SUMUT Bank is one of the Banks in Indonesia with the name of the company PT. Regional Development Bank of North Sumatra. The North Sumatra Bank has branches in each region in North Sumatra both in the district and in the sub-district, and each of these branches is led by a branch leader or branch head. The head of this branch is responsible for the reversal of the Bank being led. The best and most accomplished branch heads deserve more and more awards. The selection of the best branch heads is selected transparently and structured in the hope that it can be a motivation for all branch heads to be able to further improve the quality and service of the Bank they lead. Making the best branch head selection done manually will take a long time and tends to be less transparent and structured. One solution so that the implementation of the selection can be carried out easily and quickly, it requires a Decision Support System that can provide consistency of assessment. In this study the method used is the VIKOR method (Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangiranje). This method makes cracking on alternatives based on criteria that have been determined with an ideal compromise solution or the best solution, so that this system can later be beneficial for the SUMUT Bank to get the title in determining the best branch head.Keywords: Decision Support System, North Sumatra Bank, Branch Head, Vikor

North Sumatra Office of education through the Directorate General of Teachers conducting the election of the head of the school is doing, with these activities the North sumatra Office of education hope school principals have success in education, so demanding to renew the social and professional attitude in managing education led. The election of the head of school is done to be able to improve quality and manage in school education so that it could be improved, so that it is able to answer the challenges of the global era-based excellence. The selection process should be free from the interests of religion, tribe or region. So that the final results of the election, do not cause harm to either party. But in pelaksanaanya there are some parties who feel aggrieved because of the lack of transparency of the assessment process and clear terms for the election of the head of school achievers. Resolve the problem then need to built a decision support system (SPK) which is able to provide the ability to solve problems with the condition of semi structured and unstructured. Use the perangkingan method, it is expected that it may facilitate in providing the principal election decision accomplished using VIKOR. The results obtained in this study is an alternative that has been dirangkingkan. Universities or institutions that operate in North Sumatra are very many, therefore, of course, competition in accepting new students is very tight, universities or institutions do certain ways or steps to be able to compete with other campuses in gaining interest from community or high school students who will continue their studies to a higher level. STMIK BUDI DARMA Medan (College of Information and Computer Management), is the first computer high school in Medan which was established on March 1, 1996 and received approval from the government through the Minister of Education and Culture, on July 23, 1996 with operating license number 48 / D / O / 1996, in promoting the campus, the team usually formed a promotion team to various regions in the North Sumatra Region to provide information to the community. Students who have learned in this campus are quite a lot who come from various regions in North Sumatra, from this point the need to process data from students who are active in college to be processed using data mining to achieve a target, one method that can be used in data mining, namely the ¬K-Modes clustering (grouping) algorithm. This study aims to determine the role of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia in North Sumatra Representative in the Supervision of Population and Civil Registry Service in Medan City. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods describing information about the data obtained from the field in the form of written and oral data from the parties studied. Data is collected based on interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the role of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia in North Sumatra was carried out in the form of external supervision. External supervision is supervision carried out by the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia Representative of North Sumatra to the Medan Population and Civil Registry Service. Actions taken in the supervision process are incoming reports, follow-up of the first report and follow-up of the report. Based on the research that has been carried out, it has been concluded that the role of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia in the North Sumatra Representative in supervising the service provider of the Population and Civil Registry services is carried out in the form of external supervision. In supervising the handling of public reports of alleged poor service in the area of population administration, it has been effective, with several efforts to handle reports such as: (1) Clarification; (2) Investigation; (3) Recommendations; (4) Monitoring.

This study aims to determine the relationship of work values with the Batak Toba ethnic. This research was conducted at the Mobile Brigade Unit of the North Sumatra Regional Police. The subjects in this study were 45 people. This study uses a quantitative description approach. The results of the study are to find that hamoraon, hagabeon and hasangapon (3H) are in line with the principle of the work value of Brimob members. 3H is the peak achievement of individual Toba Batak ethnic work value in the mobile brigade unit of the North Sumatra regional police. Keyword: Work value, Batak Toba Etnic   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan nilai kerja dengan etnis Batak Toba. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Satuan Brigade Mobile Kepolisian Daerah Sumatera Utara. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 45 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskripsi. Hasil penelitian adalah menemukan bahwa hamoraon, hagabeon dan hasangapon (3H) sejalan dengan prinsip nilai kerja pada satuan anggota Brimob. 3H merupakan puncak pencapaian dari nilai kerja individu yang beretnis Batak Toba di satuan brigade mobile kepolisian daerah Sumatera Utara. The study was conducted aimed at examining the effect of accountability, work experience, and professionalism on the quality of auditor performance. auditors are required to have a high level of accountability because the auditor will present financial statements that must be accountable by himself. In addition to having a high accountability the auditor should also have good work experience so that the auditor can convey a logical and logical understanding of the errors contained in the financial statements. And auditors also require high professionalism so that auditors can carry out professional and good tasks. The object of research is the auditor who is working at the North Sumatra BPKP Office. The data is 70 respondents. The sampling method is the saturated sample technique. Analyze the data using validity, reliability and linear regression tests. And the results of the study prove that accountability has an influence on the quality of the work of the auditor, while work experience and professionalism do not have an influence on the quality of the work of the audiores.
