ABSTRAKWaaida Farm merupakan perusahaan pionir agribisnis ciplukan berjenis Physalis peruviana di Indonesia. Waaida Farm mulai fokus untuk membudidayakan ciplukan karena melihat besarnya peluang pasar ciplukan di Indonesia. Namun sejauh ini Waaida Farm baru mampu memenuhi permintaan dari Pulau Jawa disebabkan oleh produksi yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi mengenai strategi pengembangan agribisnis ciplukan berdasarkan analisis faktor internal dan eksternal yang dapat dilakukan di Waaida Farm. Penelitian dilakukan dengan desain deskriptif kualitatif dan teknik penelitian studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi literatur. Dalam menentukan strategi pengembangan yang tepat, diperlukan analisis matriks IFAS, EFAS, IE, SWOT dan QSP. Hasil analisis SWOT menghasilkan lima rumusan strategi yang dapat diterapkan oleh Waaida Farm. Hasil analisis matriks QSP menghasilkan prioritas strategi yang tepat untuk diterapkan oleh Waaida Farm yaitu menginvestasikan profit perusahaan untuk pembelian boks pendingin yang berguna untuk mengatasi kekurangan produksi di periode tertentu dan meningkatkan angka penjualan. Kata kunci: Ciplukan, Strategi Pengembangan Agribisnis, SWOT, QSPM.ABSTRACTWaaida Farm is a pioneer company of agribusiness of Physalis peruviana “ciplukan” in Indonesia. Potential weaving industry nationally as one of the SMEs so far have not unearthed the maximum due to the development of production management systems. Therefor,  PT Retota Sakti has prompted company management to enhance the creative abilities tenunnya always accompanied by the application of more precise marketing strategies that correspond with the development of competition situation that occurred in the weaving industry. The purpose of this study was (1) Identify and evaluate the position of Marketing PT Retota Way by internal and external factors, and (2) Develop appropriate marketing strategies in developing future business. Analyzed in a descriptive study to emphasize the aspect of marketing, covering demand products to meet market needs; offer, which gives an overview about the availability of products in the process of cultivation and the balance of factors between demand and supply prices. To examine the marketing strategies carried out by quantitative SWOT analysis. The results of factor identification strategy, there are five key factors of internal strengths and weaknesses of four key factors. While the external environment there are five key factors of opportunities and threats of five factors. IFE values ​​2.842 and 2.530 EFE value, and also the combination of these two values ​​in the matrix IE indicates that the marketing strategy lies in the quadrant of five, namely the growth and stability, where the strategies that can run the market penetration, product development and market. QSP matrix analysis results obtained with the most attractive strategy to be implemented is to increase production capacity.

This research examines the development of traditional culinary culture,  Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ with the aim of preserving the local culinary heritage located in Bantul. Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ  is a special traditional business place that sells traditional Yogyakarta food in the Bantul area which still uses traditional methods. This business has been around for a long time since 1997. Lack of the right strategy is the cause when local and foreign visitors do not know much information about the culinary business of Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ. Based on this, this study aims to identify and analyze the marketing process carried out by Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ, to determine the potential of traditional culinary culture and to explore strategy formulations in Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ. The research method in this study is a qualitative research method, by conducting direct and in-depth interviews with key persons, observation, and literature study. The qualitative method used is descriptive qualitative which will describe how the right strategy is based on the results of the analysis. The interview data were analyzed by several stages, namely the SWOT stage in the internal and external environment, the weight and ranking calculation stage, the IFE-EFE and IE matrix analysis stage, and the conclusion stage. In the research analysis, the IFE and EFE matrix values were obtained, where the IFE value was 2.774 and the EFE value was 2.842. This condition shows that Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ  is in the V quadrant position, which means Hold and Maintain, in this position the right strategy is market penetration and product development, and in the SWOT quadrant in quadrant II Cobination supports the Diversification strategy, this is requires making alternative strategies that can be used to increase existing strengths so that they can overcome threats.Keywords: culinary culture, SWOT, IE.AbstrakPenelitian ini meneliti tentang  budaya kuliner tradisional yaitu Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ dengan tujuan untuk menjaga warisan budaya kuliner lokal yang terletak di Bantul. Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ merupakan tempat usaha tradisional khusus yang menjualkan makanan tradisional khas Yogyakarta di daerah bantul yang masih menggunakan cara-cara tradisional. Usaha ini sudah lama berdiri sejak 1997. Kurangnya strategi yang tepat menjadi penyebab ketika pengunjung lokal maupun mancanegara tidak mengetahui banyak informasi mengenai usaha kuliner Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisa proses pemasaran yang dilakukan Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ, untuk mengetahui potensi budaya kuliner tradisional dan mengeksplorasi formulasi strategi di Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ. Metode  penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, dimana dengan melakukan wawancara kepada key person secara langsung dan mendalam, observasi, dan  studi pustaka. Metode kualitatif  yang  digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif yang akan mendeskripsikan bagaimana strategi yang tepat berdasarkan hasil analisis. Data  wawancara dianalisis dengan beberapa tahap-tahapan yaitu tahap SWOT pada lingkungan internal dan eksternal, tahap perhitungan bobot dan peringkat, dan tahap analisis matriks IFE-EFE dan IE, serta tahap kesimpulan. Pada analisis penelitian diperoleh nilai matriks IFE dan EFE, dimana nilai IFE sebesar 2,774 dan nilai EFE sebesar 2,842. Penelitian mengenai Pengembangan Strategi Pelestarian Budaya di Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati Yogyakarta bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi yang digunakan selama ini pada Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati. Selain itu juga untuk menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal serta memformulasikan pengembangan strategi yang dilakukan Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati di Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian mengenai Pengembangan Strategi Pelestarian Budaya di Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati Yogyakarta dilakukan dalam empat langkah, yaitu menentukan lingkup penelitian yang terdiri dari l okasi penelitian, objek penelitian dan subjek penelitian. Langkah kedua, melakukan teknik pengumpulan data yang terdiri dari dua poin yaitu pengumpulan data primer dan pengumpulan data sekunder. Ketiga, menentukan variabel yang dilakukan melalui dua faktor, yaitu faktor internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) dan faktor ekstenal (peluang dan ancaman). Langkah terakhir yaitu melakukan analisis data dengan metode kualitatif dengan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian pertama, berdasarkan matrik IE Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati berada pada posisi IV yaitu Stability Strategy. Tidak menambahnya program dan kurikulum pembelajaran yang telah diterapkan sanggar namun, diperjelas lagi dari materi pembelajaran, kurikulum yang ada dan standar kelulusan siswa. Kedua, berdasarkan kuadran analisis SWOT Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati berada pada kua dran IV, yaitu retrenchment strategy, melepaskan diri dari KPB Purantara atau menentukan sekretariat yang tepat untuk dijadikan secretariat sanggar adalah strategi yang tepat dilakukan. Ketiga, berdasarkan analisis matrik SWOT strategi umum yang diperoleh yaitu menyelenggarakan kegiatan lomba tari Bali setiap semester untuk anak-anak tingkat SD, SMP dan SMA se-Yogyakarta. Bekerja sama dengan panitia upacara keagamaan Hindu (pangempon Pura) yang ada di Yogyakarta. Memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk ikut berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan pengabdian (ngayah) dan event yang mengatasnamakan Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati. Perlu meningkatkan kesadaran dan rasa memiliki dari pengelola Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati, anggota KPB (Keluarga Putra Bali) Purantara dan Asrama Bali. Research on Cultural Conservation Development Strategy at Bali Saraswati Dance Studio Yogyakarta aims to identify the strategy used at Bali Saraswati Dance Studio. In addition, to analyze the internal and external factors and formulate the development of strategies conducted by Bali Saraswati Dance Studio in Yogyakarta. The research method on Cultural Conservation Development Strategy at Bali Saraswati Dance Studio is done in four steps, those are determining the scope of research consisting of research location, research object and research subject. The second step, perform data collection techniques consisting of two points: primary data collection and secondary data collection. Third, determine the variables made through two factors, namely internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and extensions (opportunities and threats). The last step is to perform data analysis with qualitative method with SWOT analysis. The results of the first study, based on the matrix IE Bali Saraswati Dance Studio is in the fourth position of Stability Strategy. Not adding to the program and learning curriculum that has been implemented by the studio but made clear from the learning materials, the existing curriculum and the students' graduation standard. Second, based on quadrant of SWOT analysis Bali Saraswati Dance Studio is in quadrant IV, that is retrenchment strategy, breaking away from KPB Purantara or determining the right secretariat to be used as studio secretariat is the right strategy to do. Third, based on SWOT matrix analysis, the general strategy obtained is to hold Balinese dance activity every semester for elementary, junior and senior high school students in Yogyakarta. In cooperation with the committee of Hindu religious ceremonies (Pangempon Pura) in Yogyakarta. Provide opportunities for students to participate in the activities of devotion (ngayah) and the event on behalf of Bali Saraswati Dance Studio. Need to increase awareness and sense of ownership of Bali Saraswati Dance Studio, member of KPB (Family of Putra Bali) Purantara and Bali Dormitory.

