Paremas Village is one of the villages located in Jerowaru District, East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. This village has a lot of potential for natural wealth and local cultural wisdom, but Paremas Village is still not widely known by the wider community. The tourism arrangement that is still lacking makes tourism in Paremas Village fairly unfeasible. Therefore, the purpose of the New Normal Era Thematic Community Service Program at the University of Mataram for the July-August 2021 period is to develop tourism in Paremas Village by developing tourism by encouraging the Creative Economy Industry through the Festival Balap Sampan Mini Desa Paremas and product innovation of Kerupuk Cangkang Kepiting. The methods used are survey, observation, practice, documentation, and promotion. The results obtained are the re-emergence of the community's spirit to preserve traditions and increase community creativity in producing sampan mini and innovate by adding variants of Kerupuk Cangkang Kepiting. By encouraging the development of the creative economy industry in Paremas Village, it is hoped that it can encourage the community to be more productive with every potential they have and improve the welfare of the community

The partner of this program is the village’s business institution (Bumdes) in Karangayar Welahan Jepara named Bumdes Bima Sakti. The main issues are: 1) lack of awareness and knowledge of partners in waste management; and 2) lack of partner creativity in waste-based product innovation. The purpose of this community service program is to increase awareness, education, and also the creativity of partners in waste management and product innovation. The methods used are socialization, training, and evaluation. The results of this program are: 1) creation of waste-based products; 2) The results of the partner evaluation questionnaire regarding the program are very good with an average percentage of 90%.

Rambu-rambu Village is one of the villages clustered within the Tumbuh Lestari rural area of North Konawe District. The main purpose of this project was to empower the coastal community groups in Rambu-rambu Village through the introduction of in-cage verticulture farming of seaweed. The project was carried out within the scheme of Community Service Program (PKM/Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat) funded by the University of Halu Oleo. The project lasted for 30 days from 29 June to 28 July 2019. The activity consisted of three stages, are initial dissemination activity, preparation of the training, and implementation of training of seaweed culture. The project involved 20 students of the University of Halu Oleo and 42 people from fishermen, fisherme wifes, and farmer groups. Before the training was conducted 66.7% of the participants did not have the knowledge and after the training 71.4% of the respondents gained an understanding regarding the seaweed verticulture farming method. The improvement of skill was also evident where before the training, 81% of the participants were not able to do seaweed farming method and after the training, 61.9% of the participants were capable or skilled of repeating the seaweed verticulture method. The increased knowledge of the participants could be described from their ability to clearly explain types of seaweed species used, the benefits of seaweed, and the characteristics of high quality of seaweed seed. The improved skill of the participants were also observed from their skill in constructing the seaweed raft and seaweed net cage, tying up the seaweed seed, and conducting the observation of water quality condition in the location of seaweed farming. The result of this activity showed an increased of knowledge and skill of the trained participants regarding seaweed farming using verticulture method.

This research was conducted in the Abepura District of Jayapura in three locations namely: Kotaraja, Abepura, and Kamkey Tanah Hitam towards three micro-enterprise (UMKM) groups consist of food stalls, general kiosks, and noken creative crafts. The objective of this community service program is to increase the engaged community’s knowledge and skill of entrepreneurship as well as management of micro-finance. This program is done through the identification of UMKM problems, lectures and discussions, entrepreneurship and micro-finance management assistance, and finished by monitoring and evaluation. Found the results that the UMKM community can utilize the potential of raw materials that have not been utilized maximally through product innovation, but also that they can create simple financial reports for micro-enterprises in order to increase the profitability. This program is expected to be completed by continued working with the government, micro-financing credit fund body, and other stakeholders to overcome capital and other potential problems of UMKM. Tujuan dari program layanan masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kewirausahaan komunitas yang terlibat serta pengelolaan keuangan mikro. Program ini dilakukan melalui identifikasi masalah UMKM, ceramah dan diskusi, pelatihan kewirausahaan dan manajemen keuangan mikro, dan diselesaikan dengan pemantauan dan evaluasi. Ditemukan hasil bahwa komunitas UMKM dapat memanfaatkan potensi bahan baku yang belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal melalui inovasi produk, juga bahwa mereka dapat membuat laporan keuangan sederhana untuk usaha mikro untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas. Program ini diharapkan dapat dilanjutkan dengan program pemerintah, lembaga kredit mikro, dan pihak terkait lainnya untuk mengatasi masalah permodalan dan potensi masalah UMKM yang ada.  Kata Kunci: keuangan mikro, kewirausahaan, pendampingan, usaha mikro

