Abstract People of Nangkek in East Gili, Madura, have a very simple life with livelihoods as builders, porters, seasonal farmers and unemployee. Daily necessities such as vegetables are obtained by planting plants in the front or back of the house such as chillies, spinach, and Moringa trees. To satisfy needs of vegetables, they pick, for example, vegetables from Moringa leaves. It is commonly understood that Moringa leaves are very good for our bodies and brings many benefits for our healthiness. Proposers through Community Service provide training on Moringa leaves becoming a Moringa dye for body health. This activity aims to develop entrepreneurship of each household to support the development of the creative economy. The results of these activities include: 1) increasing the entrepreneurship spirit of each head of household in an effort to support the community development activities; 2) the entrepreneurial community has business planning capabilities; 3) increasing the ability of the entrepreneurial community in conducting business operations. The method used is training, assistance and evaluation that is carried out during the community service program until the partners are able to develop the business well. It is finally concluded that as the partner (homemade), they will be creative and productive for their family’s income.  Keywords: Utilization, Moringa leaf packaging, Health     Abstrak Masyarakat Nangkek di Gili Timur, Madura, memiliki kehidupan yang sangat sederhana dengan mata pencaharian sebagai kuli bangunan, kuli angkut, petani musiman, dan pengangguran. Kebutuhan sehari-hari seperti sayuran diperoleh dengan menanam tanaman di bagian depan atau belakang rumah seperti cabe, bayam, dan pohon kelor. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sayuran, mereka memilih, misalnya, sayuran dari daun kelor. Secara umum dipahami bahwa daun kelor sangat baik untuk tubuh dan membawa banyak manfaat bagi kesehatan kita. Pengusul melalui program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat memberikan pelatihan tentang daun kelor menjadi minuman kelor celup untuk kesehatan tubuh. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kewirausahaan setiap rumah tangga untuk mendukung pengembangan ekonomi kreatif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini meliputi: 1) meningkatkan semangat kewirausahaan setiap kepala rumah tangga dalam upaya mendukung kegiatan pengembangan masyarakat; 2) komunitas wirausaha memiliki kemampuan perencanaan bisnis; 3) meningkatkan kemampuan komunitas wirausaha dalam melakukan operasi bisnis. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi yang dilakukan selama program pengabdian masyarakat sampai para mitra mampu mengembangkan bisnis dengan baik. Akhirnya disimpulkan bahwa sebagai mitra, mereka akan kreatif dan produktif untuk pendapatan keluarga mereka.  Kata kunci: Pemanfaatan, Pengemasan daun kelor, Kesehatan

Community service program was conducted in Kaloling Village, Bantaeng Regency (200 km from Makassar City). Kaloling village has the characteristics of a religious community, hardworking, open-minded, and supported by educational facilities available at all levels of education. However, kaloling villagers do not have the opportunity to study the Qur'an intensively because of their daily routine and busy work. therefore, the activities of KKN STIBA Makassar in Bantaeng Regency are focused on community development programs to study the Qur'an, called "Gemar Qur'an". In its implementation, PkM began by using soar analysis approach to the needs of local community empowerment. From the analysis, the Qur'an learning movement program consists of two activities, Tahsinul Qiro'ah (improvement of qur'an reading) for Muslims and Daurah Memorization and muroja'ah Al-Qur'an for children. the result of this PkM activity is formed several learning groups of the Qur'an consisting of various age levels for tahsinul Qiro'ah activities. Other results are increased motivation and enthusiasm of children in learning, as well as playing and having fun while learning.

Tikusan Village is one of the villages located ini Kapas District, Bojonegoro Regency. This village has vilaage assets, namely land resources in the form of a home industry (tofu and tempeh industry). ). Therefore, the community assistance method used is the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method. The community service program is carried out by a team of lecturers and students of UNUGIRI Bojonegoro in collaboration with the local village community. This assistance produces snack products, such as: debog chips, tofu crackers, sandwiches and corndogs from tofu dregs. The existence of these processed products is expected to be a solution to the presence of abundant assets which are considered as waste, making them less valuable.

