Dwi Linda Yuliarti, Ida Anggriani; An Analysis Of Factors That Influence Employee Performance In Department Of Revenue , Finance And Asset Management Of Bengkulu City. The purpose of the study to determine the most dominant factor affecting the performance of employees in Department of Revenue , Finance and Asset Management (DPPKA ) Bengkulu City . Data collection method used in the study was a questionnaire method , while the method of analysis using a Likert scale , and the rating scale . By the five factors that affect the performance of employees in Department of Revenue , Finance and Asset Management ( DPPKA ) Bengkulu city , four factors are personal factors, team factors, systems factors, and contextual factors got the perception of respondents agreed criteria, means that four factors affect the performance of employees . While one factor got the strongly agree perception is leadership factors, that greatly affect employee performance leader . The most dominant factor affecting the performance of employees inDepartment of Revenue , Finance and Asset Management (DPPKA) Bengkulu is leadership factors , because they have an important role in nurturing , supportive.

The purpose of this study was to determine the most dominant factors affecting employee work productivity in Carita District, Pandeglang Regency during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The data collection method used in this research is the questionnaire method, while the analysis method uses a Likert scale and rating scale. Of the three factors that affect Employee Work Productivity in Carita Subdistrict, Pandeglang Regency during the Covid-19 Pandemic, namely Education and Training received perceptions from respondents with agreed criteria, while Motivation received perceptions from respondents with strongly agree criteria meaning that these three factors affect employee work productivity. The most dominant factor influencing Employee Work Productivity in Carita Subdistrict, Pandeglang Regency during the Covid-19 Pandemic is Motivation, because it has the highest average value among the other two factors, namely 175.5, this shows that motivation has an important role and is a condition self-directed employees to achieve organizational goals

The limited presence of media in learning causes the learning process to seem monotonous and less interesting. The thing that can be done to deal with these problems is to develop learning media, one of which is pop-up book media. This study aims to develop a pop-up book on the Topic of Plants’ Anatomy and Physiology. The study used the ADDIE model. The subjects of this study were 1 media expert, 1 material expert, and 2 practitioner experts. While the object of this research is the validity of the pop-up book media. The data collection method used is a questionnaire method and the instrument used is a rating scale or a scale of five in the form of a media validity assessment sheet. The collected data were analyzed by means of the formula to get the average validity score of the pop-up book media. Based on the analysis of the data obtained from the score of each expert, namely, the average score of material experts was 4.65, the average score of media experts was 4.25 and the average score of practitioner experts was 4.8 into the very good category. So, the pop-up book media on the Topic of Plants’ Anatomy and Physiology can be declared valid and can be used in learning in elementary schools.

 This study aims to determine whether there is a partial influence of work environment and motivation on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees. To find out the influence of work environment and work motivation simultaneously on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees.      The nature of this research is correlational. The variables of this study are the work environment and work motivation and employee performance. The population in this study were all Household Employees at the University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta with a population of 37, a population of less than 100, so that all populations were sampled by the census method. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%.       The results obtained by the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta University. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University in Yogyakarta. Employee performance is influenced by the work environment and work motivation by 29.3%, while the remaining 70.7% is influenced by other factors.

The research aims to empirically examine the effect of Employee Conflict through the workplace of Islamic spirituality and Analyze Employee performance at Islamic Banks. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The total sample of 36 employees at the Islamic Bank in Indonesia. Data analysis techniques using linear regression and path path. The results showed that the Spiritual Workplace influenced the conflict of Islamic Bank employees. Conflict affects the performance of Islamic Bank employees. Spiritual Islamic Workplace affects the performance of Islamic Bank employees. Indirectly employee conflict through Islamic Workplace employees has a significant effect on the performance of Islamic Bank employees. The results of the study are expected to be an input for managers to reduce conflicts in the company with Islamic spirituality workplaces

