The interest in Sharia-based financial industry products has increased rapidly, as evidenced by a large number of conventional Bank customers migrating to Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS). With this phenomenon, it is necessary to measure BUS financial performance in Indonesia by using the analysis of the Shariah Maqashid Index (SMI) concept as control and reference for the public to choose and utilize Islamic financial products in Indonesia with an empirical study approach. The object of this study is Islamic banks in Indonesia using purposive sampling techniques with the condition that only the category of Islamic Commercial Banks. The results of this study are indicators of all mashed shariah index variables with measurements using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method as decision support. Eight BUS in Indonesia have different calculation results; each Islamic bank has advantages in SMI elements. That Bank Mualamah Syariah has the highest IK1 (Performance Indicator) for two years in a row. Bank Panin Syariah has the highest IK2 in 5 consecutive years. BCAS and Bank Syariah Bukopin have the highest IK3. In general, all BUS that has implemented maqashid syariah with the category 'good' because they have an average value of 3.00.

<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> This study aims to analyze the Sharia Non-Banking Financial Industry (henceforth INKB) performance in Indonesia based on the criterion of sharia maqashid and its inclusive contribution. This study's population is the Sharia IKNB, with the samples include sharia insurance companies, sharia finance companies, sharia pension funds, and pawnshop companies. The data in this study were analyzed using the Simple Additive Weighting method. The study results show the highest five ranks of Sharia Maqashid Index performance calculation, namely, in respective order, DPLK Muamalah, Reindo Syariah, Asuransi Takaful Indonesia, Sarana Multigriya Finansial, and lastly is Pegadaian Indonesia. To overcome the structural poverty that has been a prominent unfinished issue and often neglected by the state, it requires the ability and sensitivity to respond to the low class' turmoil by the sustainable economy, environment, and financial industry media. The Sharia IKNB must contribute to the public in becoming the frontline in improving the structural poverty system and leading industry in achieving the highest sharia objective, to maintain the life sustainability of humans, nature, economic resource, and other life aspects of the society.</p><p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja Industri Keuangan Non Perbankan Syariah (selanjutnya INKB) di Indonesia berdasarkan kriteria maqashid syariah dan kontribusinya yang inklusif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah IKNB Syariah, dengan sampel perusahaan asuransi syariah, perusahaan pembiayaan syariah, dana pensiun syariah, dan perusahaan pegadaian. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting. Hasil studi menunjukkan lima peringkat tertinggi penghitungan kinerja Indeks Maqashid Syariah, yaitu di masing-masing urutan, DPLK Muamalah, Reindo Syariah, Asuransi Takaful Indonesia, Sarana Multigriya Finansial, dan terakhir adalah Pegadaian Indonesia. Untuk mengatasi kemiskinan struktural yang selama ini menjadi isu menonjol yang belum terselesaikan dan sering diabaikan oleh negara, diperlukan kemampuan dan kepekaan dalam merespon gejolak kelas bawah oleh media ekonomi, lingkungan, dan industri keuangan yang berkelanjutan. The development of the financial industry continues increase people are increasingly interested in using Islamic financial products. The products offered are increasingly varied to meet the needs of the community. In addition to providing benefits, Islamic financial products can contribute widely to the development of the country, in this case, the Sukuk product. Legally, Sukuk or Islamic bonds, get the law first, when compared to Islamic banks. Sukuk has law number 19 of 2008 concerning State Sharia Securities (SBSN). The Sukuk instrument continues to grow and can provide benefits for investors and benefits for the country's development. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of state Sukuk products, and analysis of Islamic financial products. The method used is qualitative, with a literature study approach. The data sources used are secondary data, data that has been presented by certain institutions and then processed, and from other sources deemed relevant to the theme. The data collection technique used is literature study from several sources, both from books, journals, and others. The analytical technique used is descriptive qualitative, describes the development of Sukuk products in 2020 to 2021, and describes the analysis of the Sukuk ijarah products. The results of this study indicate that there are developments in state Sukuk in the 2019 to 2020 period, PBS Auction Sukuk, PBS Private Placement Sukuk, SNI, SPN-S, Rite Sukuk (SR), and Savings Sukuk (ST) grew by 40.80 percent. Auction PBS Sukuk grew by 39.59, PBS Private Placement Sukuk grew by 214.39%, SR grew by 72.93%, SNI Sukuk by 26.86 percent. Meanwhile, SNI Sukuk decreased by -30.01% and ST decreased by -35.76 percent. Analysis of Islamic sharia financial products, especially with the ijarah scheme. There is a sale and purchase transaction is considered engineered, then the resale of assets from the investor to the issuer such as a sale and purchase transaction is prohibited. Buying and selling of Sukuk assets which are then leased back and have a time limit and conditions on the object of sale and purchase, making the seller not have control over the asset. Then the sale and purchase can become a sale and purchase without the obligation to resell the product that has been purchased if the owner of the goods can return the money for the goods he sells.

