Introduction. The problem of determining the pedagogical conditions and factors, as well as their correlation for the formation of initiative among the stuff is one of the urgent directions in the modern approach to personnel management. This issue is relevant in the possibility of applying it to the development of the initiative among the staff members.Materials and Methods. The main methods were the analysis of literature on the problem under study from different areas of scientific research, scientific articles on the topic of research, as well as generalization and systematization of the data obtained. The analysis of the relationship and interconnections of these concepts is carried out.Results. A comparative analysis of the terms "condition" and "factor" in various fields of knowledge has been carried out. It was found that there is no clear division between the concepts; in many studies, these concepts are identical. At the same time, differences were identified in the definitions of these concepts in philosophy, pedagogy and psychology. In the context of the problem of the formation of initiative in the work collective, it was determined that conditions and factors can transform into each other. A visual scheme was proposed for transforming conditions into factors through the assessment procedure and conscious actions to change conditions. The question of the specifics of the relationships between the concepts of conditions and factors, as applied to a specific team, remains open. The latter result means that it is necessary to conduct research in a specific work collective working for specific purposes.Discussions and Conclusions. The paper presents conclusions about the differences between the terms "condition" and "factors", presents the relationship of these concepts, conclusions about the possible mechanisms for the transition from one concept to another in the study of the development of initiative in the work collective, the dynamics of transformation of conditions into factors of successful pedagogical activity, as well as , a consolidated form of control of the dynamics of changes in specific conditions, important for the formation of initiative in the work collective, and their transformation into factors is proposed. As a result, a variant of the classification of the conditions for the development of initiative in the work collective is presented.

The article defines the place of job descriptions in the system of personnel management, formulated and disclosed such requirements to them as: timeliness, relevance, reliability and objectivity, credibility and validity, completeness, conciseness, targeted, specific, rule of law, the uniqueness and uniformity of terms, precision, clarity (clarity), consistency. The sequence of development documents regulating the activities of the organization shows the relationship of job descriptions and position of the structural unit. The article describes how to design a job description. The main shortcomings of modern domestic job descriptions are revealed. The author presents fragments of job descriptions of various categories of personnel. Ways of enhancing the efficiency of the job description in the modern Russian companies are shown. The article describes ways to create product-oriented job description, definition of job descriptions of key performance indicators and competencies, creating job descriptions from the description of business processes. In conclusion summarizes the main ideas to turn the job descriptions in the foundation of the system of personnel management in the organization.

The question of dialogical poetics in the epic texts of A. S. Pushkin and N. A. Nekrasov is considered. Attention is paid to the actual topic of Pushkin’s influences in the epic of Nekrasov. The results of a comparative analysis of the poetics of “Eugene Onegin” by Pushkin and the epic poems of Nekrasov are presented. The question of the continuity of the epic poetics of writers is raised, special attention is paid to the originality of this component of their works. The novelty of the research lies in the fact that the aspects of the dialogue poetics of the epic texts of Russian classics are considered for the first time. The relevance of the study is due to the need for new views on the relationship between the epic poetics of Pushkin and Nekrasov. The definitions of the categories of immanent and comparative epic poetics of both creators are given. The author dwells on the function of motives in the epic texts of Pushkin and Nekrasov. It has been proven that it was Nekrasov’s epic that made him the real successor of Pushkin’s genius. A classification of the leading features of the epic poetics of the classics is proposed. The review of existing scientific research on the dialogical poetics of Pushkin and Nekrasov is carried out. The author’s development of the epic typology of their texts is presented. The author’s experience of many years of work on the material of the poetic heritage of Pushkin and Nekrasov is described.

