Potential weaving industry nationally as one of the SMEs so far have not unearthed the maximum due to the development of production management systems. Therefor,  PT Retota Sakti has prompted company management to enhance the creative abilities tenunnya always accompanied by the application of more precise marketing strategies that correspond with the development of competition situation that occurred in the weaving industry. The purpose of this study was (1) Identify and evaluate the position of Marketing PT Retota Way by internal and external factors, and (2) Develop appropriate marketing strategies in developing future business. Analyzed in a descriptive study to emphasize the aspect of marketing, covering demand products to meet market needs; offer, which gives an overview about the availability of products in the process of cultivation and the balance of factors between demand and supply prices. To examine the marketing strategies carried out by quantitative SWOT analysis. The results of factor identification strategy, there are five key factors of internal strengths and weaknesses of four key factors. While the external environment there are five key factors of opportunities and threats of five factors. IFE values ​​2.842 and 2.530 EFE value, and also the combination of these two values ​​in the matrix IE indicates that the marketing strategy lies in the quadrant of five, namely the growth and stability, where the strategies that can run the market penetration, product development and market. QSP matrix analysis results obtained with the most attractive strategy to be implemented is to increase production capacity.

Waaida Farm is a pioneer company of agribusiness of Physalis peruviana “ciplukan” in Indonesia. Waaida Farm started its cultivation of “ciplukan” with the considerations of “ciplukan” that has a big market opportunity. However, Waaida Farm could just fulfill the demand from Java so far because of its low production. The object of this research is to give a solution regarding the agribusiness developing strategy of “ciplukan” based on internal and external factors analysis which can be done at Waaida Farm. This research uses descriptive-qualitative design and study case research technique. Data collecting method used in this research is through interview and literature study. In needs to find the right developing strategy, there needs to be a matrix analysis of IFAS, EFAS, IE, SWOT and QSP. The SWOT analysis resulted five strategy formulations that can be implemented at Waaida Farm. The matrix QSP analysis resulted the right priority strategy for Waaida Farm, that is to invest the company’s profit for purchasing cooler boxes to overcome production shortages in certain periods and to increase the number of sales.

Waaida Farm mulai fokus untuk membudidayakan ciplukan karena melihat besarnya peluang pasar ciplukan di Indonesia. Namun sejauh ini Waaida Farm baru mampu memenuhi permintaan dari Pulau Jawa disebabkan oleh produksi yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi mengenai strategi pengembangan agribisnis ciplukan berdasarkan analisis faktor internal dan eksternal yang dapat dilakukan di Waaida Farm. Penelitian dilakukan dengan desain deskriptif kualitatif dan teknik penelitian studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi literatur. Dalam menentukan strategi pengembangan yang tepat, diperlukan analisis matriks IFAS, EFAS, IE, SWOT dan QSP. Hasil analisis SWOT menghasilkan lima rumusan strategi yang dapat diterapkan oleh Waaida Farm. This research aims to increase ballroom sales at New Kuta Hotel, to find out marketing strategies that should be used by the sales & marketing departments to increase ballroom sales and to find out which strategies are most effective in marketing strategies by sales & marketing department. The analysis techniques used are qualitative descriptive analysis, quantitative descriptive analysis, Internal Factor Analysis Summary Matrix (IFAS), External Factor Analysis Summary Matrix (EFAS), Internal–External Matrix (IE), SWOT Analysis and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Based on the results of IFAS matrix analysis, the main strength is the ballroom sales can help increase hotel revenue, while the main weakness is the incentives imposed by the sales & marketing departments are less appropriate. Based on the EFAS matrix analysis, it was discovered that the main opportunity was the ability of sales & marketing to bring in customers while the main threat faced was the budget considered by the customer. The IE Matrix study results put the company in the Growth Strategic (Cell II) position. SWOT analysis produced eight alternative strategies of marketing strategies from the eight strategies and obtained three marketing strategies that were prioritized and calculated through QSPM Matrix with a total TAS of 181.29.

Marketing strategy is a comprehensive plan, integrated, and unified in the field of marketing, which is obtained from the identification of internal and external factors. The aims of this research were to identify the internal and external factors and to find the alternative of marketing strategy of salak pondoh in Padang Pengrapat Village Tanah Grogot Subdistrict Paser District. Research was held from August to October 2017. The sampling method was census with 30 respondents. Data was analyzed by using SWOT analysis. The main strength is the capital and the main opportunity is the ability to enter the market. The best alternative strategy is Strength Opportunities (SO). The strategies are maintain the quality of salak pondoh fruit to be able to retain customers and develop the market, products innovation by utilizing the existing technology, request the government assistance to increase productivity through intensification of salak pondoh field. Identification of internal factors are capital structure, land area, fruit quality, product innovation of planning type, production capacity, planning capability, human resource quality, transportation, and promotion facilities. External factors are market entry ability, technology utilization, customer, government policy, policy of environmental, economic and political, customer, competitor, product substitution, and influence of fuel price increase.

The article points out that without a developed and functioning marketing strategy, an enterprise engaged in the production of any goods or services will not be able to withstand competition, to act effectively in accordance with market requirements. Creating a new business, merging and acquiring, developing a new market niche, narrowing or expanding the product line, choosing suppliers and partners – all these and many other decisions are made within the marketing strategy. Marketing itself is defined as the management of development, production and sale of goods and services demanded by society carries a systematic approach to solving problems of obtaining the maximum effect from sales with minimal and commercial risks. It is also stated that one of the most common methods is matrix analysis of the business portfolio. In order to assess the the company’s competitiveness, the author used the McKinsey matrix. The matrix built by the consulting firm for General Electric is considered in part. The characteristic and marketing alternatives of strategic zones on the given matrix are given. Formation peculiarities of competitive positions at researched enterprises in the kitchen market with the help of marketing strategies are revealed. As a result of the scientific researches problem’s analysis the author has come to a conclusion that both investigated firms-competitors are in a zone of selective development. While choosing a marketing strategy, it is necessary to focus on the main features of the marketing strategy, such as: long-term orientation; based on the results of strategic marketing analysis; a certain subordination in the hierarchy of enterprise strategies; the market orientation of activity (in relation to consumers and competitors) is defined, and also on need of the further scientific researches of a problem.