In the midst of ongoing pandemic and the start of New Normal, the community is required to comply with health protocols when doing their daily activities. This will changes almost all aspects and order in society so that adaptation is needed. Many people feel burdened because it will limit themselves to show off, to develop skills, and even limiting their income. Therefore, they refuse to follow protocols and assume New Normal means returning back to normal. Community perspective on the understanding of New Normal and how to adapt which is sometimes not appropriate will make it difficult to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Therefore, we held a Community Service Program in the form of WEBINAR, online seminar education which is practical and doesn’t need to gather people crowds. This WEBINAR aims to revise people’s perspectives on New Normal and to give the correct adaptation methods. Moreover, this WEBINAR is also about ways to develop themselves and create innovations during this pandemic, given there are social, communication, and transportation restriction. The WEBINAR was held online using the Zoom meeting platform and was held on June 18th 2020 at 19.00 WIB with the speaker namely Ms. Ayu Tarantika Indreswari, S.Farm., Apt. The WEBINAR was attended by more than 100 participants from various cities and was dominated by teenagers. The goals of the following WEBINAR is increase the understanding and awareness of the community in implementing New Normal without limiting it to still look beautiful, stay healthy, and still earn a living. Of course, the correct adaptation of New Normal will help prevent the spread of COVID-19.abstrakDi tengah masa pandemi yang masih berlangsung dan dimulainya New Normal, masyarakat dituntut untuk tetap mematuhi protokol kesehatan dalam beraktivitas sehari-hari. Hal ini mengubah hampir sebagian aspek dan tatanan dalam masyarakat sehingga adaptasi sangat diperlukan. Banyak dari masyarakat yang merasa terbebani akan hal itu karena akan membatasi mereka dalam menampilkan diri, mengembangkan bakat, dan bahkan membatasi penghasilan mereka. Sehingga dengan berbagai alasan tersebut mereka menolak mengikuti protokol New Normal dan menganggap New Normal berarti kembali seperti normal. Perspektif masyarakat mengenai pengertian New Normal dan cara menerapkannya yang terkadang belum tepat akan menyulitkan upaya pencegahan penyebaran kasus COVID-19. Oleh karena itu, kami mengadakan program KKN berupa WEBINAR, seminar edukasi daring yang praktis tanpa harus mengumpulkan kerumunan orang di lapangan. WEBINAR ini bertujuan untuk meluruskan perspektif masyarakat mengenai New normal dan cara adaptasi yang benar. Selain itu, WEBINAR ini juga mengenai cara untuk mengembangkan diri dan menciptakan inovasi di masa pandemi, menghingat terdapat pembatasan sosial, komunikasi, dan transportasi. WEBINAR diadakan secara daring dengan menggunakan platform meeting Zoom dan dilaksanakan pda tanggal 18 Juni 2020 pukul 19.00 WIB dengan pemateri yaitu Kak Ayu Tarantika Indreswari., S.Farm., Apt. WEBINAR diikuti 118 peserta dari berbagai kota, dan didominasi oleh remaja. Diharapkan dengan adanya WEBINAR berikut, akan meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat dalam menerapkan New Normal tanpa membatasi untuk tetap tampil cantik, tetap sehat, dan tetap berinovasi. Tentunya, penerapan New Normal yang benar akan membantu mencegah penyebaran COVID-19.

