Women as assets of Indonesia's human resources have a crucial role in disaster management. This research is descriptive using a qualitative approach that photograph the adjustment of women's activities based on their role in the current Covid disaster. The research findings shows the  informant’s perception that Covid-19 is a disaster, and they are worried, so they try to prevent themselves and their family members from being infected by implementing health protocols. They also provide nutritious food and vitamins as well as a variety of food/drink ingredients that are believed to ward off Covid. Increasing domestic role activities are child care and education. Meanwhile, the public role of economy has undergone adjustments, such as working from home, losing customers or jobs. To be able to survive, adjustments to household expenditure patterns were carried out, namely: increasing the cost of kitchen expenditures, and increase in electricity costs and telephone pulses as the implication of all family members are WFH/SFH online. Reduced expenses: spending on clothes / shoes / bags, cosmetics, and recreation. The social role of the public in this Covid situation is to participate in distributing food to the poor.

This research aims to explain the effect of the product innovation variables and product design partially on the repeated purchase decisions of an iPhone smartphone. This study uses 3 variables; namely product innovation (X1), product design (X2), and repeat purchase decisions (Y). Data collection was obtained by distributing questionnaires to the iPhone user community in Indonesia. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, verification, normality test, and regression analysis. The sampling technique of this study was Stratified Random Sampling using the Slovin formula. The type of data used in this study is primary data and secondary data. The results of this study prove that Product Innovation and Product Design have a positive and significant effect on Repeated Purchasing Decisions.

In the recent years, the influence of celebrity in promoting a brand is promising. Without a doubt, celebrity endorsement will boost business brand awareness with an endorsement. This research objective is to analyse the effect of celebrity endorsement and brand image toward the customer buying decision. The purpose of this study is to provide guidance for both the brand and celebrities regarding to endorsing. The population was the consumer of Maybelline in Indonesia. Purposive sampling was used in this research with 216 respondent. Multiple regression analysis method was used in this research. This research implies that celebrity endorsement and brand image affected the customer buying decision and the result is that Celebrity Endorsement and Brand Image of Maybelline have a positive significant influence on the buying decision.

This study aims to analyze the level of Employee Engagement in education personnel at Merdeka University Malang and another factors related to quality of work life and work motivation. This research was followed by 60 employees of Education Staff of Merdeka University Malang. Explanatory research using a quantitative approach was applied in this research. This study explores the phenomenon of organizations that are increasingly responsive to employee needs. This phenomenon happen so that the company does not lose its best people. Yet the issue of stealing employees is still frequently heard. Organizations are competing to retain employees by paying attention to the quality of work life of their employees and providing encouragement in the form of motivation to retain employees. Based on the simultaneous test results, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the quality of work life and work motivation on employee engagement. However, in partial testing, it can be concluded that there is no significant effect between the Quality of Work Life variable and the Employee Engagement variable.

The purpose of this research are to analyze the influence of social media, word of mouth and physical environment on purchasing decision processes, and to analyze the dominant variables between social media, word of mouth, and physical environment for the purchasing decision process. The number of respondents in this study is 138 people. The data obtained analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that social media, word of mouth and physical environment had a significant effect on the purchasing decision process. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, it can be seen that the largest regression coefficient value is the physical environment, this means that the physical environment is a variable that has a dominant influence on the purchasing decision process, followed by word of mouth and social media variables.

This study aims to analyze the process of knowledge acquisition in the culinary business, and the factors that influence knowledge acquisition. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Case study was selected  in this research is Macaroni Panggang, where Macaroni Panggang became one of the culinary businesses that carried out knowledge acquisition on food menus and restaurant management. The data analyzed collected from interviews with owners, supervisors and vice supervisors of Macaroni Panggang. The results of the study found that there are four knowledge acquisition processes in Macaroni Panggang namely planning, taking knowledge, testing stage, and revision stage. Factors that inhibit knowledge acquisition in Macaroni Panggang are human resource factors. At present Macaroni Panggang does not yet have the resources to conduct knowledge acquisition. This makes not all the knowledge taken can be a real product in Macaroni Panggang.

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of (1) Worklife balance on employee performance (2) Job Stress on employee performance (3) Worklife balance on OCB (4) Job Stress on OCB (5) OCB on employee performance (6) OCB as mediating role between Worklife balance and employee performance (7) OCB as mediating role between Job Stress and employee performance. The population in this study is employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP2B Sumbagteng, amounting to 50 people, with census techniques. Data analysis techniques using quantitative analysis with analysis tools SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study found that: (1) Worklife Balance has a significant effect on employee performance (2) Job stress is contradictory and has a significant effect on OCB and employee performance (3) The magnitude of the effect of Worklife Balance on OCB is shown by the coefficient of determination R² of 0.261 or 26,1% (4) The magnitude of the influence of OCB on employee performance is shown by the coefficient of determination R² of 0.375 or 37,5% (5) Then there is also an indirect relationship with partial mediation by the OCB variable.

Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana memanfaatkan dan mengoptimalkan kinerja karyawan untuk mencapai produktivitas kerja yang tinggi. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 responden dengan metode populasi sampel di ambil menjadi objek penelitian, metode yang disebut dengan sensus. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui kompensasi di lingkungan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Merdeka Malang. Disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi dapat meningkatkan kompensasi di lingkungan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Merdeka Malang, dan budaya organisasi memiliki peran sebagai pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di lingkungan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Merdeka  Malang. Temuan secara empiris mengindikasikan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kesadaran atau kesediaan seorang karyawan untuk melakukan dan mentaati aturan-aturan yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan karyawan harus memiliki disiplin kerja yang tinggi.

This research aimed to examine the indirect effect of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) through organizational commitment as the mediating variable. Formulation of the problem in this research attempted to know about what organizational commitment that can mediate the effect of organizational culture on OCB. The path analysis was used to examine 80 respondents. The sample collection was retrieved by asking employees from each main branch banks to spread out the questionnaires. Researcher deployed 103 questionnaires yet only 86 questionnaires was returned and 80 questionnaires could be examined. These variables had been previously verified in BNI life Regional Makassar. This research concerns on the problems of the high rate of employee turnover in BNI life regional Makassar. Every year, many employees decide to resign from the bank. Besides, this research was based on the research gap, the different results of research by Giri, Nimran, Hamid, Musadieq (2016), and Meijen (2007). A study by Giri, Nimran, Hamid, Musadieq (2016) showed that there are the significant impacts of organizational culture on organizational commitment. In contrast, the result of research by Meijen (2007) revealed that there was no impact on the variables. The result of this research found that there is an indirect impact between organizational cultures on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) through organizational commitment as the mediating variable. The conclusion is the strategic decision making related to human resource development must consider organizational culture.

In the current millennial era, guiding business people, especially in the service sector, to provide the best service. This study aims to analyze the effect of servicescape on revisit intention with customer satisfaction as a mediating variabel. Data collection was obtained by distributing questionnaires online. The population in this study were visitors to Roketto cafe Malang with purposive sampling as a sample determination with the criteria of having visited at least once. The sample used in this study were 186 respondents. The research data were analyzed using path analysis techniques with analysis tools using Partial Least Square (PLS). The facts found in this study are servicescape has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention, servicescape has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention, and servicescape has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention through customer satisfaction.
