This study aims to identify and describe strategies for improving the quality of learning in terms of teacher performance at the State Senior High School 3 of Sekayu, the obstacles faced and the results achieved. The research data collection techniques: 1) interview, 2) observation, 3) documentation. The research data analysis technique refers to qualitative research using 3 stages: 1) the processing data, 2) the reducing data, 3) the analyzing data. The results of this study: (1) the teachers creates innovative, effective, and fun learned by using infocus and utilizing hotspot facilities. In delivering learning materials, teachers use digital literacy as a supporting means to align the learning material delivered; (2) Constraints faced by potential, intelligence, and interest in accordance with the level of development and ability of students have not been achieved than expected, where the potential, intelligence and interest of students at the State Senior High School 3 of Sekayu are different; (3) The results achieved from strategies in improving the quality of learning in terms of teacher performance at the State Senior High School 3 of Sekayu, the fulfillment of the implementation of the delivered learning, where the learning process is innovative, active, and fun in accordance with the objectives of curriculum development in 2013 which is designed which is divided into 2 ( two), namely the implementation of learned which refers to the work program for a year (prota) and the implementation of learned which refers to the work program during the semester (prosem).

The quality of education is strongly influenced by teacher performance. One factor that supports the improvement of teacher performance is job satisfaction. When job satisfaction is high, it will affect job performance and achieve goals optimally. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance in the state Islamic Senior High School in Medan, Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative methods with a sample of 45 teachers taken from Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Medan. Data analysis was performed using a t-test with a significance level of 95 %. Based on the test result, it is obtained that tcount > ttable. This shows that there is a significant correlation between job satisfaction and teacher performance. Based on the analysis results, it is concluded that job satisfaction is one of the factors that increase teacher performance where the higher the job satisfaction, the better and the performance of the teachers. This study provides recommendations for educational policyholders to increasingly pay attention to the factors that can increase teacher job satisfaction in state Islamic High School public in particular or other educational institutions in general.

Some factors of low interresting of Mathematic learning material for student on Junior High School grade (SMP/MTs) are design of learning material that is less animation and  the difficuties of use the learning material. Therefore, the use of learning material should be inovated for increasing the learners’ interrest, to make them easy understanding the subject that has been learnt, and still capable to increase reigion value in their ownselves. One form of this effort is to create learning material in the form of flash mathematics with consits Islamic value. Flash application is an application that can be developed in accordance animatif developer creativity. The purpose of the research is the developing of learning material in the electric learning form that consists Islamic value in Transformation subject. The method of research is research and development, and the design of the research is using the steps of ADDIE model, there are analysis, design, development, implemetation, and evaluation. Data collection techniques included interviews and observations with research instruments are questionnaires, observation sheets and tests. Further analysis of the data conducted by researchers consists  of qualitative and quantitative analysis to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of the teaching materials developed. The results of the expert evaluation consisting of a material expert and a media expert, shows that the average velue obtained from every aspects: content quality and purpose,instructional quality of learning material, aspects of the charge Islamic value, and the technique quality was 4.37 that very good category. The results of the assessment by the teachers of Junior High School grade (MTs) Nurul Huda Munjul which consist of two Mathematics teacher and a teacher of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), shows that the average velue of each aspect was 4.46 with very good category. Than the student quationnaire responses result data obtained by the average velue of each aspects: the quality of learning and instructional, technical aspects of the display, and payload  integrition aspects of Islamic value in learning material, namely 3.98, with good categories. The data test scores of student learning outcomes gained an average of 82.34  > KKM (75) with the classical completeness of 89.19% > 85%. The conclusion showed that the quality of Mathematic learning materials charged Islamic velues are developed with macromedia flash and catamsia aplications is feasible and effective to be used in the learning process.

