The state of professional training of students needs to improve the digital educational environment, which can ensure the effective formation of digital and research competencies of future specialists. One of the components of software and methodological support of the modern university environment is the development and implementation of information systems aimed at their professional training. The article considers the main stages of design and development of the information system for students’ professional training, the process of designing the architecture and interface of the web system is described. Prototypes of the main pages of the system were also developed. The web system component diagram, the scheme of the website, the sequence diagram of the information system, and the states diagrams of the main processes are presented. The research shows the technologies used in the development of the information system of professional training, describes and demonstrates its pages, presents the structure of the database and gives a description of its tables. Thus, CMS WordPress was used for development, which is a popular free content management system, PHP was chosen as a programming language. In the developed information system teachers have the opportunity to post educational materials and publish practical tasks; students get access to educational resources, can sample them according to a certain criterion. The peculiarity of the information system for professional training presented by the authors is the development of the parser for automatic filling the database of educational resources for students. It allows to improve the process of updating materials for students of computer specialties, because the need for manual filling of the information system by users is reduced. The article will be interesting for people involved in the didactic process at universities and for specialists involved in the design and implementation of IT systems

This chapter describes how the Indiana University Bloomington Libraries created a database-driven Web system that enables librarians and staff to publish content to the libraries’ public Web site that maintains a consistent design and places the content into a logical and consistent structure. The system comprises the libraries’ public Web site interface, the content manager (CM) administrative interface, and an intranet. The new Web system was designed to replace a decentralized process that was previously followed to maintain a large Web site of 8,000-plus static HTML pages. The new system made it possible for their large decentralized organization to present a unified and well-designed public interface on the Web. The authors describe the technical and conceptual development of the content management aspect of the system with the hope of increasing understanding of content management systems.

The article describes the experience of designing and using in the process of training future educators professional training of electronic educational resource for the study of computer layout foundations. In the course of our research, we have found out the possibility of using electronic educational resources in the educational process of Higher education institutions to train future teachers of vocational education. In particular, we have developed an electronic educational resource «Basics of Computer Layout», in which, according to, the necessary training materials and author's methodological developments for learning the basics of computer layout in the Adobe InDesign CS5 software environment are structured. The Word Press content management system (CMS), which has open source code and is distributed under the GNU GPL license, has become a popular medium for creating the described ESM. The developed ESM contains a set of copyright educational and methodological materials, materials for monitoring the level of educational achievements, together they allow the future teachers of vocational training to form the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of the basics of computer layout in the Adobe InDesign CS5 software environment. For the purposeful implementation of conceptual research ideas, the author developed a method for using a complex of electronic educational resources for teaching computer graphics to future bachelors of the specialty 015.10 «Professional education (computer technologies)». The method involves the provision of practical knowledge and skills to future bachelors of vocational education in order to form professional competencies in the Special Informatics discipline (module 3 Fundamentals of computer layout in the Adobe In Design CS5 program).

The article deals with the issues of organizing professional training of students in the multilingual education environment. The axiological strategy is regarded as a main educational trigger in specialists’ training in the multicultural University environment. The phenomenon of the educational environment, cross-cultural communication and actualizing the axiological approach in professional students’ training can be considered as means of professional and personal development of future specialists and educators.

