The article analyzes the readiness of HEI teachers to use a cloud-based learning environment in the training of future IT professionals, which showed that 59% of the interviewed teachers have an understanding of cloud technologies and services; 34% use cloud-oriented learning tools when teaching their subject; 16% of teachers use a cloud-oriented learning environment in their professional and pedagogical activities; 100% of respondents agreed to use a cloud-based learning environment designed by the author's methodological system in the educational process. It is investigated whether the designed cloud-based training environment for the training of future IT specialists is effective by the criteria and indicators. The main components of the methodological system of using cloud-based learning environment (CBLE) training of future information technology specialists (purpose and content, methods, forms and means of using CBLE in the educational process of higher education institution) are described. It is established that when constructing a methodological system for the use of cloud-oriented training environment for training future IT professionals, it is necessary to: select a cloud-oriented system of training support as a component of CBLE for use in the educational process of future information technology specialists, as well as cloud-oriented, IT-trained expedient for future IT professionals to use in their training; improve the content of disciplines directly related to programming for the use of a cloud-based learning support system and cloud-based learning tools when studying different subject disciplines in this area; to develop the "Cloud Technologies in Education" elective course, and to implement it to acquaint with the peculiarities of the use of cloud technologies in the educational process of future IT professionals, as well as to train teachers with the purpose to acquaint with the peculiarities of the use of cloud technologies in the educational process.

In the paper, a model for planning and evaluation of education is presented. In this model, the main goal of education is divided into 4 sub goals that should be obtained in every educational activity. The 4 main components identified in the model are: total knowledge gained, degree of usefulness of that knowledge, reduction of effort in later learning and effort invested in the educational process. The importance of each of those components varies depending on the level and purpose of education. The model is then specially adapted for computer literacy education at various levels of education. It is shown how the emphasis shifts between different sub goals at different levels of education from kindergarten and lower grades of primary school to workplace learning. At the end, the use of the model is shown on a case study that deals with teaching information technology use at university level.

This article is a bibliographic review and focuses on a brief introduction to Cloud Computing as an innovative educational tool. Cloud technology is rapidly spreading in educational institutions, sometimes replacing the in-house infrastructure with cloud services. Education plays an important role in a country’s economy and today, the educational model in many countries has evolved with technology. Schools and universities in the world extensively use cloud Based Technology. Digital teaching – E-Learning and cloud-based technology are the latest models that have been widely adopted in the educational field. The identified trends in the use of cloud computing in education are clear, ranging from the design of cloud-oriented learning environments for future information technology specialists to the training of information technology specialists to enable them to obtain competencies in the use of cloud technologies. Cloud computing is a distributed computing paradigm, where, instead of acquiring information technology products, users access shared resources under various service models through a network, usually the Internet. The application of cloud computing is very broad and growing daily because of many advantages to the users, and is driven by the increasing use of various mobile devices (laptops, tablets and smartphones) and mobile Internet access being more available. The perspectives of its integration in the learning process are highlighted, as well as the factors that make its implementation difficult. Finally, some general conclusions presented on how technologies should be adopted to meet the educational needs of this new global challenge and some suggestions are made for more effective training through the Cloud Computing, as the need for further research emerges

The application of the learning environment theory when teaching English within the inclusive education and its main components have also been examined. The study reveals English teachers’ basic needs for creating learning environment teaching techniques in the context of the inclusive education. It also defines the concept «learning environment» and its main components. The study results conducted to define the availability/non-availability of a barrier-free learning environment, in particular, in English classrooms for implementing the inclusive education principles, have been shown and analyzed. The ways to create learning environment at the English lessons, promoting a respectful assistance to disabled students when learning English, have been studied. The group training and other teaching methods, promoting the development of disabled students’ communicative and other skills while interacting with classmates in English classes, are given

For information technology in education there is always an issue of re-usage of electronic educational resources, their transferring possibility from one virtual learning environment to another. Previously, standardized sets of files were used to serve this purpose, for example, SCORM-packages. In this article the new standard Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI) is reviewed, which allows users from one environment to access resources from another environment. This makes it possible to integrate them into a single distributed learning environment that is created and shared. The article gives examples of the practical use of standard LTI in Moodle learning management system using External tool and LTI provider plugins.

The article deals with the use of cloud technologies in the organization of independent activities of University students. This problem is particularly relevant at present due to the significant increase in the hours allocated for independent work of students at universities in Ukraine. There are many technological tools for effective organization of independent activities of students, one of which can be considered cloud technologies, as the most popular in the modern world, due to its advantages: they can be applied in the educational process not only for the organization of independent work (or distance learning) – versatility; ability to work anywhere (where there is Internet access) and at any time-versatility; reduced financial costs for training – cost-effectiveness; reach a large number of trainees-progress in learning; allow you to use a wide variety of forms of learning and types of control; allow you to release creative thinking (Sway, DropBox Paper). The use of cloud-based data storage helps each student create their own personal cloud-oriented learning environment during the learning process (personal cloud-oriented learning environment). Therefore, it is important to teach students how to use cloud services correctly at the initial stages of University education, as well as to familiarize them with the diverse functionality of modern cloud software products. The modern labor market places high demands on the level of training of modern personnel. As statistics show, one of the most popular specialists are specialists in the field of cloud technologies. If we want our graduates to be competitive in today's society, we need to train them in the latest technologies and the ability to use these skills in their future professional activities. Thus, the main task of a modern school of higher education is to cultivate a highly qualified, competitive specialist who is able to improve their professional level and update their knowledge and skills. Using the latest digital technologies in the educational process, you should not underestimate the role of the teacher in the educational process. Therefore, it is obvious that the future of the education system is in the use of a combined approach (Blended learning) to learning.

Introduction. It is necessary to note that integra- tion and globalization processes have considerably affected the training of future journalists, making new demands on the society. Due to these advanc- es different approaches to the journalist’s educa- tional process started to be used by lecturers. The purpose of the article is to analyze ap- proaches introduced in the educational process of professional journalists’ training. The methods. To achieve a certain purpose, a set of research methods have been used: general scientific including analysis and synthesis have been applied for the investigation of legal documen- tation, instructional programs; induction and de- duction have been used to highlight the features of professional journalists’ training in US universities; due to methods of system-structural and system- functional analysis the main components of journal- ism education in the USA have been singled out. Results. In the course of the research various approaches applied during the professional training of journalists in the USA have been characterized. Main peculiarities of axiological, acmeological, syn- ergetic, hermeneutic, diagnostic, competency- based, andragogic, organizational, functional- systematic, student-oriented, culturological and interdisciplinary approaches have been identified. Due to the freedom of the development of the socie- ty it has been investigated that these approaches have such similarities: integrated use of learning tools, methods and technologies; reasonable focus on forming professional qualities of future journal- ists. The scientific originality of the results obtained is determined by the fact that for the first time thor- ough analysis of approaches used in the US educa- tional system for the professional journalists’ train- ing has been conducted. Conclusion. On the basis of the conducted re- search it is outlined that the professional journal- ists’ training at the US universities is grounded on theoretical likewise practical approaches. Taking into consideration developed provisions, the organi- zation of professional journalists’ training, will con- tribute to the formation of highly qualified media specialists abled to compete in the labor market.
