This study aims to determine the attitudes of students in physics learning at the State High School in Batanghari Regency. The type of research used is quantitative which uses a research design survey that is strengthened by the results of interviews to support the results of quantitative data. This study involved 926 students of the Batanghari State High School. The data used by researchers in the form of a questionnaire/questionnaire consisting of 54 item statements using a Likert scale 5. Quantitative data analysis using descriptive statistics. The results of this study the researchers get the results of Good and Good Enough with the following details: The Social Implications of Physics have a Good result, amounting to 51.3%. Attitudes in Physics Investigation have a sufficient result of 44.3%, Enjoyment Learning Physics has Enough results of 55.5%, Career Interest in Physics has Enough result of 45%. This is due to the attitude that is sufficient on the indicator. The adequate attitude of students is a balanced attitude in learning Physics Subjects because subjects are difficult to understand.

The purpose of this study was to determine the description of students' attitudes towards physics in Senior High School 8 Jambi City of Indonesia. This research is quantitative-qualitative research with survey research procedures. The subjects of this study were 170 students. The instruments used were questionnaires and interview sheets. Quantitative data analysis using descriptive statistics while qualitative data analysis using data analysis techniques model Miles and Huberman. The results of the 3 aspects of attitude indicators discussed in this study are on the indicator of normality of scientists as much as 60% are categorized quite good. While the attitude towards investigation in physics is 51% in the good category. Then in the indicator of interest in a career in the field of physics as much as 58% of students are categorized well.

This research was primarily conducted to prove that the application of Personal Photograph media could improve the writing skill of the twelfth grade students of SMA Swasta Pelita Nusantara Lawe Sigala-gala in the academic year of 2020/2021 and to describe their responses towards the application of Personal Photograph media in the processes of learning writing skill. Each cycle consisted of four meetings. The quantitative data analysis showed that the students mean score increased continually from 57,31 with 9% passing Minimum Mastery Criteria in pre-test, 71,81 with 36% Minimum Mastery Criteria in formative-test, 83,31 with 82% Minimum Mastery Criteriain post-test. The qualitative data analysis showed that the students’ responses after being taught through the application of Personal Photograph media are very good. The result is most of the students gave good responses to the Personal Photograph media which was used in learning teaching process. It is suggested that teachers use Personal Photograph media as an alternative in writing descriptive texts to the students in Senior High School in order to improve their students’ writing skill, particularly in writing descriptive texts.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the attitude of students of SMAN 8 Jambi City towards Physics subjects. This type of research is a quantitative study with a survey research design. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire or questionnaire and used a 5-point Likert scale. This research involved 174 students of SMAN 8 Kota Jambi. Data analysis in this study used descriptive statistics. Indicators used in this study are the Social Implications of Physics, Scientific Normality and Adoption of Scientific Attitudes. The analysis results obtained on indicators of the social implications of physics are good with 54.6% presentation. Indicator of attitude toward scientific normality is sufficient with 61.5% presentation, and indicator of scientific attitude adoption is good with presentation of 49.4%. This research was primarily conducted to prove that the application of Dictogloss technique could enhance the vocabulary mastery of the eleventh grade students of SMA Deli Murni Bandar Baru Bonaventura Class in the Academic Year of 2020/2021 and to describe their responses towards the application of Dictogloss technique in the process of learning vocabulary mastery. This research is Classroom Action Research which was perfomed in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of four meetings. The quantitative data analysis showed that the students mean score increased continually from 44,16 in pre-test, 59,17 in formative test, and 70,83 in post-test. And the percentage of the students who passed the mastery minimum criteria from pre-test to post-test is 60,39%. The qualitative data analysis showed that the students responses after being taught by using Dictogloss technique. It can be seen from observation sheets and field notes; they felt more enthusiastic and motivated to learn vocabulary mastery after Dictogloss technique was applied. The questionnaire data also showed that students are agree with the application of using Dictogloss technique and found it effective in teaching vocabulary mastery. It is suggested that English teachers using Dictogloss technique as an alternative media in teaching vocabulary to the students in Senior High School in order to enhance their students’ vocabulary mastery.

