This study aims to describe employee empowerment both in total and dimension, describe employee performance in both total and dimension, and the relationship of empowerment to the performance of the administrators of Village Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa) in Megamendung District, Bogor Regency. This research was designed using quantitative descriptive research. The subject of this research is the management of the Village-Owned Enterprises (Bum Desa) sub-district of Megamendung Bogor Regency as many as 23 people, while the object is the empowerment and performance of employees. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed descriptively and correlatively using SPSS 23. The results showed that there was a relationship between empowerment and employee performance indicated a significance value of 000 <0.05. There is a very strong relationship between Empowerment and Performance among Bumdes employees in Megamendung sub-district, Bogor Regency, with a correlation value of 0.813. The implications of this research can be an important input for BUMDesa administrators to increase employee involvement in order to improve the performance of BUM Desa administrators in Megamendung District so that they can have high competitiveness.

So far, the culture of civil servants is still at issue especially supported by personalities that are in the public spotlight in providing services to the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of a person's personality through Big Culture, Organizational Culture Overview and Balitbangda Employee Performance in Jambi Province and determine the relationship of influence between big five personality and organizational culture on employee performance both simultaneously and partially and to test organizational culture as a moderating variable on the influence Big five personality on performance. This study uses survey research techniques, census sampling techniques that are all Balitbangda employees as samples and data analysis is done descriptively and perivikatip. Descriptively describe the variables studied from the variables without testing. Perivikatip examine the relationship of influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results of data processing indicate that descriptively Big Five Personality, organizational culture and performance are in the quite good category. The perivikatip test shows that there is a significant significant influence on the Big Five Personality of organizational culture and has a positive relationship. Organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on organizational performance, Big Five Personality has a positive and significant influence on performance. There is a significant mediating effect of the interaction of the Big Five Personality and Organizational Culture on the influence of the Big Five          Personality on the Performance of Balitbangda Jambi Province Employees

This Study Aimed At Assessing The Effects Employees’ Remunerations On Productivity In The In Nigerian Breweries Plc. This Study Was Guided by three research objectives namely; to identify and discuss various forms of remuneration package in use, to examine the effects of remuneration packages on employees performance and to establish the relationship between improved remuneration and productivity in the Nigeria breweries. The study used descriptive research design. The population of this study consists of all staff working at the Nigerian Breweries PLC Ibadan. Sample of one hundred and twenty respondents were selected. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data from the respondents. The descriptive statistics employed include; frequencies and percentage and the relationship between independent and dependent variables were established using Pearson Product Moment Correlation coefficient with the use of (SPSS). The findings were presented using tables and figures. From the findings in the Hypothesis, the r= 0.509** was obtained. This is significant as the p-value greater than 0.05. This shows that there was a significant relationship between remuneration packages’ and employee performance. The findings also revealed that quick payment of remuneration has great influence on employees’ productivity. The study concluded that remuneration package such as overtime, constant remuneration payment, promotes morale and increase team cohesion. From this finding, it was recommended that, organization should continue providing security benefits to all employees, as it will positively influence employee productivity and raise overall performance in the all sectors. The study also recommends that the organization should continue providing health protection benefits to its employees since it will help them create a sense of loyalty and encourage their productivity in the economic sector. Organizations, especially Breweries PLC should review the current retirement package since a good retirement package will attract and retain employees in the organization and also improve their productivity.

With the increasing number of restaurants being opened annually, restauranteurs can not only pay attention to the food and service, but also to the restaurant’s physical atmosphere. This study focuses on DINESCAPE as the theory for physical environment. It aims to find whether or not the factors of DINESCAPE affect customer repurchase behavior in an upscale restaurant. This is a quantitative descriptive research and uses questionnaires to obtain its data.132 data from questionnaires are obtained from customers that have dined at Restaurant X. Restaurant X is an upscale restaurant located in the heart of Jakarta. Multiple linear regression isused to analyze the data and obtained the result. Result shows a strong relationship of 67,9% from physical environment towards customer repurchase behavior. Each hypothesis regarding the factors of DINESCAPE are accepted and shows that each factor of DINESCAPE affect customer repurchase behavior. Based on the findings, recommendations for Restaurant X include, but not limited to, improving the restaurant facility aesthetics such as lighting and themed decorations to stimulate repurchase behaviours.