Djuanda Forest Park as a conservation forest has great potential as a tourist destination because there are a lot of attractions in one area. Nevertheless, the number of domestic and foreign visitors in several months is still low. Therefore, this study was aimed at determining and analyzing the internal and external environment of Djuanda Forest Park as well as formulating the marketing strategies to increase the number of visitors. This study first set the internal and external factors and formulated the SWOT Matrix. The analysis results based on the internal-external analysis suggested that the strategic position of the forest park lies in cell V (five) by which the applied strategies are to hold and maintain through the market penetration and product development. The SWOT analysis generates several strategies that can be grouped into market penetration and product development

This study aims to analyze the internal and external conditions as well as compose and recommend the business development strategy of agro-industries of Civet coffee at Satria agro- tourism in the Gianyar Regency. The methods used in this research is a method of observation field and in-depth interviews using questionnaire. Data field observations and interviews are then analyzed to obtain formulation strategies using the SWOT analysis. The assessment weighting and rating conducted by 5 experts. Results of the study show that there are 5 strengths, 5 weaknesses, 4 opportunities, and 3 threats. Results weighting and rating values for the matrix that the weighted Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) was 3.72 and matrix External Factor Evaluation (EFE) is 3.75. This value indicates a strong position on the matrix Internal external (IE) and the strategy to do is intensive and integrative strategies. Based on SWOT Matrix Analysis, priority alternative strategy is maintaining of price and quality to expand marketing. Keywords : strategy, SWOT, agro tourism, civet coffee, QSPM

This study aims to identify what internal and external factors can be strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the Gondang Sweet Guava development strategy in the Gondang Manis Farmer Group. Gondang Sweet Village, Perak District, Jombang Regency. This study uses the SWOT analysis method obtained from the IFAS/EFAS matrix, SWOT quadrant and SWOT matrix. The respondents of this study were the Head of the Banjarsari Farmers Group and 15 members who were members of the Gondang Manis farmer group. Based on the results of the analysis of the IFAS matrix, the total score is 2.48, the results of the EFAS matrix analysis the total score is 2.51. After knowing the results of the IFAS/EFAS matrix, then determining the SWOT quadrant. Quadrant results show the Gondang Manis farmer group is in quadrant 1 (Grouth), namely the Gondang Manis farmer group in developing Guava needs a strategy to create new strategies to deal with various kinds of threats. The main strategy is to improve the quality of guava by harvesting it properly and properly. And produce other strategies including the strategy of improving the quality of guava through coaching pokdarwis and youth groups, maintaining the quality of guava gondang sweet. increase people's purchasing power, reduce competition between guava farmers.

Omah Sablon is a company engaged in screen printing. As a company engaged in screen printing, Omah Sablon must be more creative in designing and deciding business missions and marketing strategies that will be applied in the field to be able to anticipate various kinds of changes that will occur. Companies can continue to compete and move in the direction of consumer desires, because basically the company's function is to produce goods and services that can be accepted by consumers as well as to meet consumer desires. The number of sales that have not been stable causes the profits obtained by the company to not reach the target as desired by the company. That is because the production or ordering process from omah screen printing consumers occurs seasonally. Therefore it is necessary to analyze the marketing strategy to increase sales results. In the analysis of marketing strategies Omah Sablon is carried out using the Strength Weakness Opportunity Threats (SWOT) and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) methods. The first step is filling out internal and external factor questionnaires which are then analyzed using the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrices, with values of IFE 2.69 and EFE 2.31, which are entered into the Grand Strategy matrix and known to the company located in quadrant I (has a perfect strategic position). Furthermore SWOT analysis to produce alternative strategies. Then from the Grand Strategy matrix analysis can draw conclusions to use the most interesting strategy to be analyzed using QSPM. Then from the results of the QSPM matrix it can be concluded that the most appropriate marketing strategy used by Omah Sablon to increase sales is Procurement of QC systems in the production process as a guarantor of product quality, Carrying out marketing programs with canvassing systems and also online systems in downtown Ungaran and providing fast service. and easy and add product variants.

This paper aims to explain the highly prospect and opportunity of yellow pumpkin commercialized and its indicate variable behind the lows interest of making it as the main crop by farming society. Cultivation technical approach used in identifying cultivating system of yellow pumpkin and use SWOT analysis to develop the strategy. Analyzing business feasibility commercialization of the cultivation of yellow pumpkin income calculations every harvest based on the primary data by the census of 9 sample group of farmers, observation, and in-depth interviews some key informants. The result of this research show that cultivation system of yellow pumpkin in Majasem Village do potential for cultivated commercially based on the mountain areas the mount of Northern Lawu with a production capacity 180.000 tons. Majasem Village qualified planting cultivation yellow pumpkin although using the simple and planting patterns the midst of rice, corn and soybean. Potential development cultivation yellow pumpkin in the future identified based on internal and external factors have a great capital opportunity to commercialization in supporting industrialization food and drink. Business feasibility in commercialization by requiring investment IDR 3.579.800 and IDR 6.211.667 at operational cost can produce income IDR 8.550.000 per harvest or IDR 2.338.333 per month with long turning capital during 2 months.
