Education in the new era advocates taking students as the main body and improving students’ core literacy on this basis. Subjectivity has also become one of the keys to quality education. Primary school is not only the initial stage of life, but also the key period to develop students’ subjectivity. At present, there are many problems in class activities, such as the weak concept of taking students as the main body, the lack of subject consciousness among students, the flawed construction system of class activities, the unreasonable evaluation system of class activities, and so on. By establishing the role-playing model under the background of “class activity month,” students can play different roles in class activities and participate in various links, such as theme selection, scheme design, organization, implementation, summary, and evaluation of class activities. Through this process, it does not only improve the quality of class activities, but also cultivate students’ subject consciousness and ability in a certain subject, thus highlighting their subject status in class activities.

The write incentive for this article was the desire to characterize the pedagogical potential of the method “One-Voice Collective-Distributed Singing” at the initial stages of training children of primary school age choral performance. Its essence is connected with a specific approach to learning and playing melodies of songs or vocal choral exercises. In the exercises, a sequential transmission / reception of the melodic line from one singer to another / another or from one group of singers to another is provided. The article reveals the author’s position, according to that this method is considered as a special kind of role-playing singing. At the initial stage of training in choral performance, its use (i) creates the favorable conditions for the implementation of an individual-personal approach to students in the process of vocal-choral activity, (ii) contributes to their mastery of vocal, (iii) effectively prepares children for intonationally pure and expressive intonation of the “choral part” performed by them, (iv) contributes to their experience in tracking the melodic line as a dialogue / polylogue of several choral parts, each of which brings new colors. This kind of choral performance stimulates the preparation of children for the development of polyphonic singing.

According to China's traditional teachers’ quantitative evaluation ideas and experiences about their education teaching effectiveness, learning from advanced measurement concepts and models home and abroad, to design an open, scientific quantitative evaluation system for the teachers’ teaching effectiveness. The measurement indicators, the evaluation main body of the System and its weight in the process of measurement can be for different objects to customize settings.

The party building work of colleges and universities occupies a key position in all the work of colleges and universities. It is an important guarantee for promoting colleges and universities to fulfill the mission of cultivating people and achieve long-term and steady development. Entering the new era, under the new environment and situation, the party building work in colleges and universities is facing a series of opportunities and challenges. The current international political situation is becoming more and more severe. The domestic comprehensive and strict governance of the party continues to advance, and improving the quality of party building is an inevitable requirement of the new era and an important task of the new era. The work of party building in colleges and universities, like other grassroots party organizations, must have a scientific and reasonable quantitative evaluation system, otherwise its quality and level cannot be judged objectively. Based on the background and significance of the research on the quality evaluation system of party building work in universities, this article combs the research results of domestic scholars on the system, hoping to provide some reference for perfecting the system, improving the quality of party building work in universities and realizing the path and method of the overall development of universities.

Femtocell networks have been proposed for indoor communications as the extension of cellular networks for enhancing coverage performance. Because femtocells have small coverage radius, typically from 15 to 30 meters, a femtocell user (FU) walking at low speed can still make several femtocell-to-femtocell handovers during its connection. When performing a femtocell-to-femtocell handover, femtocell selection used to select the target handover femtocell has to be able not only to reduce unnecessary handovers and but also to support FU’s quality of service (QoS). In the paper, we propose a femtocell selection scheme for femtocell-tofemtocell handover, named Mobility Prediction and Capacity Estimation based scheme (MPCE-based scheme), which has the advantages of the mobility prediction and femtocell’s available capacity estimation methods. Performance results obtained by computer simulation show that the proposed MPCE-based scheme can reduce unnecessary femtocell-tofemtocell handovers, maintain low data delay and improve the throughput of femtocell users. <p>Obesity has been shown to impact the health-related quality of life (HRQOL) among children. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of MyBFF@school program on HRQOL among overweight and obese primary school children in Malaysia. KINDLR Questionnaire was used to collect data on their HRQOL before and after the program. ANCOVA was used to analyse the comparison between intervention and control group after 6 months. There are significant effect on family functioning, F(2,1103)=7.452, p<0.05 and school functioning, F(1,1117)=7.103, p<0.05 after the intervention. Effects can also be seen on physical well-being, emotional well-being and friends functioning. The program is effective in improving the HRQOL significantly in two dimensions namely the family and school functioning. In order to achieve greater overall success, social support should be an integral part of the program and stigma on obesity should be managed and reduced by including normal-weight children in the program.</p>
