Relational thinking is one of the interesting problems in mathematics education, this is motivated by the students low relational thinking ability. The characteristic of relational thinking is that students can think by building relationships from various objects/contexts that are related to each other. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The analysis of data in this study was done by reducing MFFT test data, troubleshooting tests and interviews, data presentation, and withdrawal conclusions. The subject of this research is two students grade XI of SMA Negeri 15 Surabaya in 2020/2021 year with trigonometric ratio material. In this research, the way students thinking with relationally can be seen from how students build the relationship of information in identifying problems as a whole because there is a possibility of students writing information in full or not also the different concepts they used. Subjects with a reflective cognitive style redrawed the problem to make it easier to solve the problem, while subjects with an impulsive cognitive style only wrote briefly what was known on the problem. The relational way of thinking of reflective cognitive style subjects is more visible than the impulsive cognitive style subjects. One subject mistakenly used the settlement plan. Kecerdasan intrapersonal merupakan bagian membentuk pola pikir kritis seseorang, namun berpikir kritis mereka belum maksimal karena tidak diketahui alas an peneyebabnya hal kebiasaan tersebut terus berjalan hingga kini, sehingga akhir berdampak menurunya motivasi ataupun prestasi belajar siswa. Tujuan artikel ini mengukur hubungan berpikir kritis dengan kecerdasan intrapersonal siswa. Metode penelitian termasuk penelitian deskriptif, pendekatan korelasional, Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 orang, metode pengumpulan data yaitu angket dan tes, analisis data menggunakan analisa statistic. Hasil penelitian menemukan ada korelasi yang di temukan sebesar 0,974 termasuk dalam kategori sangat kuat. Jadi terdapat hubungan kecerdasan intrapersonal dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa sangat kuat. Untuk mengetahui signifikan atau tidak penelitian ini maka nilai r perlu diuji lagi dengan nilai rtabel dimana nilai N = 30 dan taraf signifasi 5%. Nilai rtabel untuk N = 30 adalah 0,361. Hal ini berarti nilai rhitung lebih besar dari nilai rtabel atau 0,974 0,361, sehingga hasil penelitian ini signifikan. Jadi hubungan kedua variabel tersebut hampir sempurna karena mencapai 90,63% sementara 9.37% dipengaruhi eksternal.Intrapersonal intelligence is part of a person's critical mindset. Still, it is crucial that they are not maximized because it is unknown to the reason the habit has continued to run until now so that the end has a reduced impact Motivation or a student learning achievement. The purpose of this article measures the relationship critical thinking with intrapersonal intelligence of students. Research methods include descriptive research, correlational approaches, research samples amounting to 30 people, data collection methods i.e., poll and test, data analysis using statistic analysis. The results of the study found there was a correlation in the find of 0.974 included in powerful categories. So there is an intrapersonal intelligence relationship with the students ' critical thinking ability powerful. To know the sign or not this research, then the value of R needs to be tested again with the value of the r table where the value N = 30 and a signification level of 5%. The r table value for N = 30 is 0.361. This means that the calculated value is greater than the r table or 0.974 0.361 value, so the results of this study are significant. So the second relationship of such variables is almost perfect because it reaches 90.63% while 9.37% is affected externally.

This study aims to describe the relationship of intertextuality between the titles of the Student Creativity Program (SCP) with film genres. This research is in the form of qualitative descriptive research that is naturalistic in character. The data source used in this study originates from 5 fields of SCP funded in 2018. Data collection is performed in the form of words, phrases, clauses, and sentences through document study. Observation and note-taking techniques are utilized to collect data. The method of data analysis uses translational identity, referential identity, and abductive inferences. The referential identity method is used to identify the relationship of intertextuality in the writing of the SCP titles and film genres. An intertextual study is carried out comprehensively, by finding similarities and differences between the two. Furthermore, the abductive inferences method is utilized to draw conclusions. The data validity test uses theory triangulation. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that the relationship of intertextuality contained in the SCP titles involves three film genres: (1) animation; (2) drama; and (3) horror. The results of this study indicate that the use of film genres of animation and drama genres as reference texts has high appeal in the writing of the titles of SCP

Abstrak: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Gaya kognitif diukur dengan menggunakan tes GEFT. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah  siswa dengan gaya kognitif FI, FIS, FDS, dan FD. This study aims to describe employee empowerment both in total and dimension, describe employee performance in both total and dimension, and the relationship of empowerment to the performance of the administrators of Village Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa) in Megamendung District, Bogor Regency. This research was designed using quantitative descriptive research. The subject of this research is the management of the Village-Owned Enterprises (Bum Desa) sub-district of Megamendung Bogor Regency as many as 23 people, while the object is the empowerment and performance of employees. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed descriptively and correlatively using SPSS 23. The results showed that there was a relationship between empowerment and employee performance indicated a significance value of 000 <0.05. There is a very strong relationship between Empowerment and Performance among Bumdes employees in Megamendung sub-district, Bogor Regency, with a correlation value of 0.813. The implications of this research can be an important input for BUMDesa administrators to increase employee involvement in order to improve the performance of BUM Desa administrators in Megamendung District so that they can have high competitiveness.

This research is an qualitative descriptive research which aim to know high or low the ability of mathematical creative thinking and mathematical critical thinking on system of two variable equations. The subject of this research were 30 students at 10th grade in one of the vocational high school in Galanggang Village. Data collection is done by giving 5 questions  for each creative thinking ability and critical thinking ability to the students. Data obtained are then processed and analyzed later will concluded that mathematical creative thinking ability and mathematical critical thinking ability in one of the vocational high school in Galanggang Village is still low. This conclusion is based on results the average of the percentage obtained from the five indicators of creative thinking ability is 21.81% and from critical thinking ability is 43.44%.

This research aims at describing moral values which are related with the relationship of human with other human which consists of caring, help each other, deliberation, living in harmony, forgiving, keeping a promise, and respecting others. This research uses qualitative descriptive approach which describes particular event with words or the situational context of the subject in one particular situation. The results of this study show that moral values that include the existence of caring, help each other, deliberation, living in harmony, forgiving, keeping a promise, respecting others, found in the novel Komet Minor by Tere Liye. The quotations relating to the seven forms of moral value are more than 57 quotations. The form of dominant moral value is 18 quotations which found in the value of caring for others while the form of the least moral value is promise with 1 quotation. It is hoped that the value found can be a material of knowledge and learning for literary reader.   The characters in the novel Komet Minor are Batozar, Seli, Ali, the crown, Bibi Nay, Putri, Raib, Uncle Kay. In the novel of Komet Minor the most dominant character is Batozar.
