This study aims to identify and examine empirically effect of free cash flows, managerial ownership and dividend policy on debt policy (empirical study on companies listed on Stock Exchange). This study uses secondary data in form of financial statements derived from annual financial statements of companies listed on Stock Exchange and available reporting consecutive years from 2012 to 2017. Samples were taken by purposive sampling with first criteria company's annual financial statement data available for consecutive reporting years from 2012 to 2017. Number of samples in this study 132 firm years. Data analysis methods used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Results showed that: free cash flows and managerial ownership has a significant positive effect on debt policy. Dividend policy have a significant negative effect on debt policy. Investors have a goal to get maximum returns by anticipating the impact they will face in the future. In this study the return meant is dividend policy. There are 4 factors that influence dividend policy, namely: (1) debt policy, (2) liquidity, (3) company size, (3) profitability. This type of research is causative with secondary data, where this study analyzes how the influence of one variable with another variable or how a variable affects other variables. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method. Purposive sampling is the determination of the cellphone and population based on the criteria desired by the researcher in order to obtain a representative sample according to the criteria. The object of this study is a company listed on the LQ-45 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a period of 2013-2016. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 21.0. The results of this study indicate that (1) debt policy has a negative and not significant effect on dividend policy in the LQ-45 index company listed on the Stock Exchange in 2013-2016, (2) liquidity has a negative and not significant effect on dividend policy on LQ-index companies 45 which are listed on the IDX in 2013-2016, (3) the size of the company has a negative and not significant effect on dividend policy on LQ-45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016, and (4) Profitability has a negative and not significant effect on policy dividends on LQ-45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016.Keyword: Dividend Policy, Debt Policy, Liquidity, Company Size, and Profitability

  Purpose: The purpose of this studyisdetermine the influence of managerial ownership, institutional ownership and dividend policy on corporate financial performance with indicators of Return On Assets (ROA).   Design/methodology/approach: The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis.    Findings: Dividend policy has a negative and significant influence on the company's financial performance.Simultaneously managerial ownership, institutional ownership and dividend policy have a significant influence on the company's financial performance. Research limitations/implications: This study uses secondary data from construction and building companies sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.     Practical implications: The results of this study are managerial ownership has a positive and significant influence on the company's financial performance. Originality/value:  Paper type: This paper can be categorized as case study paper.

The study aims to examine the effect of company size, profitability, dividend policy, asset structure, company growth and free cash flow on debt policy. The object of this study uses manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used is secondary data in the form of annual financial statements for the 2015-2018 period. The collection technique used in this study was purposive sampling while the data analysis techniques used in this study were descriptive statistics, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The analysis show that the size of the company has a negative and not significant effect on debt policy, profitability has a negative and significant effect on debt policy. Dividend policy variables and asset structure has a negative and significant effect on debt policy. While sales growth and free cash flow has no effect on debt policy.

This study aimed to determine the Effect of Profitability directly or indirectly on Debt Policy through Dividend Policy on Manufacturing Companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. This study used secondary data in the form of financial statements of Manufacturing Companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015-2017 which were accessed on ww.idx.com. The study population was 851 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The sample is 38 companies selected using the Purposive sampling method. This quantitative study used path analysis to analyze the data with the help of SPSS 16.0. The results showed that profitability negatively influenced debt policy, dividend policy did not influence debt policy, and profitability negatively influenced the dividend policy of manufacturing companies.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of company size, profitability, leverage, liquidity and sales growth on dividend policy on LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The population of this study is all companies belonging to the LQ45 index listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The use of samples in research using Purposive Sampling with certain criteria in order to obtain 66 data samples to be studied. The data used are secondary data sourced from financial statements. This research uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test method. From these tests it can be seen that Company Size, Profitability and Leverage affect Dividend Policy. While Liquidity and Sales growth does not affect the Dividend Policy in LQ45 Companies in 2016-2018.

