Abstract.Research objectives are to find out (1) Classical guidance service media, (2) Classical guidance service model through Google classroom application, (3) Classical service implementation efforts. The research method used in this research is literature study. The results of this study are: (1) Classical guidance service media in schools is still conventional based, (2) Classical guidance model using google classroom is done by providing material before the service is carried out, giving assignments, assignments will be stored and assessed on a series of google productivity applications, there is collaboration between teachers and students and students with other students; Grading process which is useful for measuring or assessing the work given to students; Communication process is useful for communication between teachers and students without having to be in the same room but through posts and comments in the application; Time-Cost aims at setting time; there is an Archive Course which is useful for archiving data and documents of learning materials during classical service classes; easy access to the Mobile Application because it is available in the form of an application on the mobile phone or playstore or based on android. With the application of classical services through Google classroom, it is easier for students to receive independent guidance and counseling services.Keywords: Counseling Media; Google classroom application; Classical Guidance Abstrak.Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui (1) Media layanan bimbingan klasikal, (2) Model layanan Bimbingan klasikal melalui Aplikasi Google classroom, (3) Upaya pelaksanaan Layanan Klasikal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Media layanan bimbingan klasikal di sekolah masih berbasis konvesional, (2) Model bimbingan klasikal menggunakan google classroom dilakukan dengan cara memberikan materi sebelum layanan dilakukan, memberikan penugasan, penugasan akan disimpan dan dinilai pada rangkaian aplikasi produktivitas google, terjadi kolaborasi antara guru dan siswa dan siswa dengan siswa yang lain; proses Grading yang bermanfaat untuk melakukan pengukuran atau penilaian terhadap pekerjaan yang diberikan kepada siswa; proses Communication bermanfaat untuk komunikasi antara guru dan siswa tanpa harus berada diruangan yang sama tetapi melalui postingan dan komentar di aplikasi; Time-Cost bertujuan untuk pengaturan waktu; ada Archive Course yang bermanfaat untuk pengarsipan data dan dokumen bahan pembelajaran selama kelas layanan klasikal berjalan; kemudahan akses di Mobile Aplication karena telah tersedia dalam bentuk aplikasi di handphone atau playstore atau berbasis android. Dengan penerapan layanan klasikal melalui Google classroom maka siswa lebih mudah dalam menerima layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang memandirikan.Kata Kunci: Media Konseling; Aplikasi Google classroom; Layanan Klasikal

This study aims to determine how the role of guidance and counseling teachers in reducing social prejudice in students using group guidance services in Palangka Raya Model MAN. The implementation of this study uses a qualitative approach. While the method used by researchers to uncover the problem in this study is the case study method. Data collection is done using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The objects in this study are BK teachers, homeroom teachers, subject teachers, and students. The objectives of this study are: (1) Knowing the progress of the group guidance service program in schools conducted by BK teachers, (2) Knowing the progress and changes that occur in participants students after being given group guidance services to reduce their social prejudices

This study aims to describe the competence of supervisors in the supervision of counseling guidance teachers. This research method uses a literature study which contains the concepts and theories used based on the available literature, especially from articles published in various scientific journals. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used interpretive descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the supervision of guidance and counseling teachers is proven to be effective in increasing the skills, understanding of counseling teachers and able to increase the mastery of counseling practice. Where with the implementation of counseling guidance supervision carried out by supervisors, it can help counseling guidance teachers to improve and further develop skills in counseling guidance service skills. The supervisory role requires many different skills and values from the therapeutic relationship. Supervisors must have the education and training to carry out their role so that counseling teachers receive regular feedback so that they have a basis on which to hone their skills.

 AbstractGuidance and counseling services is a service intended for all people, meaning that anyone can accept this service. However, service delivery must be done by people who are truly professionals who understand the techniques and methods of implementation. The guidance and counseling process is a service that always prioritizes communication. Communication is a vital tool that must be considered by the counselor. For that communication must be built as comfortable as possible by the counselor. One of the things that supports the success of the guidance and counseling service process is the therapeutic communication atmosphere, which means that the atmosphere is focused on healing the client. Therapeutic is basically known in the world of nursing but at this time therapeutic is also beginning to be known in the guidance and counseling services. In this study, we conducted a literature study that discusses therapeutic communication that can be done in counseling and guidance services. The conclusion of this study is that therapeutic communication is in principle a professional communication that leads to the goal. To be able to carry out the therapeutic communication process effectively, counselors need to master communication techniques. In its actualization, therapeutic communication is used by the counselor to instill confidence in the counselee and create a close relationship between the two in order to be able to open themselves to each other in handling problems and then the goals to be achieved can be implemented to the maximum.Keywords: communication, guidance and counseling, therapeutic.

