Purpose:  The objectives of this study is to analyse the effect of competency, organizational culture, and motivation on the performance of functional officers of Surabaya Tanjung Perak Customs Office. Design/methodology/approach:  The data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis. Findings:  Employee competency is reflected in performance, good competency creates good performance. Research limitations/implications: The population in this study was 38 functional officers of Surabaya Tanjung Perak Customs Office.   Practical implications:  1) competency affects the performance of functional officers of Surabaya Tanjung Perak Customs Office, 2) organizational culture affects the performance of functional officers of Surabaya Tanjung Perak Customs Office, 3) motivation affects the performance of functional officers of Surabaya Tanjung Perak Customs Office, 4) competency, organizational culture and motivation affect the performance of functional officers of Surabaya Tanjung Perak Customs Office.

In this study, there are results that contradict the theory which states that the higher the level of training and motivation, the employee's performance should increase.  In this study, training had no effect and motivation had no positive effect. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance in Kopiloka 3.0.  The population in this study were all employees at Kopiloka 3.0, which amounted to 15 people with a sample of 15 people using saturated sampling.  The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 24 software, which consisted of data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of the study show that training has no effect on employee performance.  Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.  Simultaneously (together) the independent variables of training and motivation have an effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine how much influence the market segmentation and positioning to purchase decision of the simcard Axis in Padang city. This type of research is causative. The population in this study were peoples in Padag city. The sample were takrn using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique used is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 24.00. Morale for employees has a big impact on company productivity. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, work environment, and organizational culture on employee morale at BPR Angsa Sedanayoga in Batubulan Gianyar partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted at BPR Angsa Sedanayoga in Batubulan Gianyar. The number of samples was set at 41 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple regression. Based on the analysis, it was found that transformational leadership style, work environment, and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee morale at BPR Angsa Sedanayoga in Batubulan Gianyar partially and simultaneously. The suggestion in this research is that the management of BPR Angsa Sedanayoga pays more attention to employee morale in terms of transformational leadership style, work environment, and organizational culture.

This study aims to determine whether competence, independence, and professional skepticism have a partial effect on the quality of the performance of the district inspector's auditors. The research sample used amounted to 150 determined using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is by using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that competence, independence, and professional skepticism had a partial effect on the quality of the performance of the district inspector's auditors. The aims of this research is finding out how influence financial structure to rentability rate. This research is a case study on PT BTN (Persero) Branch of Tasikmalaya. The data collecting has done by observation, interview, and bibliography study. The data analysis technique to test the hypothesis, writer using multiple regression analysis, corelation coefficient analysis, and coefficient analysis of determination. The result of research shown that corelation coefficient between financial structure with rentability rate is 0,828, and the result of t-test found that t test 2,949 > t table 2,776 at confidence level 95%, where the level of significant is 0,042. The conclusion of this research is Ho reject and Ha accepted, it’s mean the financial structure the way have a influence which significant to rentability rate amount 68,5 % and residual amount 31,5 % is other factor.

The purposes of this study examines the effect of personality and intellectual ability on teacher competence in SMKN 3 Bengkulu city. This research was conducted in SMKN 3 Bengkulu City with the object of research is permanent teachers or civil servants. The sample used in this study was 74 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis and using SPSS 17.0 sofware. Research design using survey explanatory, the method in this study using factor analysis to test the validity of the data and using Cronbach's alpha to test the reliability of the data. The results of this research shows that the personality and intellectual ability partially have positive and signifikan effect on the teacher competence. Personality and intellectual ability simultaneously have significant effect on the teacher competence in SMKN 3 Bengkulu city.Keywords: personality, intellectual ability, teacher competence.

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer Gresik. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study all consumers in Gresik Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer amounted to 150 people while the sample was 110 people and there were 10 people who did not meet the researcher's criteria, the method used by purposive sampling researchers with the provisions of respondents who had chosen an exelent building package and luxury home package at Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Regression results obtained t count 9.495 while t table 1.985 therefore product quality affects consumer satisfaction at Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer Gresik. The variable price has -4,180 while t table 1,985 influences consumer satisfaction at Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer Gresik. The service quality has a t count of 7.225 while the t table of 1,985 affects consumer satisfaction at Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer Gresik. Product quality, price and service quality variables have a simultaneous and significant influence on customer satisfaction

<p><em>The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the students' perceptions of the efficiency of learning and creativity of learning to give effect to the student learning precedence STIE Persada Bunda. This research was conducted at the School of Economics Persada Bunda Pekanbaru. Techniques and data analysis is a descriptive analysis technique. Population amounted to 328 students STIE Persada Bunda with sample of 77 samples. To examine the instruments of this study using questionnaires to obtain analysis of validity, reliability, descriptive analysis, and use statistical analysis of multiple regression analysis as well as testing the hypothesis of T test and F test. The results of this study showed that the hypothesis proposed in this study had a significant effect between perceptions students about the efficiency of learning and learning creativity toward the achievement index. The value of T arithmetic for student perception variable about learning efficiency (X1) is 3,066 significant at level 0,059. Thus it can be seen that T arithmetic &lt;t table is -3.066&gt; 1.992 (sig 0.059 &lt;0.05). For learning creativity variable (X2) The value of t table in</em><em> α</em><em> </em><em> = 0.05 is 1.992. t value is 5,044. so it can be seen that t count&gt; t table, that is 5,044&gt; 1,992. (sig 0.015 &lt;0.05).</em></p>

Research objectives to analyze: (1) the influence of trust on customer retention insurance Askrida. And the effect of satisfaction on Askrida's customer retention insurance. The population in this study are customers who already use the services of PT. Asuransi Bangun Askrida (ASKRIDA) Padang for more than 1 year or more. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The type of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data analysis technique used descriptive and inductive analysis through multiple regression analysis using SPSS program version 22.00. The results of this study indicate that: (1) confidence positively and significantly affect customer customer retention PT. Asuransi Bangun ASKRIDA in Padang city, (2) satisfaction have positive and significant effect to customer retention of PT. Asuransi Bangun ASKRIDA in Padang city.