This study dealt with the development of English Reading Materials of Senior High School in SMAN 10 Medan. The objectives of this study is to develop the English reading materials for students of SMAN 10 Medan which represent the characteristics of their sociocultural environment. The research was conducted at SMAN 10 Medan. The research procedures of this study were Research and Development (R & D) that were done through three phases: 1) evaluation and need analysis, 2) materials design, and 3) materials Validation. The instruments used in this research were a documentary sheet, questionnaire sheet, and interview sheet. The data from evaluation and need analysis were analyzed by using descriptive technique and the data from expert judgment results were analyzed using quantitative data analysis. The result of this study was a coursebook of local content-based reading materials which consist of 3 genres: recount genres, descriptive genres, and narrative genres, in which each genre consists of 2 texts complete with the tasks or exercises. Based on the experts� judgment results, the score was 87.06 which belonged to good category based on Dirgeyasa (2011), since the range is (70-89).

This research is about students’ attitude analysis towards Physics learning conducted at senior high schools in Batanghari Regency. The purpose of this research is to know and evaluate students’ attitude toward Physics learning. This study is quantitative research employing Survey Research Design strengthened by the result of an interview to support quantitative data. This research involved 926 students of state senior high school in Batanghari. The instruments used by the researchers were in the form of questionnaires consisting of 54 items of statements by using 5-scale Likert. The results of this research show that students’ attitude is at good category and quite good based on the indicators used to investigate the attitude.

Purpose of Study: This research was conducted to ascertain the students' attitude towards Physics subject in Muaro Jambi High School based on attitude indicator from Test of Science-Related Attitudes (TOSRA). Methodology: A quantitative survey was used for the study. The subjects of the study were students of 458 students in senior high school 1, 4, 5, and 8 in Muaro Jambi. Instruments research is a questionnaires attitude and motivation. Analytical techniques comprised of using descriptive statistics. Main Findings: The results of the three indicators of attitude and motivation, namely social implications on personnel categorized have a sufficient category of 42.8% for a total of 196 of 458 students. The dimensions of normality of scientists were to have a sufficient category of 47.4% for a total of 217 out of 458 students. The dimensions of career interest in the field of physics are categorized a good at 38.3% for a total of 175 out of 458 students, and motivation has a good at 42.1% for a total of 193 out of 458 students. There is a relationship between motivation and attitudes of students in motivation in senior high school 1 Muaro Jambi with a r-value of 0.518 and positive, of students in senior high school 4 with a r-value of 0.832 and positive, of students in senior high school 5 with a value of r 0.746 and positive, of students in senior high school 8 with a value of r 0.623 and positive. Implications: Based on the research results , the indicators that meet the criteria are needed to investigate to improve the results of these indicators, namely the indicator of scientists’ normality and interest in a physics career.

This study aims to design a time-based automatic control irrigation system that can minimize the use of water in plant cultivation, and can meet the needs (supply) of plants according to the water needed. This research uses research and development methods (R & D), the results are analyzed using quantitative data analysis and descriptive statistics, the The design of time-based drip irrigation equipment uses a microcontroller through several mechanisms including frame making  the installation of material components and the manufacture of microcontroller systems, the installation components and inputting language programs on microcontroller systems can be used effectively and efficiently if used by manual watering by humans.

This study aims to: (1) develop multimedia for android applications for teachers (non-diniyah); (2) know the feasibility of  the product; This research and development was carried out at the Islamic Boarding School in Bina Umat Setran, Sumberarum, Moyudan, Sleman, Yogyakarta. This study involved 20 non-diniyah teachers for the initial ability test and media effectiveness test using questionnaires. The development process android based multimedia  involved 2 media experts and 1 material expert. Data were analyzed by using quantitative data analysis with descriptive statistics. The results of this study is android-based application products. The developed product was declared feasible to use based on the assessment of media experts and material experts with values of 4.23 (very high) and 4.59 (very high), and material expert 4.44 (very high), so the product could be stated feasible to improve teacher in learning Arabic. AbstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengembangkan produk aplikasi multimedia berbasis Android untuk guru (non diniyah); dan (2) mengetahui kelayakan produk yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (research and development) yang dilakukan di Islamic Boarding School Bina Umat Setran, Sumberarum, Moyudan, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Dalam penelitian melibatkan 20 orang guru non-diniyah untuk uji kemampuan awal dan uji efektivitas media dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Proses pengembangan multimedia berbasis android melibatkan 2 orang ahli media dan 1 orang ahli materi, untuk mengetahui kelayakan produk dengan menggunakan angket. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif dengan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah aplikasi berbasis android. Produk yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak digunakan berdasarkan penilaian dari ahli media dan ahli materi dengan nilai masing-masing 4,23 (sangat tinggi) dan 4,59 (sangat tinggi), serta penilaian ahli materi dengan nilai 4,44 (sangat tinggi). Dengan demikian, produk dapat dinyatakan layak untuk pembelajaran guru mata pelajaran bahasa Arab (non-diniyah).
