Data automatic acquisition technology is a new information technology in construction management. The use of this technology is to track and locate the project object, real-time transmission of data information, and through computer processing and analysis of data information, and then to the site monitoring personnel to transfer the specific situation of the construction site, so the construction site for effective monitoring and management. Based on the goal of strengthening the construction site management of the building, this paper classifies the data automatic acquisition technology from the functional use, and then studies the application of the data acquisition technology in the construction site manage-ment, hoping to improve the construction site management level reference function.

In all fields of microscopy there is an increasing interest in the quantification of microstructure. This interest may stem from a desire to establish quality control parameters or may have a more fundamental requirement involving the derivation of parameters which partially or completely define the three dimensional nature of the microstructure. This latter categorey of study may arise from an interest in the evolution of microstructure or from a desire to generate detailed property/microstructure relationships. In the more fundamental studies some convolution of two-dimensional data into the third dimension (stereological analysis) will be necessary. In some cases the two-dimensional data may be acquired relatively easily without recourse to automatic data collection and further, it may prove possible to perform the data reduction and analysis relatively easily. In such cases the only recourse to machines may well be in establishing the statistical confidence of the resultant data. Such relatively straightforward studies tend to result from acquiring data on the whole assemblage of features making up the microstructure. In this field data mode, when parameters such as phase volume fraction, mean size etc. are sought, the main case for resorting to automation is in order to perform repetitive analyses since each analysis is relatively easily performed.

The occupational injury death rate and mortality ratio owing to cerebrovascular and cardiovascular diseases in the construction industry are the highest among all industries in Taiwan. Reducing work stress and improving safety behavior is a must for reducing occupational disasters and diseases. Construction site management personnel’s safety behavior is an important paradigm for construction workers. This study explored the relationships among work stress, safety behavior, professional identity, social status perception, and social support for construction site management personnel by using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results indicated that low work stress can lead to favorable safety behavior. Greater company support, family support, and professional identity reduce work stress. Social status perception negatively influences work stress indirectly through the mediation of professional identity. The results revealed that construction site management personnel working within an exempt employee system (i.e., no overtime pay and compensatory leave) exhibited a significantly higher effort/reward ratio than those without this system. Gender, headquarter location, and site location also significantly influenced the on-site management personnel’s effort/reward ratio.

In order to improve construction site management, we make the architect’ position as the starting point for our research ,analyze the similarities and differences between the project manager and the architect and transform the traditional building construction management system from centralized system into flat -like system. Furthermore, we propose that the implementation of the system must be assisted with the construction of credit system and the establishment and implementation of personal practice insurance system.

<p>The development of architectural industry has promoted construction’s scale development, and the internal structure is also getting more and more complicated, the development status quo of construction works often decides the increased difficulty of construction, therefore, in order to ensure the effectiveness of the overall construction quality, there is a need to adopt reasonable measures to increase the quality standard of construction site management during construction process, to ensure that construction projects can be completed successfully. This article had made specific discussions regarding methods to increase the effectiveness of construction site management, in hope to provide practical references for specific works in the future.</p>

The structure of the crown ether 1,8-(3,6,9-trioxaundecane-1,11-diyldioxy)-9,10-dihydro-10,10-dimethylanthracene-9-ol, C24H30O6·H2O (1), code name P326, the parent compound for a series of derivatives, has been determined by both X-ray diffraction at room temperature and neutron diffraction at very low temperature. The unit cells are very similar at both temperatures and in both cases the crystals exhibit P21 symmetry with Z = 4 (two molecules, A and B, respectively, per asymmetric unit) and pseudosymmetry P21/c. The higher symmetry is broken mainly by the two independent water molecules in the unit cell, some reflections which would be absent in P21/c having strong intensities in both the X-ray and neutron data. In both molecules A and B hydrogen bonds involving the water molecule stabilize the macrocyclic ring structure, one involving the macrocyclic O(9) as a donor. Close contacts between the water and macrocyclic O atoms in each molecule also suggest the presence of two bifurcated hydrogen bonds, involving water HW2 to both O(16) and O(18), and water HW1 to both O(18) and O(20), respectively, with considerable variation in the geometry being present. Both molecules A and B exhibit very close pseudosymmetry across a plane perpendicular to the molecular plane and through atoms C(9) and O(18), and in addition are predominantly planar structures. The X-ray analysis failed to reveal one H atom per water molecule, each being subsequently included after location and refinement in the neutron analysis.