This article investigates and identifies the involvement of stakeholders, analyzes internal and external factors that influence the planning of country border areas, and formulates strategies and programs for developing national border areas. This study used qualitative methods with IFE, EFE, IE and SWOT analysis. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, documentation study, literature study, and FGDs. The number of informants was 13 people who are competent and chosen deliberately. The results of this study indicate that the country border area is in a medium internal and external position, meaning that the border area of the country is in quadrant V, the strategy in quadrant V is to hold and maintain. Quadrant V indicates that the border area has developed and needs to be maintained. Therefore, the right grand strategies to be applied are market penetration and product development.Strategies and programs for developing country border areas with the Strengths-Opportunities strategies are mapping and polarization of tourist attractions, maximizing the types and diversity of tourism products in the border areas of the country, and evaluating cross-border festivals. Development programs by Weaknesses-Opportunities analysis are dissemination and training for human resource development particularly for the local people, construction of public facilities, tourism infrastructure, and coordination between stakeholders, and development programs. Meanwhile, by Weaknesses-Threats analysis, namely focus group discussions, seminars, workshops, entrepreneurship training, formal education for the local youths, security and cleanliness of tourist attractions, and regulatory evaluation. he development of increasing tourist arrivals to Bali led to the development of business and tourism in the world of business, one business trip in Bali. PT. Tour East Tours and Travel is the one of the travel agents in Bali in this to win the competition with other companies, the need for proper marketing strategy and correct. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy Full Day tour packages PT. Tour East Indonesia and what strategies can be implemented in the PT. Tour East Tours and Travel to boost sales of tour packages to tourists as well as winning the competition with other companies. In this study using Qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques combined with a SWOT analysis to figure out what the right strategy is used to market tour packages Full Day of PT. Tour East Indonesia. Based on the SWOT matrix analysis obtained a marketing strategy that can be applied to PT. Tour East Tours and Travel is a strategy creation and development of tourism products, increased promotion strategies, human resource development strategy, market segmentation strategy development, and strategies for improving the quality of products and services. From the results of this study can be given advice to the PT. Tour East Tours and Travel is improving service process management and define market segments and maintain the image of the internal and external environment, while maintaining a cooperative relationship, and held training to staff meetings.

