The population of this study are all domestic and foreign tourists who while visiting Ora Beach tourism objects from the period of February to March 2019. Sampling using accidental sampling technique with a final sample of 49 respondents. Analysis of research data using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that the physical environment, attitudes and subjective norms proved to have a positive and significant effect on the interest of visiting tourists in Ora Beach. This can be proven through the regression coefficient of the physical environment and attitude which shows that if the value of the physical environment, attitudes and subjective norms increase, the increase will be followed by an increase in tourist interest in visiting Ora Beach. Thus it can be said that increasing the value of the physical environment, attitudes and subjective norms will increase the interest of tourists visiting Ora Beach. Nilai t hitung variabel X1 sebesar 1,990 t hitung > t tabel maka hipotesis diterima, nilai t hitung variabel X2 sebesar 2,628 t hitung > t tabel maka hipotesis diterima. Dari 2 variabel, variabel Word Of Mouth yang paling dominan mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian sebesar 2,628. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Word Of Mouth, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractThe purpose of this study is to identify and able to explain the influence of Service Quality and Word Of Mouth to Purchasing Decisions of Kafe Potret Medan. The population in this study were 700 people from visitors Kafe Potret Medan in one week, and the samples used were 88 visitors. While the techniques of data collection using the questionnaire and use the test of quality data and classical assumption. The hypothesis test uses multiple linear regression analysis, F test, R square and t test. The study hypothesis was partially of Service Quality and Word Of Mouth dimension to Purchasing Decisions is acceptable if t hitung > t tabel with a significant level 0.05. The t tabel value in this study 1.662. The t hitung X1 is 1.990 that mean t hitung > t tabel then the hypothesis is accepted, t hitung X2 is 2.628 that mean t hitung > t tabel then the hypothesis is accepted. Results of multiple linear regression analysis in this study produces constant of 0354 stating that if there is no work Morivasi ( x1 ) and job satisfaction ( x2 ) then job satisfaction is equal to 0.354 . Regression coefficient of work motivation ( x1 ) of 0.396 states that any additions ( as a positive sign ) 1 point will increase the job satisfaction of job satisfaction on job satisfaction assuming 0.396 ( x2 ) fixed . Job satisfaction regression coefficient ( x2 ) of 0.688 states that any additions ( as a positive sign ) 1 point of work motivation will increase employee job satisfaction in 0688 with the notion of work motivation ( x1 ) remains.Significant test simultaneously / together ( test statistic F ) result in calculated F value of 78 145. At Kalsel Bank Syariah Kandangan or it can be said that the work motivation ( x1 ) and job satisfaction ( x2 ) jointly affect the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Kandangan South Kalimantan. Calculations using the t -test, concluded that motivation is a significant effect on the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Kandangan Kalsel zero hypothesis ( Ho ) is rejected and Ha accepted, so this hypothesis has been tested empirically.
This study applies multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS Version 16.0 program. To get estimate and good interpretation of this study, the samples studied are set to 32 respondents. Data are collected through a questionnaire to measure quantitative variables with a Likert scale. The results of this study show that there is a relationship between independent variables on dependent variable, and it can be explained that: (1) Remuneration variable does not have significant impact on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.181 and significant rate 0.104 (> 0.05). (2) Motivation variable has significant impactt on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.559 and significant rate 0,000 (<0.05). (3) Independent variables simultaneously have significant impact on employee performance with regression coefficient of 1.094 and significant rate 0.000 (<0.05). R² value shows 0.589 or 58.9%. Employee performance variable is affected by Remuneration and Motivation Variables and the remaining 41.1% is affected by other variables. Keywords : Remuneration, Motivation and Performance