The SME Business Partners Sangkar in Sepanjang Village, Taman Subdistrict, Sidoarjo City has greater potential in the creation and development of cage shapes. But the form and character of the design are always manual and still using conventional systems, so in an effort to increase sales, they have not been able to compete globally.  The partners in this community service are cage workers in the village of Sepanjang, Taman Subdistrict, Sidoarjo City, the process for carrying out activities is divided into three forms: preparation, implemen­tation and evaluation. The role of optimization is carried out in the form of a field survey to find out the conditions related to the process and work system carried out by cage craftsmen in Sepanjang Village, Taman Subdistrict, Sidoarjo City. The community services program focuses on community development to ensure independence and economic stability. Thanks to the Community Service Program, it is hoped that it will be able to make a good contribution to the development of businesses owned by partners so that in the future they can provide continued efforts in the same field.   Abstrak: Kelompok UKM Mitra Usaha Sangkar Kelurahan Sepanjang Kecamatan Taman Kabupaten Sidoarjo memiliki potensi unggul dalam menciptakan dan mengembangkan bentuk sangkar. Namun bentuk dan karakter desain masih bersifat manual dan masih menggunakan cara konvensional, sehingga sebagai upaya peningkatan penjualan belum mampu bersaing dan berkompetisi secara global. Mitra pada pengabdian masyarakat ini merupakan pengrajin sangkar di Kelurahan Sepanjang Kecamatan Taman Kabupaten Sidoarjo, proses pelaksanaan kegiatan terbagi dalam 3 bentuk, yaitu: persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan juga evaluasi. Peran opti­ma­­lisasi dilakukan dengan bentuk survei lapangan untuk mengetahui kondisi terkait dengan proses dan sistem kerja yang dilakukan oleh pengrajin sangkar di Kelurahan Sepanjang Kecamatan Taman Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan sebagai pengembangan masyakarat agar memiliki kemandirian dan kemapanan secara ekonomi. Melalui karya seni dalam bentuk desain produk diharapkan mampu memberikan implementasi dalam bentuk Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI) yaitu desain produk industri. Melalui program kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan mampu memberikan kontri­busi yang baik dengan perkembangan usaha yang dimiliki oleh mitra sehingga dikemudian hari dapat memberikan continued effort pada bidang yang sama.

ABSTRAKPandemi covid-19 telah membuat manusia  banyak menderita penyakit hingga meninggal dunia di berbagai belahan dunia. Konsumsi pangan fungsional dapat memberikan manfaat kesehatan fisiologis dalam melawan dan terlindungi dari covid-19. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah mengenalkan pangan fungsional untuk proyek independen KKN-Tematik dalam program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM). Melalui kegiatan proyek independen, mahasiswa dapat merancang pangan fungsional berbasis potensi desa sebagai produk akhir inovatifnya. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berlangsung pada tanggal 9 dan 16 September 2021 secara luring dan daring dengan menggunakan metode knowledge rasfer dan  Community development. Kegiatan ini terdiri dari tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan menggunakan rubrik penilaian tugas dan angket persepsi mahasiswa. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa 1) mahasiswa telah mampu memetakan potensi sumber daya alam desa; 2) mahasiswa sudah memahami konsep senyawa bioaktif; dan 3) mahasiswa dapat menggunakan referensi ilmiah sebagai dasar proyek. Tanggapan mahasiswa terhadap kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sangat positif. Kata kunci: pangan fungsional; proyek independen; KKN; pandemi covid 19 ABSTRACTThe COVID-19 pandemic has caused many people to suffer from diseases and die in various parts of the world. Consumption of functional foods can provide physiological health benefits in fighting and protecting against COVID-19. The purpose of this community service activity is to introduce functional food for the Thematic-KKN independent project in the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM) program. Through independent project activities, students can design functional food based on village potential as an innovative final product. Community service activities take place on 9 and 16 September 2021 offline and online using the knowledge transfer and community development methods. This activity consists of the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. Evaluation of activities was carried out using the assignment assessment rubric and student perception questionnaires. The results of community service activities show that 1) students have been able to map the potential of village natural resources; 2) students already understand the concept of bioactive compounds; and 3) students can use scientific references as the basis for the project. Business canvas model is a model that sends and captures the value of a business consisting of 9 elements contained in the core of a business that is presented simply and easily understandable, the tighter business competition and the covid-19 virus outbreak has brought major changes in the economy and the real impact is on the MSME sector therefore STIE PGRI Dewantara Jombang is moved to conduct a community service program with the theme is training to create a business plan canvas model , simple and easy to apply creation there are three methods used in community service conducted this time, namely, a lecture model that presents about canvas business theory, the second model of baking practice as a form of implementation of value preposition and segmentation and the second is the presentation and discussion model to assess the level of understanding of the participants regarding the material that has been done before, the process of activities goes smoothly without being constrained , as well as the open insights of participants on the importance of making business planning before doing business.