The purpose of this study is: 1) to find out and analyze how the implementation of employee performance appraisal at the Bina Mandiri Gorontalo Foundation; 2) to find out what factors are hampering the implementation of employee performance appraisal at the Bina Mandiri Gorontalo Foundation. This research uses a qualitative approach and the type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The result of the research shows that the implementation of employee performance appraisal at the Bina Mandiri Gorontalo Foundation based on 7 (seven) performance evaluation indicators can be said to be not yet fully appropriate. Three categorized indicators are by performance appraisal, namely obedience, honesty, and cooperation. Meanwhile, the indicators of leadership, responsibility, and achievement are not appropriate because in the performance evaluation that indicators still less influential. And, the initiative is categorized as inappropriate because in the performance evaluation it does not become a benchmark in performance appraisal. The factors that hampered the implementation of performance appraisal at the Bina Mandiri Gorontalo Foundation were seen from seven factors. Based on the results of the research five factors hinder the performance evaluation, are lack of objectivity, halo effect, Leniency, Strictness, and Personal Prejudices. While the other two factors, i.e. Central Tendency and Recent Behavior Bias is inappropriate because these two factors did not hamper the implementation of performance appraisal at the Bina Mandiri Gorontalo Foundation.

<em>Very tight work competition results in many unemployed people because of the imbalance between the number of jobs and the number of graduates. For this reason, universities prepare lectures that can equip their students in entrepreneurship. One of them is greenpreneursip lectures. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of learning greenpreneur on communication skills and student entrepreneurial interests. The research design used was the pre-experimental design one-group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique is done by purposive sampling. The data collection method used in this study is the questionnaire method. Data collection instruments included 20 items of entrepreneurial interest questionnaires and 18 items of communication skills questionnaire used to determine changes in communication skills and entrepreneurial interests before and after the lecture. The results were obtained by the p-value of entrepreneurial interest&gt; 0.05, which is equal to 0.475. the p-value of communication skills &lt;0.05, which is equal to 0.049. The conclusion in this study is the greenpreneurship course does not affect student entrepreneurial interest, but has the effectiveness of student communication skills.</em>

The rapidly growing cosmetic industry has caused intense competition for both legal and illegal cosmetic products. The purpose of this study is to analyze and measure the influence of social factors on interest in buying and using fake cosmetic products, explore the basic causes of consumers buying and using fake cosmetic products, and measure the influence of personal factors on interest in buying and using fake cosmetic products in the city community. Poor. This type of research is a survey research, namely research that takes a sample from a population and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection instrument. Thus, this research is categorized as explanatory research. The number of respondents in this study were 100 people. The research sample was taken using purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used is a questionnaire method, then the data is processed through SPSS software. The analytical tool in this study uses linear regression.

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment on OCB and employee performance, OCB on employee performance, and analyze the effect of organizational commitment through OCB as an intervening variable on employee performance. The population is all employees who work at SPMI units of Private Universities in West Sumatra, amounting to 241 people. Of the 241 people taken 30 as a sample of validity and reliability so the remaining 211 people still exist. While the number of samples taken using the saturation sampling technique, which is a sampling technique by taking the entire population that is 211 samples. The data collection method uses the survey method, followed by the statistical method to test the hypothesis by path analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB and employee performance, so does OCB has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, organizational commitment through OCB also has an influence on employee performance.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of competence, training, and motivation on employee performance (a case study of a Surakarta municipal water company). This type of research is quantitative. This research uses primary data. The sample in this study were 112 respondents taken from Surakarta regional water company (PDAM) employees who had competence in their fields, and had received training and motivation from the company. The sampling technique uses simple purposive. Data collection method using a questionnaire. The results showed that competency had a significant effect on the performance as evidenced by the t value of 4.381; a significance value of 0,000 <0.05. The training did not significantly influence the performance as evidenced by the t value of 1.232; a significance value of 0.221> 0.05. Motivation has a significant effect on the performance as evidenced by the t value of 3.074; significance value 0.003 <0.05.

<p align="left"> </p><p align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>The objectives of this research to empirically analyze the influence of Professional Ethics and Independence of Auditors on Detection of Fraud with Auditor Professionalism as a Moderating Variable. The population in this research are auditors who worked on The </em><em>Public Accountant Firm</em><em> / Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP)</em><em>. Sampling was conducted using a conviniance sampling. Primary data collection method used is questionnaire method. The data are analyzed by using </em><em>Partial Lease Squares (PLS</em><em>).</em><em> </em><em>The results showed that Professional Ethics, Independence and Auditor Professionalism had a positive effect on Fraud Detection. This study also shows that Auditor Professionalism as moderating is not able to strengthen the positive influence of Professional Ethics on Fraud Detection while Auditor Professionalism as moderator can strengthen the positive influence of Auditor Independence on Fraud Detection.</em></p>
