  The rapid development of technology requires schools to provide optimal service to their students, especially in SMK Negeri 1 Jiwan. Improve the quality of information systems is one way to support services to students. The administration payment information system is designed in accordance with the circumstances in the school. The data were collected using interview method and observation method. This research produce information system design using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 which can help SMK Negeri 1 Jiwan to give service in administration payment of student.

The rapid development of Information Technology (IT) today provides many conveniences in various forms of business, including the service business. System User Satisfaction (User satisfaction) is the response and feedback that the user raises after using the information system. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the use of SIMPRODI application products and how SIMPRODI can provide good services for students. The survey research method was carried out and the data collected was 252 data. The data was then analyzed by PLS-SEM. The results showed that the quality of the system did not have a significant effect on the SIMPRODI intention to use, but the quality of information and quality of service was significant on the intention to use, then when the intention to use was higher the user satisfaction was better and vice versa when the SIMPRODI user satisfaction was high then intention to use is also getting higher.

Abstract – Sejahtera Bersama Credit Unions is one of the co-operative in Bandung, which is engaged in the savings and loan. Organization should be a place for the growth of community's economic still has some drawbacks so that performance is not optimal. Kind of Information systems in here is still not effective because it is used combination with a manual process for the loan process, it takes a long time for any transactions, but along with the rapid development of technology, then it should be the cooperative problem given a touch of technology as a solution for example as built system information to enable any existing operational. Design method loan information system created using ancillary equipment such as methodology of waterfall, HIPO diagram and three kind of UML diagrams which is usecase diagram, activity diagram and class digram, and then design of database relationships using Microsoft Access 2007 and programming language using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. Loan information system is expected to improve the performance of the cooperative itself, because the system is designed with the aim to shorten the time of the transaction so that the cooperative operations can run more effectively Keywords : information systems, Credit Unions, Technology Abstrak – Koperasi Sejahtera Bersama Bandung merupakan salah satu koperasi di Kota Bandung yang bergerak di bidang simpan pinjam. Organisasi yang seharusnya menjadi wadah untuk pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat ini masih memiliki beberapa kekurangan sehingga kinerjanya belum optimal. Sistem informasi yang berjalan disini masih belum efektif karena masih di kombinasikan dengan proses manual untuk proses pinjamannya, hal tersebut memakan waktu lama untuk setiap transakasinya, namun seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi, maka sudah seharusnya masalah perkoperasian tersebut diberi sentuhan teknologi sebagai solusi contohnya seperti dibangun sistem informasi untuk memudahkan setiap operasional yang ada. Metode perancangan sistem informasi simpan pinjam yang dibuat menggunakan metodologi waterfall, diagram HIPO, serta tiga diagram UML yang terdiri dari usecase diagram, activity diagram, dan class digram, kemudian perancangan relasi database menggunakan Microsoft Access 2007 dan bahasa pemrograman Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. Sistem informasi simpan pinjam ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja koperasi itu sendiri, karena sistem ini dirancang dengan tujuan mempersingkat waktu transaksi agar operasional koperasi bisa berjalan lebih efektif. Kata kunci : Sistem informasi, Koperasi Simpan Pinjam, Teknologi.

Abstract: In the era of globalization, information systems are now increasingly developing and are very important and main things in helping the process of corporate performance, in the near future that will make competition in the performance process will be more updated and faster. Because of that the use of information technology and the design of making application programs using Visual Basic 6.0 as programing and MySQL as its database, regarding the analysis and design of information systems for inpatients in anal azimar maternity homes. Problems - problems faced by this company, namely the problem of data redundancy in inputting data, and not presented properly and lead to difficulties when manipulating, changing, and deleting data. In the end the author hopes that with the creation of a new information system, it can help the input process more easily, and quickly. Keywords: Technology, Information, PHP Programming Language , MySQL and Patient   Abstrak: Di era globalisasi sekarang semakin berkembang nya sistem informasi serta merupakan hal yang sangat penting dan utama dalam  membantu proses kinerja perusahaan, dalam waktu dekat yang akan membuat persaingan dalam proses kinerja akan semakin update dan cepat . Karena itu pemakaian teknologi informasi dan rancangan pembuatan program aplikasi dengan menggunakan  Visual Basic 6.0 sebagai programing  dan MySQL  sebagai Databasenya, mengenai analisa dan perancangan sistem informasi pasien rawat inap di rumah bersalin azimar anas. Masalah – masalah yang dihadapi perusahaan ini yaitu masalah redundansi data dalam menginput data,dan tidak tersaji secara baik dan  mengakibatkan kesulitan saat memanipulasi, mengubah, dan menghapus data. An approach to an ontology-based information system design theory for spatial information system development is presented. This approach addresses the dynamic nature of information system development at the beginning of the 21st century and addresses the question of how to establish relationships between the various design components of a spatial information system. It should also help to automate and guide the design process while at the same time improve the quality of the process along with its outputs. An example of this approach is presented, along with examples of the various ontologies utilized in the design of this particular spatial information system. Finally, a method to mitigate the issues regarding the organization and management of a growing library of ontologies is discussed.

