The objective of this causal research was to obtain information concerning: (1) the effect of work environment toward work performance; (2) the effect of workload toward work performance; and (3) the effect of work environment toward workload. The research was conducted using a survey method with a path analysis testing hypothesis. This research, principals of teachers on Police Women School - Polri has been chosen as a unit analysis and 90 samples of principals were selected at random. The results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a direct positive effect of work environment toward work performance; (2) there is a direct negative effect of workload toward work performance; and (3) there is a direct negative effect of work environment toward workload.

The object of this research is to obtain information about the effect of leadership and conflict on performance. It was quantitative research with survey method in Buton District Educational Officer. The research was conducted to all lecturer of The Buton District Educational Officer.  by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. There is 73 employees are used as a sample was selected by using Slovin formula. The research conlude: (1) There is a direct positive effect of  leadership on performance. (2) There is a direct negative effect of conflict  on performance. (3) There is a direct negative of leadership on conflict.

The objective of this causal research is to obtain information concerning the effect of communication and achievement motivation on PPs UNJ student satisfaction. The research was conducted by using a survey method with path analysis in testing hypothesis. In this research, PPs UNJ students of the school year 2009/2010 has been choosen as a unit analysis and 211 samples of student were selected in random. The results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a direct positive effect of communication on achievement motivation indicated by the value of the path coefficient = 0.404; (2) there is a direct positive effect of communication on PPs UNJ student satisfaction indicated by the value of the path coefficient = 0,223; (3) there is a direct positive effect of achievement motivation on PPs UNJ student satisfaction indicated by the value of the path coefficient = 0,304. Therefore, student satisfaction can be improved by optimizing the communication made by the director and staff, lecturers and administrative staff to students using a variety of appropriate media to get positive feedback from students. Furthermore, by constantly increasing the motivation of the students themselves.

The purpose of this research is  to  determine the influence of managerial ability and creativity on headmaster’s decision making in Junior High School of Counties and Tangerang City.The research used survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. Technique of data collecting is using instrument from questionnaire. The number of 60 headmaster’s sample was selected by simple random sampling.The result of this research indicated that: 1) there is a direct positive effect of managerial ability to headmaster’s decision making, 2) there is a direct positive effect of creativity to headmaster’s decision making and 3) there is a direct positive effect of managerial ability to creativity.    Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan manajerial dan kreatifitas terhadap pengambilan keputusan kepala sekolah di SMP Negeri dan Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis jalur yang diterapkan dalam pengujian hipotesis. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen dari kuesioner. Jumlah sampel 60 kepala sekolah dipilih dengan simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) ada pengaruh positif langsung dari kemampuan manajerial terhadap pengambilan keputusan kepala sekolah, 2) ada pengaruh positif langsung kreatifitas terhadap keputusan kepala sekolah. membuat dan 3) ada efek positif langsung dari kemampuan manajerial terhadap kreatifitas Kata Kunci: Pengambilan Keputusan, Kemampuan Manajerial dan Kreatifitas

The development of the world of education is now so rapidly advanced that teachers are required to create learners who can survive in the environment and the world of work, this is offset by Soft Skill and Hard Skill that can be implemented in the real world of work. One of the problems that exist in the world of education is the low achievement of teachers this can affect student achievement. Therefore, improving the quality of education, teachers are required to improve the ability to teach and in providing materials supported by props so that teachers will get feedback from the results of teaching. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of motivation, work experience and work environment partially and simultaneously to the work performance of teachers Smk Muhammadiyah 1 Ngoro JombangApproach in this research is quantitative approach of causality, type of data used is quantitative data type. Data collection techniques used in this study using questionnaires. Population and sample in this research is 28 staff of teacher at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Ngoro. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regrations.The Partialy results showed that  the motivation has a negative effect on work performance. work experience has a positive effect on work performance. The work environment has a negative effect on work performance. And simultanly test results show that the motivation, work experience, work environment does not influence jointly to work performance .

The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of psychological contract and job motivation on teacher organization commitmen. It was quantitative research with survey method in SMK Negeri Kabupaten Lampung Barat.The research was conducted to all teacher of SMK Negeri Kabupaten Lampung Barat by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number 154 teachers as sample was selected by using Slovin formula.The research conlude: (1) There is a direct positive effect of psychological contract on organization commitmen. (2) There is a direct positive effect of job motivation on organization commitmen. (3) There is a direct positive of psychological contract on job motivation.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and provide empirical evidence about the influence of budgeting participation and budget goal characteristics on managerial performance with a non-physical work environment as moderation. Population variables in this study are all leaders and financial officers in private vocational schools in the city of Semarang listed in the structure of the division of school work in 2016 which amounted to 14 vocational high schools and each was taken by 3 people so that there were 42 respondents, while the sampling technique used the census method. Data analysis method used is Regression Moderation Analysis (MRA) Hypothesis 1 test results note that the value of t arithmetic = 3.012> t table = 1.694 with a number of significance = 0.003 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H1) that participation budgeting has a positive effect. on proven managerial job performance. Regression coefficient β1 = 0.567 (positive sign), it can be interpreted that the higher the participation in budgeting, the higher the managerial performance. Hypothesis 2 testing is known that the value of t = 2.723> t table = 1.694 with a significance value = 0.010 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H2) that the characteristics of the budgetary objectives have a positive effect on managerial performance of the work proved. Stepwise coefficient = 0.279 (benchmark), can be interpreted more clearly the characteristics of the managerial level budget objectives. Testing hypothesis 3 is known that the value of t 2.484> t table = 1.694 with a significance value = 0.026 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H3) that the work environment is not moderate, moderate moderate positive positive effect on budget participation on managerial work performance proven. Testing hypothesis 4 is known that the value of t arithmetic 2.333> t table = 1.694 with the number of significance = 0.032 <α = 0.05 (significance nt). Thus the hypothesis (H4) that the non-physical work environment positively influences the characteristics of budgetary goals on proven managerial work performance. Interaction test results show β4 = 0.163 (positive sign), it can be interpreted that the existence of a non-physical work environment that is conducive will strengthen the influence of the characteristics of the budget objectives on managerial work performance. The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of transformational leadership and empowerment on teachers achievement motivation. The research was conducted to all of elementary schools teachers at the district of Duren Sawit, East Jakarta by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number 80 teachers as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. The research conclude: (1) There is a direct positive effect of transformational leadership on achievement motivation. (2) There is a direct positive effect of empowerment on achievement motivation. (3) There is a direct positive effect of transformational leadership on empowerment.

The purpose of this research is to obtain information about the impact of workloads, personality, and work stress towards counseling and guidance teachers at public senior high schools in Riau Province. The research was conducted at public senior high schools in Riau Province. The data were collected using a survey method involving 186 counseling guidance teachers as a sample of 348 populations. Data from each variable were collected by using a survey method and analyzed by using Path Analysis. The results show that: (1) There is a direct positive effect of workloads towards counseling and guidance teachers an public senior high schools in Riau Province; (2) There is direct positive impact of personality toward counseling and guidance teachers at public senior high schools in Riau Province; (3) There is a direct positive effect of work stress towards counseling and guidance teachers at public senior high schools in Riau Province; (4) There is a direct positive effect of work stress towards counseling and guidance teachers at public senior high schools in Riau Province; 5) There is a direct negative effect of personality on work stress towards towards counseling and guidance teachers at public senior high schools in Riau Province. The implication of this research is that overfullness can disrupt teachers’ performance. Therefore, there should be cooperation between school supervisors, principals and counseling and guidance teachers in overcoming fatigue.