The purpose of the article. The article considers the features of strategic human resource management as the basis of strategic potential, which affects the competitiveness of the enterprise, determines the directions of its development. The scheme of the system of strategic human resources management is presented. The goals of personnel policy and a set of tasks that allow them to be implemented are determined. The ways of realization of the strategy of human resources management at an industrial enterprise are offered. It is established that the process of implementing the strategy of the enterprise should be divided into certain conditional stages, which should be included in the action plan for the implementation of the strategy.Methodology. The strategic goal of human resources management system is to ensure the development of the enterprise through the efficient use of human capital. When forming a human resources management strategy, the main task is to identify and take into account future changes and trends, to justify changes that contribute to the sustainable development of the enterprise.The process of strategy development and implementation is continuous, which is covered in close connection with the solution of strategic tasks both in the long run and in the medium and short term, i.e. their solution in terms of strategic, tactical and operational management. Such specification of human resources management strategy and bringing it to strategic objectives and individual actions is embodied in the strategic plan – a document containing specific tasks and measures to implement the strategy, the timing of their implementation and responsible executors for each task, the amount of resources required.Results. Implementation of human resources management strategy is an important stage of the strategic management process. For it to be successful, the organization's management must adhere to the following rules: firstдн, the goals, strategies, tasks of personnel management must be carefully and timely communicated to all employees of the organization in order to obtain from them not only understanding of the organization and service personnel management, but also informal involvement in the implementation of strategies, in particular, the development of obligations to employees of the organization to implement the strategy; secondдн, the general management of the organization and the heads of personnel management service must not only ensure the timely use of all necessary resources (material, equipment, office equipment, financial, etc.), but also have a plan for implementing the strategy in the form of targeted guidelines for the state and development labor potential and record the achievement of each goal.Practical implications. The process of implementing the strategy of an industrial enterprise requires fundamentally different approaches than the process of strategy formation. First of all, because it is mainly organizational process, while the formation of strategy is mainly an analytical one. The process of implementing the company's strategy can also be divided into certain conditional stages, more precisely, areas of activity that should be included in the action plan to implement the strategy. Initial among them is decomposition, i.e. the development on the basis of a strategic plan of tactical, operational plans, as well as policies, programs, projects, rules and procedures.Value/originality. Thus, the relationship of personnel strategy and general strategy of enterprise development is realized through a mechanism that includes: coordination of goals of both strategies, the relationship of their functions, coordination of business processes of personnel management with other business processes, integration of personnel strategy results to aggregate results of the organization, control of compliance of the obtained results with the defined strategic goals of the organization. Of particular importance is the approach to human resource management as a business process. Personnel processes as a certain sequence of interrelated actions for the implementation of personnel management functions are aimed at: transformation of human assets of the organization in accordance with its strategic priorities; transformation of working conditions of employees of the organization in accordance with the expectations and needs of staff; creation of new management technologies and other HR-products.

The subject of this research is the process of establishment of Irkutsk Fire-Technical School during the 1960’s – 1970’s and its professional-pedagogical transformation in the later period of 1990’s. The article covers in the details the question of historical-pedagogical peculiarities in recruitment of the faculty staff of the school with academic personnel at the initial stage. The author explores the question of professional skills of the temporary and permanent academic staff in realization of training, marching drill and combat activities. In the course of this research the author determines and analyzes the factors that influenced the establishment and development Irkutsk Fire-Technical School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of USSR during the 1960’s – 1970’; as well as peculiarities of pedagogical activity in the formative stage of the educational institution. The article examines the relationship of the cadets and staff members of the school with the service branches. The presented research is relevant for broad audience, since the establishment and development of departmental institution of system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of USSR in the territory of Baikalia during the 1960’s became a milestone event for education system of the entire Siberian Region.

<div><p><em>The aim of this study is to identify the Anthropometric and profiles of sub-Junior National level Boxers and also to find out the relationship of Anthropometric profiles and psychomotor abilities of the sub-Junior National level Boxers.</em><em> </em><em>A total 22 female Boxers (11 medalists and 11 non-medalists) age range between 12<sup>th</sup> to 16<sup>th</sup> years will be select from SAI, SAG, Imphal centers. Selected Anthropometric variables (Body composition) will be taken on each Boxer. Total Psychomotor ability scores (Speed, Agility, Differentiation, Orientation, Balance, Rhythm Ability) will be taken. For interpretation of data a comparative analysis of the selected variable, the “t” test was applied. The data of both groups were collected separately for all the variables. Statistic such as mean and standard deviation was computed. The level of significance was set at 0.05. It was found that in BMI, BMR do not have significant deference between the Manipur and West Bengal female Boxers and significant deference was found on Speed, Agility, Differentiation, Orientation, Balance, Rhythm Ability.</em></p></div>