Background:Elderly period is a part of growth process. During this time,elderly will gradually experiencephysical, mental and social degeneration. Elderlywill alsoencounterseveral health problems including blood vessel disorders, metabolic disorders, joint disorders, and psycho-social disorders. The elderly welfare is assessed from their quality of life. Quality of life is used widely as anindication of the psychological welfare of elder age. Objective: To investigate the relationship between social support and quality of life of the elderly in the village of Cebogan, Sleman Methods: This study was quantitative descriptive research with cross sectional approach. The population in this study was the elderly in the village of Cebongan, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Sampleswere chosenwith random sampling. The data analysis used Pearson product moment. Results:Elderly in the village of Cebongan, Sleman, were mostly aged 60-70 years old, and male. Social support which was givenwasof average 3.87 (SD= 0.329). Quality of life of the elderly was of average values as follows; physical quality of 65.31, psychology quality of 62.47, social quality of 70.14, environmental quality of 65.48, and cumulative quality of 65.85 (SD= 11.531). The result of Pearson Product examination figured out p= 0,000<0,05 with correlative coefficient value of 0,616. Conclusion: There was a relationshipbetween social support and quality of life of the elderly in the village of Cebongan, Sleman, with closesignificance level. This study aims to get the results of the study background of frequent occurrence and out of the employee, the employee's performance has not fulfilled what is expected by the leadership, the study include: (1) competence, motivation and performance of employees, (2) The relationship of competence and motivation, (3) the effect of competence on employee performance, (4) the effect of motivation on employee performance.This type of research is descriptive and verification. The population is Sinarmas Bank branch employees Cirebon. The number of samples taken as many as 215 samples are taken with the withdrawal of a random sample method. Model the effect of using Structurall Equation Modeling (SEM) with LISREL 8.80. The results of this study have suitability in explaining linkages between variables. the results showed that: Competence, motivation and performance of employees are in the good category. Competence and motivation are intimately connected, competencies influence on employee performance, and motivation influence on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of income levels of TKI to the continuity of education of Children in Ceret Village TKI (North Jenggik). The subject of this study is the parents of students in the village of Ceret, especially families who become migrant workers with a sample of KK people from a population of 150 families. Data collection using Questionnaire in the form of income level, while documentation in the form of data of Villagers and School. The research method that will be used is quantitative descriptive research with correlational approach. While the data collection method used is the questionnaire method and documentation method. Data obtained through data collection was analyzed by statistic method with the formula of product moment rent as follows: From r test value above, where r observation equal to 0,9819 smaller than r table equal to 0,991 With significance level 5% then r is significant. So the conclusions of the analysis of this study are: "There is Influence of the level of income of Indonesian labor on the sustainability of children's education in the village of Ceret North Jenggik Village Kec. Montong Gading Kab. East Lombok Year 2017.

Relational thinking is one of the interesting problems in mathematics education, this is motivated by the students low relational thinking ability. The characteristic of relational thinking is that students can think by building relationships from various objects/contexts that are related to each other. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The analysis of data in this study was done by reducing MFFT test data, troubleshooting tests and interviews, data presentation, and withdrawal conclusions. The subject of this research is two students grade XI of SMA Negeri 15 Surabaya in 2020/2021 year with trigonometric ratio material. In this research, the way students thinking with relationally can be seen from how students build the relationship of information in identifying problems as a whole because there is a possibility of students writing information in full or not also the different concepts they used. Subjects with a reflective cognitive style redrawed the problem to make it easier to solve the problem, while subjects with an impulsive cognitive style only wrote briefly what was known on the problem. The relational way of thinking of reflective cognitive style subjects is more visible than the impulsive cognitive style subjects. One subject mistakenly used the settlement plan. Both of them checking back on the completion of each answer sheet, but the focus of checking is different. Keywords: Cognitive style, Impulsive, Problem solving, Reflective, Relational thinking


This paper attempts to present a snapshot of leadership’s style impact and influence and other related effectingreasonstowardstheemployee‘sperformanceandloyaltyinb ankingindustry.Baseonreviewofpastliteratures,majorityofthestudi eshadidentifiedapositiverelationshipbetweentransformational leadership and transactional leadership style toward employee loyalty and performance within the company.Thestudypopulationcomprised five headquarterofficesofcommercialbanksaroundKuala LumpurCity.Theresultofthisresearchdidsupportmostoftheresearc hesdone previously inceithas been found that both leadership styles have significant (positive) relationship towards employee performance in banking industry. This paper also concluded that employee loyalty do have mediation effectbetweentransformationalleadershipandemployeeperforman ceaswellasbetweentransactional leadership and employee performance. Additionally, it also proves that demographic characters do not have significant influence on employee loyalty and performance within an organization.