To solve the waste problem in Indragiri Hulu Regency, the Regency Government built a Landfill (TPA). This waste Landfill (TPA) is located at Jalan Batu Canai, Pematang Reba Village, Rengat Barat District. However, the management of this TPA has experienced various obstacles so that it does not run optimally so it is interesting for further research.This research was conducted in August 2020 at the Batu Canai waste landfill (TPA) using survey methods, literature study and interviews. The type of data used in the form of a combination of quantitative and qualitative research will be described descriptively. The variables of this study include 1.) The existing condition of Batu Canai Waste Landfill (TPA) Pematang Reba Village, 2) The impact of the existence of Batu Canai Final Disposal Site (TPA) of Batu Canai Garbage in Pematang Reba Village on the environment, social and economy according to the perceptions of the community around the TPA , 3) Management strategy of Batu Canai waste landfill  (TPA) Pematang Reba Village. The existing condition of TPA Batu Canai in terms of facilities and infrastructure is quite adequate, although some infrastructure and operational facilities are damaged. From the calculation results, the estimated service life of Batu Canai waste landfill (TPA) is 8 years and 9 months. For the impact of the existence of TPA Batu Canai, according to the community's perception around the TPA, from a socio-economic perspective, their response was positive and from an environmental perspective, their response was negative. Meanwhile, the alternative management strategies for Batu Canai waste landfill were analyzed through SWOT analysis. From the results of the SWOT analysis, it was found that the condition of the TPA was in Quadrant III and the right alternative strategy for managing the Batu Canai Final Processing Site (TPA) in Pematang Reba Village was a WO (Weaknesses-Opportunities) strategy, namely 1) Optimizing the Controlled landfill system, 2) Support Government to establish a special agency for managing TPA, 3) Utilizing good waste processing technology to process organic waste into bio energy, 4) Empowering and fostering communities to establish a Waste Bank.

Status: PreprintStrategy formulation was conducted to develop organic agriculture as sustainable agricultural practice in Bengkulu Province. This research used multicriteria decision-making tools which were analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and strength-weakness-opportunity-threat (SWOT) analysis to generate alternative strategies. Then, fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (fuzzy-AHP) was utilized to choose the best strategy for developing organic agriculture in Bengkulu Province. The results identified five strength factors, 16 weakness factors, eight opportunity factors and seven threat factors. The evaluation of internal and external factors led to the internal factor value of 2.26 and the external factor value of 2.54. This result placed the current condition of organic agriculture development in Bengkulu Province in the position of weakness-opportunity (WO) quadrant. The fuzzy-AHP analysis ranked the strategies, respectively developing export-oriented competitive organic products, supporting the production and marketing of organic products, and developing community supported organic agriculture

This study aims to analyze the internal and external conditions as well as compose and recommend the business development strategy of agro-industries of Civet coffee at Satria agro- tourism in the Gianyar Regency. The methods used in this research is a method of observation field and in-depth interviews using questionnaire. Data field observations and interviews are then analyzed to obtain formulation strategies using the SWOT analysis. The assessment weighting and rating conducted by 5 experts. Results of the study show that there are 5 strengths, 5 weaknesses, 4 opportunities, and 3 threats. Results weighting and rating values for the matrix that the weighted Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) was 3.72 and matrix External Factor Evaluation (EFE) is 3.75. This value indicates a strong position on the matrix Internal external (IE) and the strategy to do is intensive and integrative strategies. Based on SWOT Matrix Analysis, priority alternative strategy is maintaining of price and quality to expand marketing. Keywords : strategy, SWOT, agro tourism, civet coffee, QSPM

This study aims to identify what internal and external factors can be strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the Gondang Sweet Guava development strategy in the Gondang Manis Farmer Group. Gondang Sweet Village, Perak District, Jombang Regency. This study uses the SWOT analysis method obtained from the IFAS/EFAS matrix, SWOT quadrant and SWOT matrix. The respondents of this study were the Head of the Banjarsari Farmers Group and 15 members who were members of the Gondang Manis farmer group. Based on the results of the analysis of the IFAS matrix, the total score is 2.48, the results of the EFAS matrix analysis the total score is 2.51. After knowing the results of the IFAS/EFAS matrix, then determining the SWOT quadrant. Quadrant results show the Gondang Manis farmer group is in quadrant 1 (Grouth), namely the Gondang Manis farmer group in developing Guava needs a strategy to create new strategies to deal with various kinds of threats. The main strategy is to improve the quality of guava by harvesting it properly and properly. And produce other strategies including the strategy of improving the quality of guava through coaching pokdarwis and youth groups, maintaining the quality of guava gondang sweet. increase people's purchasing power, reduce competition between guava farmers.