The success of the government is determined by essential aspects of the village and has increased every day and has changed into a town that has independence in carrying out activities and survival by each of its residents, to support and improve the quality of government villages which motivate for villages to compete to become the best village through a series of costs to improve the quality of the town. The process of determining the best village starts from the sub-district. The winner will be smart at the city district level up to the national level, in the process of determining the best town according to government regulations in sending villages with five aspects and each aspect that has specified specifications and through validation from the government In the process of the government in the form of a committee conducting visits and conducting assessments based on the completeness of the data with the team for each aspect and giving to the committee based on individual orders, the value submitted will do the calculation by determining the final cost of the process of finding an average value -average overall and do the division of the total aspects. To assist the procedure in choosing the best village, the researcher wants to develop an online decision support system application with features that will be equipped in the developed application by uploading documents according to conditions in the field and documentation carried out by the team towards the village, so that the order process is open. It can be witnessed by all concerned, while in the Calculation and analysis Process using the OWA (ORDERED WEIGHTED AVERAGE) combination operator to determine the average value calculation and the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) Method as part of the ranking of several existing villages

In making a decision, a system that can recommend the best village is based on criteria determined by the user. Support System for Deciding the Best Village Determination in Village Fund Management in Merdeka District, Karo District using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) Method. The SAW method can help in making a case decision, but calculations using the SAW method only produce the greatest value that will be selected as the best alternative. Results C01, C02, C03, C04, C05, C06, C07, form the decision matrix. Normalization calculation results to get a normalized value matrix (R). Analysis Results, displays alternative data values and criteria data values. Obtained total assessment, followed by ranking. For the report, the highest total score is the result of the Best Village Assessment in managing village funds. Assessment decisions are displayed in the Report Menu.

Background: Public buses are a major transportation mode in large cities in the developing country Indonesia. Nevertheless, most societies still use passenger cars. Therefore, the road authority has developed an important policy to improve public bus services soon. One of the public bus services is to change the bus operational system, including the manual ticketing system to an electronic ticket (e-ticket) system. In order to make the policy succeed, the road authority should ask for passengers’ opinions. Objective: The purposes of this study are to ensure that the bus e-ticket is needed to support the policy and then to determine important priority factors of bus e-ticket implementation. Methods: The data were collected using a direct survey with a questionnaire in large cities, Surabaya and Denpasar in Indonesia. A total of 565 bus passengers participated in this survey. An analysis was conducted through cross tabulation between the respondents’ demographic data and their perceived level of need and priority of implementation with regard to various factors of the e-ticket system. The Simple Additive Weighting method was used to determine the important priority factors. Results: Results indicated that a bus e-ticket needed for the cross tabulation average value is more than 3.60 out of 5.00 for all factors. Furthermore, the three highest values of factors based on the Simple Additive Weighting method are ease of access, availability of the bus routes information, and affordability of the e-ticket price. Conclusion: Since respondents indicate that the e-ticket is needed and is a priority, then the policy is beneficial not only to improve bus services in Indonesia but also in other developing countries with similar traffic and geometric conditions.

Zakat has a very strategic position in giving the impact of welfare and improving the community's economy if the collection and distribution are managed in trustworthy, transparent and professional. An institution on zakat management is National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS), which an institution manages the zakat management nationally, and non-structural government institution that is independent and responsible to President through the Minister of Religion. BAZNAS is located in capital city and assisted by zakat collection unit (UPZ). Along this time, they conduct manually in determining the person who will receive the assistance, but it often occur errors in its implementation. Therefore, a decision support system is needed to assist UPZ in determining the person who will receive the assistance. The decision support system was designed using SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method, then the administrators obtain an alternative data in the form of lists of students who receive the UPZ assistance. The SAW algorithm is an algorithms for decision making. The SAW algorithm is also known as an algorithm with additive weighting method. The method requires normalization process of decision matrix (x) into a scale and can be compared to the entire available alternative ratings. The study showed that SAW can be applied to determine the acceptance of UPZ assistance by the calculation results of 16. The result of calculation and recommendation of decision support system for person who receive the UPZ acceptance, have the same data on output, namely Astin Dwi Wulan.