ABSTRACT The authors report a female patient with XXi constitution for the long arm of the X chromosome associated with thyroid abnormalities, high digital ridge count and chronic suppurative otitis media. This is followed by a discussion of the correlation between genotype and phenotype, comment on the Lyon hypothesis, the relationship of thyroid abnormalities to this condition, autoimmune disease, unbalanced sex chromosomal constitution and the association with a high total digital ridge count. Finally a single hypothesis is proposed for the associated clinical entities that have been found and the suggestion that the classification of this particular type of gonadal dysgenesis be considered as a new syndrome, the »XX-isochromosome syndrome«.

Attention is drawn to the difficulties that may be encountered in the positive identification and classification of many patients suspected of suffering from systemic lupus erythematosus. Much of this is due to a lack of specific criteria, either clinical or pathologic, for the diagnosis of the disease. The problem has been made more difficult by the recognition of a number of other syndromes that bear a superficial resemblance to systemic lupus erythematosus, yet differ in clinical manifestations, natural course, prognosis and other respects. A feature common to the group is the presence of the L.E. cell phenomenon. The related conditions differ from lupus enythematosus in that the L.E. phenomenon may only be demonstrable intermittently especially during severe exacerbations of the disease, while at the same time disturbances in the electrophoretic pattern of the serum proteins may be much more profound. In systemic rheumatoid disease the prognosis without steroid therapy is better than in systemic lupus erythematosus, although the morbidity may be great. The reactions which follow administration of certain chemotherapeutic agents are of considerable interest, particularly in view of the similarity to lupus erythematosus and rheumatoid arthritis, and the reversibility on withdrawal of the offending agent. The relationship of these syndromes to each other and to classical systemic lupus erythematosus has not yet been resolved, and inclusion of them under the diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus at this time must be regarded as premature.

Цель исследования - раскрытие особенностей взаимосвязи видения «одежд первосвященника Иисуса» (Зах. 3, 1-7) с описаниями поставления первосвященника в Пятикнижии (Исх. 28-29 и Лев. 8). В рамках сравнения в статье показана тенденция реинтерпретации пророком Захарией жреческой традиции. В этом переосмыслении пророк задействует образы и мотивы как пророческой традиции,так и предания, зафиксированные в хокмической литературе. Использование этих текстов, по мнению автора исследования, позволяет пророку избежать сугубо ритуального понимания текста Зах. 3, 1-7. Автор статьи предпринимает попытку осмыслить место видения первосвященника Иисуса, сына Иоседекова, в композиции изначально существовавшего текста цикла видений пророка (Зах. 1-6). The purpose of the study is to reveal the features of the relationship of the vision of «the garments of the high priest of Joshua» (Zech. 3, 1-7) with descriptions of the investiture of the high priest in the Pentateuch (Ex. 28-29 and Lev. 8). As part of the comparison indicated in the article, the tendency of the reinterpretation of the priestly tradition by the prophet Zechariah is shown. In this rethinking, the prophet uses the images and motives of both the prophetic tradition and the traditions recorded in literature of Wisdom. The use of these texts, according to the author of the study, allows the prophet to avoid a purely ritual understanding of the text of Zech. 3, 1-7. The author of the article makes an attempt to comprehend the place of vision of the high priest Joshua ben-Yehozadak, in the composition of the originally existing text of the cycle of visions of the prophet (Zech. 1-6).

The article considers the essence of accounting theories, approaches to their separation, the relationship of accounting and economic theories, and the direction of development of accounting theories in accordance with the needs of economic and social development. The approaches to the classification of accounting theories are generalized, as well as the approaches to the interpretation of «accounting theory», the peculiarities of the interpretation of the subject of accounting from the point of view of different accounting theories are revealed and the objectivity of expansion of accounting objects is substantiated. In the context of the formation and development of accounting theories, the category of «social costs» is considered as an accounting object.