Pineapple rind is side product from processing pineapple in Belik, Pemalang, Central Java. The group of Family Welfare Empowerment (known in Indonesia as PKK, Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga) facilitated to processed the pineapple rind as the side product into shampoo to decrease the waste. The rind of pineapple contains of bromelin enzymes that can be used as anti-dandruff shampoo. The purpose of this study was to increase capacity of PKK group to process pineapple rind into shampoo, so group can sell the shampoo and get extra income from the activity. The social engineering approach is used in this study, a combination of a social or community development approach with a simple method of processing pineapple rind. The result of this program, PKK group established KUB Sinar Merpati able to process shampoo from pineapple rind. The shampoo from pineapple rind has been rind certified by the Head of Belik District. It can be concluded that from the community service program increasing knowledge and capacity in processing pineapple rind have contributed benefits in terms of socio-economics and environment.

Paremas Village is one of the villages located in Jerowaru District, East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. This village has a lot of potential for natural wealth and local cultural wisdom, but Paremas Village is still not widely known by the wider community. The tourism arrangement that is still lacking makes tourism in Paremas Village fairly unfeasible. Therefore, the purpose of the New Normal Era Thematic Community Service Program at the University of Mataram for the July-August 2021 period is to develop tourism in Paremas Village by developing tourism by encouraging the Creative Economy Industry through the Festival Balap Sampan Mini Desa Paremas and product innovation of Kerupuk Cangkang Kepiting. The methods used are survey, observation, practice, documentation, and promotion. The results obtained are the re-emergence of the community's spirit to preserve traditions and increase community creativity in producing sampan mini and innovate by adding variants of Kerupuk Cangkang Kepiting. By encouraging the development of the creative economy industry in Paremas Village, it is hoped that it can encourage the community to be more productive with every potential they have and improve the welfare of the community

Community Development Program-learning and community service program or Kuliah kerja nyata-pembelajaran dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (KKN-PPM) which is a form of community service has been done from July-August 2019 in the Kelinjau Ulu and Kelinjau Ilir village, Muara Ancalong, East Kutai, East Kalimantan. The purpose of the KKN-PPM was to empower the community to be more productive. The theme of the KKN-PPM program  was "Semampai" which has a meaning sehat (healthy), manajerial (managerial), mandiri (independent) and pandai (smart). The KKN-PPM was performed by 20 undergraduate students from various faculties and under supervised by field supervisors. In addition to these thematic activities and KKN-PPM program, each undergraduate student also performed individual programs which related to their scientific background. In conclusion, the KKN-PPM is useful to the community in Kelinjau ulu and ilir to enhance the productivity, to be healthier, actively reading and smarter and more insightful.