In its use, computer is not only used for office activities, but also used in designing and developing an application, of course, with the assistance of applications such as Microsoft Visual Basic, Microsoft Access and others. In this study, the authors try to design and create a database application relating to motorcycle loan payments. Developed application contains forms such as employee master data form, a form used to add, edit, and delete data related to employees, the motorcycle master form, a form motorcycle used to add, edit, and delete data related to motorcycles as well as the transaction form that serves to enter data related to credit payment transactions in the company. In the design and development of the database application, the author utilizes Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as a supporting application.Keywords: common people (users), Visual Basic 6.0, credit payment information system

This  study  aims  to  test  and  analyze  influence  the  use  of  information systems accounting, quality of information systems accounting security system accounting information and supporting facilities information systems accounting on  performance employees  of PT.KMA Solo. Analysis  of the data used  was classic test the assumption consisting of normality test, multikolinearitas test, as well as test heteroskedastisitas autokorelasi. An analysis of the data used was classic test the assumption consisting of normality test, multikolinearitas test, as well as test heteroskedastisitas autokorelasi.uji test a hypothesis that is used is linear regression analysis worship of idols, partial test (t) test, as well as a test of the coefficients determinan (R2). Based on the results of data analysis prove that; the utilization of accounting information system have positive and significant of the performance of employees of PT .KMA Solo;  the quality of information system accounting have positive and significant of the performance of employees of PT .KMA Solo;   security accounting information system influential positive and significant on performance employees of PT.KMA Solo;  means of support information   systems   accounting   influential   positive   and   significant   on performance employees of PT.KMA Solo.Test R2 shows that variable the use of accounting information system, the quality of information systems accounting, the security system information accounting and means of support information system can explain on variables the employee performance the remaining influenced by other variables that are not using in the study.Keyword : Use Of Accounting Information System, Quality Of Information Systems Accounting, Security Accounting Information System, Supporting Facilities Accounting Information System, Job Performance

Tuberculosis (TB) disease intervention is a national program and being a target of MDGs. Therefore, a government determined minimum service standards of a hospital that had to be implemented in all health service units and hospitals in Indonesia. A strategy of DOTS at Aisyiyah Hospital in Muntilan had been available particularly in terms of case finding. Notwithstanding, a process of patient diagnosis had not been implemented in accordance with a standard of human resource. Number of medical officers at a TB DOTS unit was not sufficient. In addition, quality of information like completeness, accurateness in diagnosis, and timeliness in reporting TB cases had not achieved a target. The aim of this study was to develop decision support system of TB as an effort to systematically diagnose and manage data of TB based on the standard. This was qualitative-quantitative research. A qualitative method was used to identify each step of information system development. Meanwhile, a quantitative method was used to assess quality of information between before and after developing information system using pre-experimental design (the one group pre and posttest design). Qualitative data were collected by conducting indepth interview, whereas quantitative data were collected using checklist. Data were analysed using T test. Research object was decision support system before and after applying at TB unit at Aisyiyah Hospital in Muntilan. Research subjects consisted of four TB officers as main informants. Informants for triangulation purpose consisted of head of SIMRS and head of medical services. The results of T test showed that variables of completeness, accurateness, and preciseness after developing the decision support system were better than that of before developing the system (p-value = 0.000). As suggestions, head of SIMRS needs to conduct further development of decision support system of TB in another unit particularly in inpatient unit. The decision support system needs to be evaluated and adjusted with the standard.
