This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of a healthy lifestyle and brand image on consumer preferences for ready-to-drink among students at State University of Surabaya on the Ketintang campus. The categories of ready-to-drink that became the object of the research were Coca-Cola Zero Sugar and The Botol Sosro Tawar. This study is using a quantitative approach with a sampling technique using a non-probability sampling method. The population for this research is ready-to-drink (RTD) consumers, which are students from the State University of Surabaya on the Ketintang campus. Number of samples that used by researchers in this study were 116 samples according to the formula of Machin and Champbell (1987). The statistic used is multiple linear regression with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0. The results show that a healthy lifestyle and.brand image.have a positive and significant effect on consumer preferences.

This research aims to determine the effect of product quality, customer satisfaction, switching barriers, and brand trust on customer retention. The sample in this research was 116 respondents of Wardah Cosmetics customers from Klaten Regency. This research used one of non probability sampling technique which is purposive sampling method. This study is also using multiple linear regression to analyze the collected data. The results in this research are product quality, customer satisfaction, switching barriers, and brand influence customer retention both partially and simultaneously.

This study aims to analyze the extent of the influence of kaizen culture on the performance of employees of PT. Smelting. The population in this study were employees of PT Smelting. The sampling method uses probability sampling, namely by simple random sampling technique. Samples taken were 60 respondents. While the analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the research and discussion of the results of the study, it has been concluded and it can be concluded that the kaizen culture has a positive effect  on  the  performance  of  employees  of  PT.  Smelting  either  partially  or simultaneously with the most dominant variable is seiketsu.

This study aims to determine the effect of income, belief, and religiosity on the interest in paying zakat income (study of residents of Makamhaji Kartasura). This study uses a quantitative approach to the population of Makamhaji Kartasura Village residents. The sampling technique uses probability sampling to analyze the data using a multiple linear regression model. The results showed that income had no significant effect on the interest in paying zakat income. In contrast, trust and religiosity have a significant effect on the interest in paying zakat income. Meanwhile, simultaneous income, belief, and religiosity have influenced the residents of Makamhaji Kartasura Village to pay zakat income. This research model contributes to explaining the role of trust and religiosity on increasing zakat income.

This study aims to analyze the effect of customer value and brand image on customer satisfaction of Pos Indonesia expedition services for students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta. This research is a field research which aims to see the relationship between variables. The sampling method is nonprobability, and the sampling technique uses accidental sampling and the sample used is 336 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that customer value had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer value and brand image simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality, sales promotion and price perception on customer satisfaction. The population used in this study is not limited to the grab application users in Surakata City. The sample used in this study was 100 people determined using the Sugiyono formula. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the influence of brand image, price and promotion on the decision to purchase a Honda Brio car in the city of Padang. The population in this study were all consumers who bought a Honda Brio car in the city of Padang at the Honda Gajah Motor Padang, totaling 584 people. While the number of samples in this study were 85 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method, namely by taking samples based on certain criteria. Data analysis techniques used to test hypotheses are multiple linear regression, and statistical T test. The results showed that the variable brand image and promotion had a significant effect on the decision to purchase a Honda Brio car in the city of Padang. While the price variable does not significantly influence the decision to purchase a Honda Brio car in the city of Padang.

The purpose of this researchis to know the influence of promotion and brand image on the decision to purchase a Honda Vario motorcycle in West Pasaman. This paper will discuss the effect of work motivation (incentives, motives and expectations) on the performance of the staff of the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul. The purpose of this paper is: 1) Determine the effect of incentives on the performance of the staff of the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul, 2) Determine the effect of motive on the performance of the staff of the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul, 3) To know the effect of expectations on the performance of the staff of the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul, 4)To know the effect of incentives, motives and expectations on the performance of the staff of the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul.Research sites in the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul and the population is 162entire employee in the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul. This study is aimed to determine and analyze the effect of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employees productivity at Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. This research method uses a quantitative approach, the type of research is a survey. The sample was determined by stratified random sampling method, 95 people. The data collection through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially and simultaneously, the implementation of motivation and culture had a positive and significant effect on the employess productivity at Huta padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. The determination coefficient value of 0.882, indicates that the influence of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employess productivity of Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera is 88.2%. The culture has more dominant influence on the employees produktivity at  Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera, with a direct influence of 73,2%.

This study aims to determine the level of influence of Financial Literacy and Financial Behavior toward investment decisions. The data used in this study are primary data, the sample used in this study were PKK members in Jambi City. The sampling technique was carried out by using purposive sampling method. The results obtained by using multiple linear regression test Y = 2,337 + 0.159 X1 + 0.518 X2, and the test of this study using the f-test, R2-test and t-test. The results of this study indicate that partially the Financial Literacy and Financial Behavior affect investment decisions.