Today, in the development of information systems, cloud technologies are often used for remote computing and data processing. There are web technologies, and on their basis, libraries and frameworks have been developed for creating web applications and user interfaces designed for the operation of information systems in browsers. Ready-made JavaScript libraries have been developed to add drag and drop functionality to a web application. However, in some situations, the library may not be available, or there may be overhead or dependencies that the project does not need to use it. In such situations, an alternative solution provides the functionality of APIs available in modern browsers. The article discusses the current state of the methods of the Drag and Drop mechanism and proposes a programmatic way to improve the interface by creating a class for dragging and dropping elements when organizing work in multi-user information web systems. Drag and Drop is a convenient way to improve the interface. Grabbing an element with the mouse and moving it visually simplifies many operations: from copying and moving documents, as in file managers, to placing orders in online store services. The HTML drag and drop API uses the DOM event model to retrieve information about a dragged element and update that element after the drag. Using JavaScript event handlers, it is possible to turn any element of the web system into a drag-and-drop element or drop target. To solve this problem, a JavaScript object was developed with methods that allow you to create a copy of any object and handle all events of this object aimed at organizing the Drag and Drop mechanism. Basic algorithm of Drag and Drop technology based on processing mouse events. The software implementation is considered and the results of the practical use of object adaptation of the Drag and Drop technology for the interface components of the web system - the medical information system MedSystem, in which the application modules have the implementation of the dispatcher and the interactive window interface are presented. In the "Outpatient clinic" module, the Drag and Drop mechanism is used when working with the "Appointment sheet". In the "Hospital" module of the MedSystem medical information system, the Drag and Drop mechanism is used in the "List of doctor's appointments". The results of using object adaptation of Drag and Drop technology have shown that this mechanism organically fits into existing technologies for building web applications and has sufficient potential to facilitate and automate work in multi-user information systems and web services.

Theincentive to writethis article was the author’s belief that one of the promising directions of further development of the musical art of pop is the introduction of information and communication (computer) technologies in the process of training students in the class of pop vocal. Special attention in the article is paid to the characterization of indicators of professional training of future musicians for working with information (electronic) resources. In the context of the use of electronic educational resources in an information educational environment, the functional actions are listed that are performed by students in mastering such resources. A review of the approaches of researchers to the interpretation of concepts is presented: “pedagogical technology”, “teaching computer technologies”, “music­computer technologies”. The author’s classification of electronic educational resources is given, which is based on the classification developed by S. P. Polozov. The modification proposed in the article is made taking into account the use of such resources in the process of teaching musicians to pop vocals.

Constraints on our personal and professional life imposed by the COVID 19 pandemic have radically influenced our approach to forms of education, including those used in further professional training of employees. This shift means the focus on distance education as a managed educational form, which is suitable for further professional training. The aim of the paper is to present the implementation of distance education in further professional training in enterprises and based on the empirical research propose ways of improving options of education. Distance education is characterised in terms of its principles and developmental stages. Its first generation was correspondence education. The Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Content Management System (LCMS) are described as the systems applied in further professional training. The research was conducted by means of the questionnaire method, combined with the pre-research survey. Results of empirical research are presented in tables. Separate parts of the paper deal with ICT application in corporate education (correspondence education, Computer-based training (CBT), Web-based training (WBT), Technology Based Training (TBT) and with the utilisation of Learning Management Systems (LMS). Analysis of respondent opinions shows that respondents tend to prefer the face-to-face form of corporate education. The length of the pandemic is going to affect the spread of e-learning in corporate education and its role in education. The learners’ interest may be expected to be shifted to LCM and LCMS utilisation. While digitalization of cultural organizations is in full swing and growth, it is common knowledge that websites can be used as a beacon to expand the awareness and consideration of their services on the Web. Nevertheless, recent research results indicate the managerial difficulties in deploying strategies for expanding the discoverability, visibility, and accessibility of these websites. In this paper, a three-stage data-driven Search Engine Optimization schema is proposed to assess the performance of Libraries, Archives, and Museums websites (LAMs), thus helping administrators expand their discoverability, visibility, and accessibility within the Web realm. To do so, the authors examine the performance of 341 related websites from all over the world based on three different factors, Content Curation, Speed, and Security. In the first stage, a statistically reliable and consistent assessment schema for evaluating the SEO performance of LAMs websites through the integration of more than 30 variables is presented. Subsequently, the second stage involves a descriptive data summarization for initial performance estimations of the examined websites in each factor is taking place. In the third stage, predictive regression models are developed to understand and compare the SEO performance of three different Content Management Systems, namely the Drupal, WordPress, and custom approaches, that LAMs websites have adopted. The results of this study constitute a solid stepping-stone both for practitioners and researchers to adopt and improve such methods that focus on end-users and boost organizational structures and culture that relied on data-driven approaches for expanding the visibility of LAMs services.