Abstrak:Sebagai lembaga pendidikan formal, SMKN 1 Ciomas merupakan salah satu sekolah yang memberikan beasiswa kepada para siswa. Beasiswa ini ditujukan untuk siswa kurang mampu. Untuk bisa mendapatkan beasiswa tersebut, siswa harus memenuhi kriteria-kriteria yang ditetapkan oleh SMKN 1 Ciomas. Kriteria-kriteria tersebut antara lain surat keterangan tidak mampu, status anak dalam keluarga, penghasilan orangtua, jumlah tanggungan orangtua, dan nilai rata-rata raport semester terakhir. Hanya siswa yang memenuhi kriteria-kriteria tersebut yang dapat memperoleh beasiswa. Untuk membantu penentuan dalam menetapkan seseorang yang layak menerima beasiswa maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan. Sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis komputer merupakan salah satu cara untuk membantu permasalahan penyeleksi penerima beasiswa tersebut. Oleh karena itu perlu dibangun sistem pendukung keputusan untuk penerimaan beasiswa dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) yang mempunyai kemampuan untuk memecahkan masalah multikriteria. Dari hasil pengujian, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa sistem pendukung keputusan untuk penerimaan beasiswa ini telah berhasil dikembangkan dan menampilkan perankingan dari hasil penyeleksian para calon penerima beasiswa. Kata Kunci: beasiswa, sistem pendukung keputusan, SAW  Abstract: As formal education institutions, SMKN 1 Ciomas is one school that provides scholarships to students. This scholarship is intended for disadvantaged students. To be eligible for the scholarship, students must meet the criteria set by SMKN 1 Ciomas. These criteria include a certificate can not afford, the status of children in the family, parental income, number of dependents of parents, and the average value of the last semester report cards. Only students who meet the criteria to obtain a scholarship. To assist in determining a person determining the eligible then takes a decision support system. Computer-based decision support system is one way to help the problems of the grantee selectors. Therefore, it is necessary to build a decision support system for receiving a scholarship by using Simple Additive weighting method (SAW) which has the ability to solve the problem of multiple criteria. From the test results, we concluded that the decision support system for receiving this scholarship has been successfully developed and display the ranking of the results of the selection of the scholarship recipients. Keywords: scholarship, decision support systems, SAW

In company management, it is important to provide good quality service in order to increase customer satisfaction. By determining the priority for handling customer complaints, it is expected to improve the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of engineers. The decision-making process using the simple additive weighting method is carried out by weighting each criterion. This research is expected to determine the priority of handling customer complaints so that it can help engineers in determining the priorities for handling existing complaints.

Employee appraisal is an important factor in the development of a company effectively and efficiently because employee appraisal is one of many indicators in measuring the background of human resources system in the company. Determining the right indicators of human resources can motivate better employee performance. To support this kind of system, a software engineering with Performance Indicator system is needed and data collection techniques by direct observation and data documentation are needed. Application of engineering Key Performance Indicator software for employee performance appraisal using the Simple Additive Weighting method can result in the efficiency of the assessment process in determining the quality of an employee's performance. as well as assisting employees in knowing the results of performance evaluation, and making it easier for supervisors to obtain reports on sales performance ratings so that superiors can and make determine the amount of salary, commision and bonus increases more precisely and efficiently.

The system determining the quality of classroom learning at primary school teachers still done conventionally so the decision was taken to determine the quality of teachers by learning that sometimes does not correspond to the criteria set by the school and its analysis was not optimal. The method used for data collection were observation and interviews, while the methods used to determine the quality of classroom learning using Simple Additive weighting method (SAW). After going through the process of testing and assessment of the obtained results that the process of inputting the data with the average value of 94%, see the system as a whole with the average value of 92%, the ease of use of the system with an average value of 94%, the results of the analysis criteria with value an average of 84%, and the provision of the decision by the SAW method with an average value of 96%. The system determining the quality of learning by SAW method with the overall function testing resulted in an average value of 92% thus concluded the system determining the quality of teaching elementary school teachers using SAW method feasible to implement.Sistem penentuan kualitas pembelajaran kelas pada guru-guru sekolah dasar masih dilakukan secara konvensional sehingga keputusan yang diambil untuk menentukan guru dengan pembelajaran yang berkualitas terkadang  tidak sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan oleh sekolah dan analisisnya tidak maksimal. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data adalah observasi dan wawancara sedangkan metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan kualitas pembelajaran kelas menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW).  Setelah melalui proses pengujian dan penilaian maka diperoleh hasil yaitu proses penginputan data dengan nilai rata-rata 94%, tampilan sistem secara keseluruhan dengan nilai rata-rata 92%, kemudahan dalam penggunaan sistem dengan nilai rata-rata 94%, hasil analisis kriteria dengan nilai rata-rata 84%, dan pemberian hasil keputusan dengan metode SAW dengan nilai rata-rata 96%. Sistem penentuan kualitas pembelajaran dengan metode SAW dengan pengujian fungsi secara keseluruhan menghasilkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 92% sehingga disimpulkan sistem penentuan kualitas pembelajaran guru sekolah dasar menggunakan metode SAW layak untuk diterapkan.
