technology support used in academic services for users. Audit SIA is needed to fit the IT governance framework and standards of Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT). COBIT is standard because it is the most complete guide of best practices in IT management because it has a very good compromise in the breadth of coverage and detail of management's processes. Referring to one of the domains in COBIT is to Deliver and Support the domain that has the focus in his ministry. This study has implemented almost all IT activities and has a maturity level of 2.56, which means IT Academic Information System is approaching Defined Process management. This suggests that the activities of the Deliver and Support domain have been applied, but have not had formal procedures in writing and well documented.

As concrete steps in order to realize the vision and mission of an organization or educational institution is to implement the system of academic information. The one factor that influences the success of the academic information system is the satisfaction of users.  The problems in the user satisfaction are also issues that cannot be denied and continue to be studied. In consequently, having measurements related to user satisfaction is required. This research is done to see how the user satisfaction of the existing system has been implemented and to know what factorshas influenced the system. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model whereas 255 respondents are chosen as the sample for the study. The purposive sampling technique is usedand the PLS-SEM approach with tools Smart PLS 3.0 is used for analyzing the data.  This research consists of 7 hypotheses and 8 variables, namely Content, Accuracy, Format, Timeliness, Ease of Use, System Reliability, System Speed and End-User Satisfaction. The research finds out that the current level of end-user satisfaction is in satisfied level. Inferentially, of the 7 hypotheses tested, 2 of them were rejected and the other 5; Accuracy, System Reliability, Timeliness, Content and System Spee;are accepted.Through this research, it is hoped that later it could be used as a practical consideration and theoretical study in thefuture.

SD Negeri 18 Tanah Abang is one of the elementary schools located in Tanjung Dalam Village. In line with the rapid development of technology, there are demands on educational institutions or others to provide fast, precise, and accurate information. In processing the data, SD Negeri 18 Tanah Abang has not used a computerized system, therefore the research conducted by the author aims to create an Academic Information System so that it can help and facilitate data processing.