Improving the quality of learning is an important factor that supports the achievement of progress in the field of education. In order to improve the quality of learning, it is necessary to apply innovative learning that follows the student-oriented learning paradigm. This study aims to describe the application of the Problem-based Learning Model by utilizing the environment as a learning resource to improve learning outcomes in biology. This classroom action research consisting of 2 research cycles and each cycle consists of four stages: (1) planning; (2) implementing actions; (3) observation and evaluation; (4) reflection. The study was conducted at Model 5 High School Palu. The subject of this research is Class X MIPA with 28 students. In this study the focus of learning material on biodiversity. The instruments used were student worksheets, student and teacher activity sheets, and student learning outcomes tests. The research data were displayed as a percentage and analyzed descriptively.  The learning outcomes of Class X Science 6 of SMA Negeri 5 Palu can be improved through the application of PBL learning models through the use of the environment. In cycle 1 students 'classical completeness was 71.66, while students' classical completeness in cycle 2 increased by 88.09. The classical absorption achieved in cycle 1 was 62.16%, increasing to 91.89% in cycle 2.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menghasilkan multimedia  pembelajaran ekonomi kelas X SMA/MA dengan materi permintaan dan penawaran dan (2) mengetahui kelayakan dan efektivitas multimedia tersebut untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar ekonomi. Jenis peneli-tian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan yang terdiri atas tiga tahapan, yaitu penyu-sunan program/konsep, pengembangan produk dan evaluasi. Tahap penyusunan program/ konsep meliputi penentuan tujuan pembelajaran, perumusan materi pembelajaran, penentu-an strategi pembelajaran, serta mendesain dan merumuskan evaluasi formatif dan menetap-kan aplikasi. Langkah kedua adalah pengembangan produk yang meliputi pembuatan desain media (storyboard dan flowchartview), pengumpulan bahan (material collecting), dan assembly atau pengorganisasian bahan ke dalam tampilan. Proses berikutnya adalah evaluasi produk yang terdiri beberapa tahapan yaitu evaluasi ahli materi dan ahli media, uji coba perorangan, uji coba kelompok kecil, dan uji coba lapangan. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa rerata skor aspek pemograman sangat baik, materi/isi sangat baik dan aspek media/ tampilan sangat baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas multimedia pembelajar-an  ekonomi kelas X dengan materi permintaan dan penawaran tergolong layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran, dan cukup efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar ekonomi.Kata kunci: ekonomi, multimedia_____________________________________________________________________ DEVELOPING ECONOMICS MULTIMEDIA FOR THEGRADE STUDENTS OF SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL/ ISLAMIC HIGH SCHOOL FOR TEACHING SUPPLY AND DEMAND Abstract This research aims at: (1) producing a multimedia for economics learning used  for the grade students of Senior High School/ Islamic High School on the topic of supply and demand; and (2) finding out the feasibility and effectiveness of the interactive multimedia in improvingthe learning result of economics.This research was a Research and Development (R&D) study conducted in three steps: developing/ making a concept, developing a product and evaluating the product. The first step is developing a concept which included identifying and determining the performance objective. The second is learning material, and the teaching strategies, designing the formative assessment, and production, consisting of designing the storyboard and flowchart view, and assembling or organizing the screenview materials. The next process is product evaluation which consisted of some steps: subject-matter and media expert evaluation, individual  try out, small group try out, and field try out. The data were collected through a questionnaire and observation. The data are used to know the feasibility of the multimedia. Cognitive tests (pretest and posstest) are used to know the effectiveness of the interactive multimedia.  The data were analyzed using the quantitative descriptive technique. The results show the average score on the instructional aspect is very good , on the concept aspect is very good and on the media aspects is very good. From this result the quality of economics multimedia for the grade students on supply and demand materials in terms of the aspects of instruction, content, and media is very good, and succed in achieving the target score.Keywords: ecomonics, multimedia.

The current research aimed to analyze and determine the effect of principal managerial ability and teacher performance on the quality of senior high school in Way Kanan regency. This research is quantitative using a descriptive verification method with a cluster random sampling technique with a sample of 235 teachers of Way Kanan regency. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed through multiple equation regression with the help of SPSS Statistics 17 software and then interpreted. The results of this study indicate that there was an influence of principal managerial ability on school quality by 63.7%. In addition, there was an influence of teacher performance on school quality by 58.6%, and finally there was an effect of principal managerial ability and teacher performance on school quality by 68.2%. The implications of the current findings are also discussed.

Teaching supervision by principal in Aceh Besar State High Schools (especially in Excellent Senior High School 2 of Ali Hasjmy and Senior High School 1 Baitussalam) is one of factors to improve the quality of professional teacher performance. The purpose of this study was to identify the activities, techniques, implementations, supporting and inhibiting factors in teaching supervision by principals in improving teacher performance. The subjects of this research were principals, vice principals, and teachers. This study used qualitative approach and descriptive method. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors of teaching supervision were the principals had other activities outside the school and did not have adequate time for the supervision, principal’s demonstration technique was still conventional, there was lack of fund, and there were teachers who were not creative and some of them were susceptible to illness (age factor).