This study aims to find out, describe and analyze the democratic leadership of the Principal in improving achievement at the Palangka Raya Model State Madrasah (MAN). The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The researcher wanted to describe the Principal's democratic leadership in improving achievement at the Palangka Raya Model State Islamic Senior High School (MAN). Primary data sources (person) are the Principal, Teachers (Teachers) and Students of MAN Model Palangka Raya. Whereas secondary data sources are the data in the Palangka Raya Model MAN and supporting literature. The results of the study show that the Principal's leadership in improving achievement in the Palangka Raya Model MAN is very democratic, this condition can be seen from: (1) Principals are happy to receive suggestions, opinions and even criticism from subordinates both delivered by students and teachers through suggestion boxes and in the teacher council meeting, (2) the Principal always strives to prioritize teamwork cooperation in an effort to achieve the goal by appointing the instructor teacher, trainer teacher and mentor teacher and conducting deliberation in planning, implementing and evaluating activities, (3) the Principal always tries to make subordinates more success than him, which is realized by including teachers in seminars, workshops, training and competitions so that they get achievements both locally and nationally, and (4) Principals always try to develop their personal capacity as good leaders in conceptual skills, human skill and technical skill.

Abstract Background Domestic migration poses a challenge for China as migrants have little access to preventive healthcare services and are vulnerable to certain risks and diseases. This research sought to unveil and explore the determinant factors associated with health education utilization as a key aspect in basic public health services for migrants in Beijing, China. Methods A sample of 863 inter-provincial migrants, 18 years old and above, was selected by three-stage stratified cluster sampling method in urban-rural fringe areas of Beijing during 2016 to 2017. Face-to-face structured interviews were conducted in the questionnaire survey. The effects of the explanatory variables on health education utilization from predisposing, enabling, health behaviors and need variables were used to demonstrate by Anderson health service utilization model. Results The study revealed that 61.6% migrants desired to receive health education, while only 53.8% of them received in the past year. There were differences in the utilization and needs of health education among the migrants in different ages and genders. Many migrants desired to gain access to various types of health education information from the internet. Chi-square independence test lists such major determinant factors in migrants whole health education as age, “Hukou” registration system, marital status, education level, long-term residence plan in Beijing, one or more children in Beijing, employment status, housing source, average daily working time, exercises, health knowledge, smoking, self-rated health. The binary logistic regression indicates that the migrants with younger age, high education level, one or more children in Beijing, exercises and good self-rated health were more likely to receive whole health education. The results also show that average daily working time of enabling variables and exercise of health behavior variables were the strong and consistent determinants of three types of health education utilization, including communicable, non-communicable and occupational diseases. Conclusion Gaps exist between the needs and utilization in health education and more attention should be given to the migrants with heavy workload and low education level. Feasible policies and measures, such as multiple health information channels, should be vigorously implemented to ensure equitable and easy access to health education for migrants.

The main problems that cause labor migration are reviewed. The factors that cause labor migration are examined. Information about the ways of money transfers affect the state of Ukrainian economy is provided. The experience of Ireland regarding the return of migrants is shown. Some organizational steps that can stabilize the situation with labor migration in Ukraine have been worked out. The Umigrant mobile application model for Ukrainians abroad has been developed. The Umigrant mobile application will provide migrants with easy access to reliable information about organizations and services available to them in a particular country: embassies, consulates, migration departments, hospitals and civil society organizations. It will also provide information on migration options and requirements, and will allow migrants to receive alerts on emergencies in a country or region, as well as contacts for emergency assistance.

