This research purposed to examine the influence of social support and emotional intelligence on the results of the studying accounting subject. The populations of the research are the students of SMK Sunan Drajat Lamongan, accounting Expertise Program that consist of 174 with a sample of 122 students and it was using proportional random sampling. The Technique of data collecting using based on documents, observation and questionnaires. The data analysis uses multiple linear regression, in partial” there are influence between social support and learning outcomes between emotional intelligence and learning outcomes” and in simultaneously “there are the influence of social support and emotional intelligence with learning outcomes”

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the decisionof the students chose to study in Obstetrics Prodi STIKES Muhammadiyah Ciamis and analyze the factors that most influence the decision of the students chose to study in Obstetrics Prodi STIKES Muhammadiyah Ciamis. Collecting data in this study was conducted using a survey by questionnaire to 114 students by stratified random sampling method. ABSTRAK Kewirausahaan penting untuk ditingkatkan karena Indonesia berada di peringkat 103 dari 132 Negara berdasarkan data Global Enterpreuneur Indeks (GEI) tahun 2016. Kewirausahaan merupakan faktor utama dalam mendongkrak perekonomian nasional, sehingga penting untuk memahami karakteristik yang memacu seseorang menjadi wirausaha. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial dan kepribadian ekstraversi terhadap minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Agribisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM). Desain penelitian Explanatory Survei, subjek penelitian 140 responden dari total 223 mahasiswa Agribisnis. Sistematis penelitian menggunakan kuisioner dari skala Likert. Teknik analisis data adalah regresi linear. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang  dukungan sosial dan kepribadian ekstraversi secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha dengan kontribusi sebesar 0,302 atau 30,2%. Dukungan sosial terhadap minat berwirausaha mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha dengan R Square menunjukkan besarnya kontribusi sebesar 0,279 atau 27,9%. Kepribadian ekstraversi terhadap minat berwirausaha mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha dengan R Square menunjukkan besarnya kontribusi sebesar 0,083 atau 8,3%. Kata Kunci : Dukungan sosial, kepribadian ekstraversi, minat berwirausaha ABSTRACT Entrepreneurship is important to improve as Indonesia is ranked 103 out of 132 Countries based on Global Enterpreuneur Index (GEI) data in 2016. The aim of this research is to know the influence of social support and extraversion personality to entrepreneurship interest in the student of Agribusiness University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM). Research design use Explanatory Survey, the subject of research 140 respondents from a total of 223 students Agribusiness. Systematic research using questionnaires from Likert scale. The technique of data analysis is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the influence of social support and extraversion personality together with entrepreneurship interest with R Square shows the contribution amount of 0.302 or 30.2%. Social support for entrepreneurship interests affecting entrepreneurship interests with R Square shows the contribution amount of 0.279 or 27.9%. This study aims to analyze the effect of talent management and servant leadership on HR performance through organizational commitment. The population in this study were all employees of PSDA-ESDM Semarang. The sampling technique using purposive random sampling is a sampling technique that uses certain criteria or considerations. Samples taken were 84 respondents, with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that talent management had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, Servant leadership had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Talent management has a positive and significant effect on HR performance. Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on HR performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on HR performance. Organizational commitment is not able to mediate the influence of talent management and servant leadership on HR performance.

This research aims to know the effect of leadership, competence and motivation on employees performance. The sample size of this research is 63 employees out of 167 employees of PT Tunas Mandiri Migas. The sampling method used is random sampling. The data gathering technique applied is questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, t test and F test. The result of this study shows that leadership, competence and motivation simultaneously influence the employees performance. The result also shows that partially leadership and competence influence the employees performance. Whereas motivation partially does not influence the employees performance.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, kompetensi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Ukuran sampel penelitian ini adalah 63 karyawan dari 167 karyawan PT Tunas Mandiri Migas. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, kompetensi dan motivasi secara simultan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan secara parsial kepemimpinan dan kompetensi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan motivasi secara parsial tidak mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of trust, satisfaction, and commitment to customer loyalty of Taplus savings at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Rengat. Population in this research is all customer of Taplus at PT. Bank BNI Branch Rengat Riau which amounted to 15,173 people. The sampling technique used is random sampling, while the number of samples used for the analysis is 100 people. Data analysis techniques used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression. As for hypothesis testing using statistical t test. The results showed that the variable of trust does not have influence on customer loyalty of Taplus savings at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Rengat. While the variable satisfaction and commitment have a significant influence on the loyalty of customers of Taplus savings at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Rengat.

This study aims to determine the effect of Spiritual Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, and Person Organization-Fit on Organizational Commitment to the Sempor Logarithmic Integrated MI teachers either partially or simultaneously. The sample data taken in this study were the MI Integrated Logarithmic Semporyang teachers totaling 35 people as respondents. The instrument or data collection tool in this study was to use a questionnaire. The data analysis tool used in this study is the multiple linear regression analysis. The data analysis techniques used include qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis consisting of validity tests, reliability tests, t-tests, F tests, multiple linear regression analysis (Likert scale). Data were analyzed with the help of the SPSS Release 22 for Windows program. The results of the first study showed that Spiritual Leadership partially had a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Emotional Intelligence partially had a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, and Person Organization-Fit partially had no significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Spiritual Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Person Organization-Fit simultaneously have a significant influence on Organizational Commitment

The title of this research was “the effect of learning habit and learning environment at school to the students’ achievement at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Insan Qur’ani Aceh Besar”, which aimed to know the effect of learning habit and learning environment at school to the students’ achievement both partially and simultaneously at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Insan Qur'ani Aceh Besar. The research used a quantitative approach with the kind of descriptive research. The population of research was the students in grade VIII that contain 128 students in the class and as the sample were 25 students. The sample was obtained by using Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The technique of collecting data will be obtained from observation, questionnaire, and documentation. The techniques of data analysis are used multiple linear regression analysis with t-test and f-test at a significant level of 0.05. The result of research showed that there was a significant effect of learning habit and learning environment to the students’ achievement.

The purpose of this research was to find out the influence of work discipline andcompetence partially and simultaneously on employee performance. This research usingquantitative research methods with techniques od data collecting through spreading of questionerand supported secondary data. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis.With resoult of data processing data using SPSS 24. The sample in this research is a proportionatestratified random sampling. The number of samples is 86 respondents from employees of PusatPenelitian Kebijakan Pendidikan and Kebudayaan (Puslitjakdikbud). The resultsof this researchshow that the variables of work discipline and competence partially and simultaneously have asignificant influence on the performance of employees of Pusat Penelitian Kebijakan Pendidikanand Kebudayaan (Puslitjakdikbud). Employee performance variables can be explained by thevariables work discipline and competence by 61,2%. While the remaining at 33,8% is explained byother variables not included in this research.
