The urbanization process is accelerating continuesly and the floors that high-rise residential building construction needs gradually increased, which will cause relatively more waste and more water resources and land resources to be used. Besides it will affect people’s normal life as well as the surrounding environment. For this case, it is urgent to take green environmental protection technology with less consumption resource which also has been highly supported by the housingconstruction unit.

Nowadays, under the situation of the accelerating process of urbanization, our social economic development has also been leaps and bounds and the corresponding construction industry has also been high speed developed. Our country in the field of land resources still insist on a solid strict management control, therefore, in this context,it will inevitably lead the land resources to face with a tense situation which has become a great test forhigh-rise residential building construction as it appears repeatedly. Normally, high-rise residential buildings have the characteristics of limited operating surface, high investment cost, long construction period and high requirements of construction technology. In view of this, this paper mainly analyzes the high-rise residential building construction technology.

With the speeding up of urbanization and increasing of urban population, the urban land resources are increasingly scarce. Emergence of ultra high-rise building is an inevitable trend. At present, our construction industry is in the rapid development period, where the proportion of ultra high-rise buildings in urban architecture of many big cities constantly increases. The improving ultra high-rise engineering technology is an important part of the construction industry in our country. This paper will analyze the ultra high-rise construction technology of building work in detail.

Concrete filled steel tube is widely used in super high-rise steel structure, but there are many problem in the construction of concrete filled steel tube. With the construction of Wanxin building as an example, this paper described the selection of the construction program, and analyzed the disadvantages in construction such as the difficulties of concrete pumping and the problems of pipe blockage, pipe explosion and concrete curing during the process of construction. Based on structural characteristics and construction difficulties, the key technique of steel tube concrete construction are introduced in detail. It can provide significant reference and guide for super high-rise building construction.

A multi-criteria assessment of the choice of a rational option for the construction of low-rise residential buildings, taking into account energy consumption on the construction site, was carried out. The structure of energy consumption in the construction of low-rise and high-rise housing, as well as a comparison of the specific consumption of energy resources in the construction of complex low rise and multi-storey monolithic residential building.

A comprehensive approach to the problem of improving the quality of construction of residential buildings, allows you to take into account various main factors that affect the quality of construction in General. Using the method of expert opinions, the most significant parameters were identified. The weight of each factor is determined using a mathematical model. The experiment examined three levels of variation in significance for each group of factors. After obtaining a discrete value of a complex indicator of the quality of construction of a residential building, it is interpreted using adapted quantitative ranges of values of the generalized Harrington desirability function. A method has been developed to determine the effectiveness of organizational and technological decisions made. An algorithm has also been developed to improve the quality of residential building construction.

Paper presents results of scientific support to construction of unique residential building 108 m high with one storey underground part under high-rise section and 3-storey underground parking connected by underground passage. On-site soils included anthropogenic soil, clayey soils soft-stiff, saturated sands of varied grain coarseness. Design of retaining structure and support system for high-rise part excavation was developed. It suggested installation of steel pipes and struts. Construction of adjacent 3-storey underground parking by “Moscow method” is described in the paper. This method involves implementation of retaining wall consisted of prefabricated panels, truss structures (used as struts) and reinforced concrete slabs. Also design and construction technology is provided for foundations consisted of bored piles 800 MM in diameter joined by slab with base widening diameter of 1500 MM. Experiment results of static and dynamic load testing (ELDY method) are considered. Geotechnical monitoring data of adjacent building and utility systems settlement caused by construction of presented high-rise building were compared to numerical modelling results, predicted and permissible values.

Abstract Climate change due to architecture occurs as a result of technological developments that support the development of materials, electrical mechanics, structures, and building shapes that play a role in increasing emission levels in the air. One type of building in Indonesia that contributes to increasing emissions is the residential building known as rumah susun. This research employs the case study method, observing the Rumah Susun Jatinegara Barat, located in East Jakarta. The case study shows that the use of prototypes that are not environmentally friendly makes a building’s performance worse. The use of precast, which resulted in monotonous window dimensions, is considered the main factor causing the failure of this Rumah Susun Jatinegara Barat to adapt to the surrounding environment. This problem occurred because the openings in the building façades had a monotonous dimension while the wind intensity that hit the building was increasing. The final result shows that the windows on the façades of the case study were not functioning except if all the openings in the residential unit are open. These results prove that the height of a building is an essential factor in planning high-rise flats, especially in Jakarta.

Housing construction engineering is China’s social foundation engineering. With the development of China’s economy and social progress, the number of housing construction projects is also increasing, and the requirements for construction technology are increasinglyhigh. Anti-leakage construction technology is one of them. Based on this, the paper analyzes the significance of anti leakage construction, anti-leakage construction technology and optimization measures in housing construction.