The purpose of this research was to study the significant effect of Managerial Ownership and Dividend Policy to Debt Policy The Non-Financial sector on Listed Companies in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2015. The method used is quantitative descriptive survey method with a descriptive and statistical analysis and regression approach. The research using the secondary data obtained from the reference center Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015. Variable X as the independent variable is Managerial Ownership in measured by Managerial Ownership Ratio (MOWN) and Dividend Policy in measured by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Meanwhile variable Y is proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The sampling technique was conducted by random sampling. The attainable population in this research were all manufacture companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange and the sample used by the computation Isaac Michael is 47 companies.The simple linier regression and resulted Ŷ=0,780+0,018X1+0,122X2. The result of this research concluded that Managerial Ownership has not affect the Debt Policy where Thitung of Managerial Ownership is 0,625 smaller than Ttabel amounted to 2,000 and Dividend Policy in has positive and significant effect the Debt Policy where Thitung of Dividend Policy is 2,192 and Ttabel amounted to 2,000. In simultan. The Influence Between Managerial Ownership and Dividend Policy with Debt Policy is not significantly related. The ownership structure and financial factors are considered influential to the dividend policy of a company. Thus the aim of this study is to examine the effects of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, liquidity, leverage, and profitability on dividend policy. This study uses quantitative approach and analyzes samples taken from the financial statements of 161 different manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange between 2015-2017. These samples are then selected using purposive random sampling in which only 49 samples fit the criteria. The data analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression analysis technique. This study concludes that institutional ownership, managerial ownership, liquidity, and profitability have positive and significant effects on dividend policy. The study was conducted with the aim of proving that debt policy and price earning ratio affect dividend policy with managerial ownership as a mediating variable. In the study using a population of all companies included in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, using purposive sampling the total used in the study was 33 companies with secondary data taken from https://www.idx.co.id/. The result in this research prove that debt policy has a negative effect on dividend policy, while the price earning ratio has a positive effect on dividend policy. Then the presence of managerial ownership has a negative effect on debt policy research and price earnings ratio against dividend policy.  Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan membuktikan bahwa kebijakan hutang dan price earning ratio berpengaruh kepada kebijakan dividen dengan kepemilikan manajerial sebagai variabel mediasi. Dalam penelitian menggunakan populasi seluruh perusahaan yang termasuk dalam perusahaan manufaktur yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia, dengan menggunakan purposive sampling maka total sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu sebanyak 33 perusahaan dengan data sekunder yang diambil dari https://www.idx.co.id/ . Hasil dalam penelitian membuktikan bahwa kebijakan hutang berpengaruh negative terhadap kebijakan dividen, sedangkan price earning ratio berpengaruh positif terhadap kebijakan dividen. Kemudian dengan adanya kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh negative dalam penelitian kebijakan hutang dan price earning ratio terhadap kebijakan dividen.

Dividend policy is a management decision of a company in determining the amount of dividend to be distributed to shareholders. Investors who have long-term goals will choose a return in the form of dividends in large quantities or relatively stable to reduce the uncertainty of investors who have invested their funds in the company. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis that will test the influence of net income, sales growth, managerial ownership, and leverage to dividend policy. The samples used in this study were 75 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016–2018. The results of this research indicate that net income has a significant effect on dividend policy, while sales growth, managerial ownership, and leverage do not have a significant effect on dividend policy.

  The research on financial factors and its effect to dividend policy of Company which is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange have been carried out by several researchers, but the results showed inconsistent. This research aims to test the influence of liquidity ratio, profitability ratio, market ratio, and its effect on dividend policy of Cigarette Company. The liquidity ratio proxied by Current Ratio, profitability ratio proxied by Net Profit Margin, market ratio proxied by Earning Per Share, and dividend policy proxied by Dividend Per Share. The sample used are 3 companies, listed in IDX period of 2001-2014. Data used in this study is secondary data by using financial statements. The Data analyzed using multiple linear regression. The result showed that net profit margin has a significant effect on dividend per share whereas current ratio and earnings per share has no significant effect on dividend per share of cigarette company which listed in IDX period of 2004-2014.