Abstract: Strategic Learning involves Learning Strategies and Teaching Strategies that can help bring success to a student. The research objective answers the question: What is the meaning of a Learning Strategy? What is an Effective Learning Strategy? What are the Learning Strategies among Teachers against Students in the Context of Solving Learning Difficulties? The answer is: Learning strategies are the methods that will be selected and used by a teacher to deliver learning material that aims to make it easier for students to receive and understand learning material, which in the end can be mastered learning objectives at the end of learning activities. Three aspects of effective learning strategies are: (1) Students Need Continuous Strategic Instruction. (2) Teachers Promote Self-Awareness in Metacognition in the Classroom. (3) Teachers Can Recognize and Understand Different Learning Profiles. Learning Strategies between Teachers and Students in the Context of Solving Learning Difficulties are: (1) learning difficulties manifested in classrooms, (2) difficulties demonstrated by students in classrooms, and (3) strategies to help students who have difficulty paying attention in class . Abstrak: Strategic Learning melibatkan Strategi Pembelajaran dan Strategi Pengajaran yang dapat membantu membawa kejayaan kepada seorang mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian menjawab pertanyaan: Apakah pengertian Strategi Pembelajaran? Bagaimanakah Strategi Pembelajaran yang Efektif? Bagaimanakah Strategi Pembelajaran di antara Guru terhadap Siswa dalam Konteks Memecahkan Kesulitan Belajar? Jawabannya adalah: Strategi pembelajaran adalah cara-cara yang akan dipilih dan digunakan oleh seorang pengajar untuk menyampaikan materi pembelajaran yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan peserta didik menerima dan memahami materi pembelajaran, yang pada akhirnya tujuan pembelajaran dapat dikuasainya di akhir kegiatan belajar. Tiga hal strategi pembelajaran yang efektif adalah: (1) Siswa  Memerlukan Instruksi Strategi yang Berkelanjutan. (2) Guru  Mempromosikan Kesadaran Diri dalam Metakognisi di Kelas. (3) Guru-guru Dapat Mengenali dan Memahami Profil Pembelajaran yang Berbeda. Strategi Pembelajaran di antara Guru terhadap Siswa dalam Konteks Memecahkan Kesulitan Belajar adalah: (1) kesulitan belajar dimanifestasi dalam bilik kelas, (2) kesulitan didemonstrasi oleh siswa dalam bilik kelas, dan (3) strategi-strategi untuk membantu siswa yang kesulitan perhatian di kelas.

<p><em>Procession mapajejiwan conducted by two people sulinggih by reading the text of sacred dialogue is a real form of application of transcendental communication. Mapajejwan held as the top of the mapaselang ceremony that has the meaning as a process of the creation of the universe performed by God tangible Sang Hyang Semara Ratih. The problems that will be discussed are: 1) How is the transcendental communication process of mapajejiwan in Pura Penataran Agung Pucak Mangu ?, 2) What is the function of transcendental mapajajianwan communication in Pura Penataran Agung Pucak Mangu ?, 3) What is the impact of transcendental mapajajianwan communication in mapaselang ceremony in Pura Penataran Agung Pucak Mangu Temple?. Theories used to analyze problems are (1) S-O-R (Stimulus-Organism-Response), 2) religious theory and 3) structural functional theory. The subject of this research is a transcendental mapajajiwan communication as rangakian from mapaselang ceremony in Pura Penataran Agung Pucak Mangu. This study contains the steps that researchers do in the process of collecting data in order to obtain the correct data. The steps are as follows: (1) interview technique, (2) observation technique, (3) literature study technique.</em></p><p><em>The results showed (1) Transcendental communication process mapajejiwan seen based on series of ceremony mapaselang covering verbal process and nonverbal process. A verbal process that includes all processes that use words and language both orally and in writing. While the nonverbal process includes all the symbols used in the implementation of mapaselang ceremony. (2) The functions of transcendental communication include religious functions, intrapersonal functions and interpersonal functions. Religious function that is to purify and to pay the debt, intrapersonal function is to awaken Pucak Mangu's enforcement krama that everything in this world is a loan that must be returned, while the interpersonal function of transcendental communication is to unify the perception and convince the people that the universe was created by God as well as knowledge of what God has created. (3) The impact of transcendental communication of maps in the mapaselang ceremony includes two effects of positiv and social impacts. Posistivnya impact is to build the concept of sincerity in self, build the spirit of mutual cooperation and foster loving attitude of the universe and its contents in order to obtain the peace.</em></p>

The present research underlines the importance of communication within an organization among its main stakeholders and its influence on the external market. It passes through explaining the communication in all fields and domains, creating an overview of the institutional communication, and why it is considered difficult to effectively propagate within a large institution. In addition, the internal communication and information and research so far conducted is analyzed with respect to the findings and lessons learned. In addition, it is important to know and understand how the internal communication evolved during years and which were the main approaches identified throughout the organizations. The case study aims to evaluate the level of information and the efficiency and effectiveness of the internal communication process within Bucharest University of Economic Studies with respect to its projects developed and financed through European funds in the last six years. The study is mainly run through the help of the questionnaire that was addressed to teachers and students within the faculty and has also the purpose to help improve the related communication in the foreseeable future based on the relevant findings.