The Collaborative Work Lecture with BKS West PTN is one of the community service programs conducted by 20 state universities where the University of North Sumatra is the host of the program. In the KKN program, we realize one of the tri dharma of higher education namely community empowerment. The aim of this program is that students are expected to gain learning experience through involvement in the community who directly find, formulate, solve and overcome problems that are in the field. The Community Service Program that we carry out is devoted to the community in Haranggaol Village, Haraggaol Horison District, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra Province with the program "Community Empowerment of the Haranggaol Village, Haranggaol Horison District, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra Province in an Effort to Improve Local Wisdom and Ecotourism in the Region of North Sumatra. Abstract People of Nangkek in East Gili, Madura, have a very simple life with livelihoods as builders, porters, seasonal farmers and unemployee. Daily necessities such as vegetables are obtained by planting plants in the front or back of the house such as chillies, spinach, and Moringa trees. To satisfy needs of vegetables, they pick, for example, vegetables from Moringa leaves. It is commonly understood that Moringa leaves are very good for our bodies and brings many benefits for our healthiness. Proposers through Community Service provide training on Moringa leaves becoming a Moringa dye for body health. This activity aims to develop entrepreneurship of each household to support the development of the creative economy. The results of these activities include: 1) increasing the entrepreneurship spirit of each head of household in an effort to support the community development activities; 2) the entrepreneurial community has business planning capabilities; 3) increasing the ability of the entrepreneurial community in conducting business operations. The method used is training, assistance and evaluation that is carried out during the community service program until the partners are able to develop the business well. It is finally concluded that as the partner (homemade), they will be creative and productive for their family’s income.  Keywords: Utilization, Moringa leaf packaging, Health     Abstrak Masyarakat Nangkek di Gili Timur, Madura, memiliki kehidupan yang sangat sederhana dengan mata pencaharian sebagai kuli bangunan, kuli angkut, petani musiman, dan pengangguran. Kebutuhan sehari-hari seperti sayuran diperoleh dengan menanam tanaman di bagian depan atau belakang rumah seperti cabe, bayam, dan pohon kelor. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sayuran, mereka memilih, misalnya, sayuran dari daun kelor. Secara umum dipahami bahwa daun kelor sangat baik untuk tubuh dan membawa banyak manfaat bagi kesehatan kita. Pengusul melalui program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat memberikan pelatihan tentang daun kelor menjadi minuman kelor celup untuk kesehatan tubuh. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kewirausahaan setiap rumah tangga untuk mendukung pengembangan ekonomi kreatif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini meliputi: 1) meningkatkan semangat kewirausahaan setiap kepala rumah tangga dalam upaya mendukung kegiatan pengembangan masyarakat; 2) komunitas wirausaha memiliki kemampuan perencanaan bisnis; 3) meningkatkan kemampuan komunitas wirausaha dalam melakukan operasi bisnis. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi yang dilakukan selama program pengabdian masyarakat sampai para mitra mampu mengembangkan bisnis dengan baik. ABSTRAKPatera Eco Print sebagai mitra sasaran dalam implementasi program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang bergerak di bidang ekonomi produktif memiliki beberapa permasalahan, yaitu belum adanya inovasi produk dan pengembangan desain baik dari segi eksplorasi bentuk, pengembangan jenis produk, maupun eksplorasi pola-pola motif daun yang ditata pada media kain tersebut.  Adapun solusi yang ditawarkan sebagai pemecahan permasalahan tersebut, diantaranya adalah inovasi produk Patera Eco Print, pengembangan desain dan jenis-jenis produk. Adapun tujuan utama dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan ilmu pengetahuan keterampilan tentang cara pengembangan desain produk ecoprint, seperti totebag dan tas laptop. Metode yang digunakan pada Pengabdian ini diantaranya adalah metode survei, dokumentasi, wawancara, pelatihan, sosialisasi dan evaluasi. Adapun capaian dari kegiatan ini yakni diharapkan mitra pelatihan ini dapat mengembangkan desain produk usaha Eco Print, seperti pengembangan desain totebag, tas laptop dan baju dengan demikian capaian ini dapat memperluas jangkauan pasar produk Patera Eco Print.  Kata kunci: patera eco print; desain produk; inovasi. ABSTRACTPatera Eco Print as a target partner in the implementation of the Community Service program (PKM) which is engaged in the productive economy has several problems, namely the absence of product innovation and design development both in terms of exploration of forms, development of product types, and exploration of leaf motif patterns. which is arranged on the cloth media. The product output that will be achieved is to create innovative products, such as the development of designs for clothes, jackets and invitation bags, especially in the composition of the motives. The achievement of this activity is that it is hoped that this training partner can develop the design of Eco Print business products. In addition, the product output that will be achieved is the development of product types, such as laptop bags, tote bags, and shirts, such as the development of tote bag designs, laptop bags and clothes, thus this achievement can expand the market reach of Patera Eco Print products..Keywords: patera eco print; product design; innovation.

ABSTRAKProgram pengabdian masyarakat  yaitu Misa dan Kotbah Yang diadakan pada Dies Natalis yang ke 41 Universitas Flores. melaksanakan kegiatan-kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan mahasiswa/I ,Pelajar dan  remaja. Maka dari hal kegiatan mahasiswa  lancar terlaksanakan mahasiswa mendapatkan respon yang positif dengan  kehadiran  kegiatan-kegiatan keagamaaan. PKM Dies Natalis Uniflor Ke 41 Penangulangan Kenakalan Remaja (Juvenile Delinquency)  Dengan Bimbingan Agama Di Perguruan Tinggi Universitas Flores Ende NTT. Tujuan dari Pengabdian Masyarakat yaitu Perguruan Tinggi Universitas Flores mensosialisaikan tentang etika/ sopan santun dalam berpakaian dan akhlak atau adab seorang pelajar terhadap guru atau pendidik. Namun, saat ini tak jarang kita menyaksikan dan terus disuguhkan dengan fenomena dan gejala – gejala degradasi moral/akhlak yang begitu dahsyat, baik di lingkungan sekitar, sekolah, perguruaan tinggi yang ditayangkan di berbagi media baik cetak maupun elektronik atau secara nyata yang sangat mengusik hati kita, seperti konflik antar agama, antar pelajar, mahasiswa, perkelahian antar remaja, pelajar,lingkungan, narkoba dan lainnya. Dengan demikian Panitia Dies Natalis Universitas Flores Ke 41.. bersama Dosen Agama dan Dosen Pendidikan Jasmani mengangkat tema “ mengelola pendidikan karakter. Baik dalam hal persepsi, kebijakan dalam revitalisasi pendidikan karakter, mulai dari tingkat dasar hingga universitas/ perguruan tinggi. Pendidikan karakter harus masuk dalam arus utama system pendidikan kita. Terkhusus untuk lembaga pendidikan yang berada dalam naungan Yayasan Perguruan tinggi Flores, yang secara umum memiliki visi dan misi mencetak generasi bangsa yang berakhlak mulia memiliki IPTEK dan IMTAK yang kuat dan dapat bermanfaat bagi agama, bangsa dan Negara.Mitra dari Pengabdian adalah para Mahasiswa dan pelajar yang ada di kabuaten Ende dan Pulau Flores.
