The purpose of this study is to know the concept of developing a school database management information system. The model that will be used in this study is the spiral model. Each cycle includes 1) communication with users, 2) planning, 3) risk analysis, 4) prototype or engineering, 5) construction, and 6) system evaluation. The results of the study, the SIM database model of the school that was developed, still has shortcomings that must be corrected. Deficiencies at the concept development stage will be a reference for developers to improve. Suggestions from the validator were corrected and subsequently as a basis for designing the School Database SIM model at the system development stage. Conclusions, the concept of developing a school database system in the Department of Education and Culture of Musi Rawas Regency includes; a) developing a school database system for the Education Office admin (home menu, profile menu and submenus, report menu and submenu, admin menu and submenu, and logout menu), b) developing a school database system for school admin (home menu, menu and submenu profiles, menus and student submenus, educators and educational staff menus and submenus, facilities and infrastructure menus and submenus, curriculum menus and submenus, public relations menus and submenus, financial menus and submenus, report menus and submenus, and log out menus).

The research aims at developing school database management information system. System development life cycle with spiral model was used in this research. Boehm spiral model of software development was classified into four cycles such as: 1) concept development cycle, 2) system development cycle, 3) model development cycle, 4) system reparation cycle. Each cycle includes needs analysis, planning, risk analysis, development, try-out and evaluation. Model development of school database management information system has satisfied the users. It can be seen from the completeness of school database management information system (menu of logging, home, structure, completeness of menu and submenu, graphic design and logout) with the average 95 % which was qualified to the users’ needs. The school database includes home profile, students, educators and education, finance, facilities and infrastructure, reports and logging with the average 97 % was also satisfied its users.

Automation in the drug inventory distribution process is helpful to pharmacist. Pharmacy management has kept paper record in filing cabinets. Managing a very large pharmacy with records on papers will be tedious and difficult to keep track ofinventories with regards to the drugs in the store, expiry date, quantity of drugs available based on the categories and their functions. A Drug Inventory Management Information System(DIMIS) is basically a computer system that can manage all the information to allow pharmacists to do their jobs faster and more effective in real time. These jobs include: dispensing of drugs, drug regulation, and the sale of these drugs. The developed methodology adopted in the implementation of the software is iterative model of system development life cycle. This method produces an early stage of model. The development of the system is based on using new technologies like AJAX, ASP.NET MVC 5, Bootstrap, HTML and CSS which make the user interface more interactive. C#.NET language was used as server language whereas as a database server Microsoft SQL server 2012 was utilized. DIMIS is able to search and check a huge number and expiration date of drug in the purchase as well as delivery records. These attributes and functions are powerful, efficient and subsequently useful in patient's safety and cost containment

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the Integrated Management Information System Model, obstacles and strategies to overcome obstacles and to analyze their implementation in improving educational services in Vocational High Schools, Malang Regency. This study used a qualitative approach, data collection was carried out using interview, observation, and documentation techniques, the sampling method was purposive sampling, namely in three Vocational High Schools that had implemented an integrated management information system and research informants namely the principal, vice principal, head of governance business, teacher representatives and student representatives. The result of this research is an integrated management information system model in SMK Malang Regency using the Master-Web application which is implemented in the curriculum, student affairs, public relations, finance, workforce, and counseling sections. The information generated can be accessed by the principal and used as material for decision making to improve the quality of the school. The obstacles are some human resources who do not master IT, are not disciplined in inputting data, lack of care, lack of infrastructure, and weak system security. At the BP3TKI Jakarta office, there are still some problems in processing incoming and outgoing letters including frequent double numbering errors in incoming and outgoing letters, relating to storage in this case archiving is only in the form of storing hardcopy documents which results in lost letters and a lot of use of paper so spend more in terms of company operations. So it was designed a Letter Filing Management Information System in Jakarta BP3TKI. In building a Letter Filing Management Information System in BP3TKI Jakarta using Vb.Net with visual studio 2010 software as a programming language and display design. MySQL as a database. This system development uses UML (Unfied Modeling Language) tools as an analysis of the running system. The research methodology uses a waterfall, with stages of analysis, design, manufacture, coding, testing. This study produces a Letter Archive Management Information System in BP3TKI Jakarta that can facilitate the management of incoming and outgoing mail data, the process of making reports, recording letters, storing letters properly so as to facilitate the search for data. Can change a manual mail archive management into a structured system.

A series of Development and Operations (DevOps) in the process of making the Narotama University Management Information System have not been implemented properly by previous developers. There are improvements or additional features of the Management Information System that are in accordance with the functionality and the increasing development needs that will be used by the academic community, so that the Management Information System developer has a little difficulty in integrating documents and distributing applications with different packages to the Production Server. In this study, a new system design is proposed by applying the practice of Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery as a document integration process and can simplify the application distribution process, as well as implementing the Docker Container Platform as an application container with different packages that can be run on production server together. The results of implementing the practice of Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery and the implementation of the Docker Container Platform are able to help integrate documents between developers and be able to release fixes and add features packaged in different containers automatically and periodically without long delays. which only takes an average of 17.9 seconds in the process of sending the application to the Production Server.

The implementation of guidance in two directions is carried out by discussing, conducting questions and answers, providing input and other activities. However, sometimes the guidance process carried out face-to-face experiences many obstacles so the coaching process does not run optimally and it is not as expected. The most common obstacle is when the supervisor is unable to attend the final assignment guidance. Communication barriers between students and supervisors also affect the success of the final assignment. Hence, it is necessary to develop a way to have the obstacles can overcome better. The method used to solve these problems using the system development life cycle method. The solution is currently using sms or online facilities such as email, social media, or the cloud from a third party. With this system, if face-to-face guidance activities are not possible, the process of preparing student final assignments can be carried out in order to be on time for the graduation of students in the institutions.
