This study aimed to determine the Effect of Profitability directly or indirectly on Debt Policy through Dividend Policy on Manufacturing Companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. This study used secondary data in the form of financial statements of Manufacturing Companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015-2017 which were accessed on ww.idx.com. The study population was 851 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The sample is 38 companies selected using the Purposive sampling method. This quantitative study used path analysis to analyze the data with the help of SPSS 16.0. The results showed that profitability negatively influenced debt policy, dividend policy did not influence debt policy, and profitability negatively influenced the dividend policy of manufacturing companies.

The study aims to examine the effect of company size, profitability, dividend policy, asset structure, company growth and free cash flow on debt policy. The object of this study uses manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used is secondary data in the form of annual financial statements for the 2015-2018 period. The collection technique used in this study was purposive sampling while the data analysis techniques used in this study were descriptive statistics, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The analysis show that the size of the company has a negative and not significant effect on debt policy, profitability has a negative and significant effect on debt policy. Dividend policy variables and asset structure has a negative and significant effect on debt policy. While sales growth and free cash flow has no effect on debt policy.

This study is aimed at examining the effects of the Number of Board of Commissioners, Leverage, Profitability, Capital Intensity, Cash Flow, and Company Size toward Conservatism in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The population used in this study is the yearly financial statements on firm of manufacturing listed at BEI period 2012-2017, using purposive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from yerly financial reports published and downloaded through the official BEI website. Data analyzed with Descriptive statistics, test of classic assumption and exmination of hypothesis with multiple linier regression method. The result of hypothesis research shows variable Profitability and Cash Flow have a significant effect on the ability of Conservatism, while the Number of Board of Commissioners, Leverage, Capital Intensity, and Company Size has no effect on the ability of Conservatism.

This study aims to analyze the effect of debt policy, dividend policy, and company growth on company value, with profitability as the intervening variable, in the finance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population of this study was all finance companies listed on IDX for the period of 2015 and 2016. The purposive sampling method was used in this study with the sample consisted of 12 finance companies. Data used were financial data sourced from the website of IDX. Data were analyzed using path analysis with two equations, i.e., the factors affecting company value and the factors affecting company profitability. Results of the study showed that debt policy, dividend policy, company growth, and profitability have no significant effect on company value. This study also found that debt policy and company growth  have no significant effect on profitability, while dividend policy significantly affects profitability. This study aims to test and analyze environmental performance and sustainability reporting disclosures in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study also aims to determine the effect of environmental performance and sustainability reporting disclosure on firm value. This research uses quantitative research using purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%. This research was conducted by selecting research data in accordance with the criteria of a sample of 17 manufacturing companies. The data used are secondary data, namely data obtained indirectly from original sources but through internet intermediary media in the form of financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and references in the form of supporting books that relate to research. This study aims to identify and examine empirically effect of free cash flows, managerial ownership and dividend policy on debt policy (empirical study on companies listed on Stock Exchange). This study uses secondary data in form of financial statements derived from annual financial statements of companies listed on Stock Exchange and available reporting consecutive years from 2012 to 2017. Samples were taken by purposive sampling with first criteria company's annual financial statement data available for consecutive reporting years from 2012 to 2017. Number of samples in this study 132 firm years. Data analysis methods used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Results showed that: free cash flows and managerial ownership has a significant positive effect on debt policy. Dividend policy have a significant negative effect on debt policy. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the practice of tax avoidance by using profitability, leverage, sales growth and the audit committee as independent variables. The method used is a purposive sampling method with population in the form of financial statements from 30 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015-2017, so that the sample of data observed is 90 company financial statements. The research design used is causal and descriptive. The data collected is in the form of secondary data from the financial statements of manufacturing companies. Where data analysis is performed using multiple regression statistical analysis. The results found that profitability and sales growth had a significant effect on the level of tax avoidance. While leverage and the audit committee do not significantly affect the level of tax avoidance.

The problems that will be discussed in this journal regarding the relationship between the business entity, the solvency of audit delay. The research method used in this study uses secondary data. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. The sampling method in this study was purposive sampling. The criteria of the company being sampled are companies that publish audited financial statements for four consecutive years and use the rupiah currency, so the total number of samples in this study is 100 data. Independent variables in this study are company size, solvability and audit committee, variables dependent inthis study is audit delay. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.The results of the analysis show that the solvability variable has a significant effect on audit delay. While the variable size of the company and the audit committee does not have a significant effect on audit delay.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of institusional ownership, managerial ownership, independent commissioner, and board of size on earning management and the implication on financial performance of manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2012-2014. This research used the data of manufacturing companies that were selected using purposive sampling method for a total of 73 data in three years. Statistic method used in this study is multiple regression analysis and simple regression analysis. The data used in this research are secondary data in the form of financial statements that published during the observation year. The results of this study showed that earning management significantly affected by managerial ownership, and independent commissioner. Financial performance showed that significantly affected by earning management.

This study aims to determine the effect of debt policy and profitability on firm value moderated by corporate governance. This study uses secondary data on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for a five-year period from 2016 to 2020. The sample selection used the purposive sampling method in order to obtain a total of 195 samples that met the specified criteria. This research was tested using Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of this study provide evidence that debt and profitability policies have a positive effect on firm value.  Corporate is unable to influence the policy of debt to the value of the company, meaning that corporate governance cannot parse the information asymmetry caused by the policy of debt to corporate value and corporate governance strengthen the influence of profitability on firm value, which means that with the increasing corporate governance can strengthen the effect of profitability on firm value.

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of dividend policy, earning volatility, debt policy, growth asset and earning per share. The research method used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 35 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research was conducted using years of observation, namely 2015-2017. The type of data used is secondary data. Data is obtained from financial statements taken from www.idx.com. Data analysis method used is descriptive statistical test,multicollinearity test,f test, t test and test coefficient of determination. Testing the hypothesis in this study uses the t test. The results of the study show that the dividend policy, earning volatility, debt policy and growth asset do not have a significant effect on share price volatility, while the earning per share has a significant negative effect on share price volatility.
