The Batik is a craft community that has been the identity, uniqueness, and culture riches that needs to be preserved. The study aims to create empowerment management model of batik craftsmen entrepreneurship development. The study and analysis used Research and Development methods. Data is collected through observation, deep interview, and documentation. The informant has been decided by purposive sampling, namely batik craftsmen, high school student as a generation of batik and batik observers. The research location in Susukan, Banjarneara district of Central Java Province at Indonesia. The results showed that (1) The lack of young generation of batik craftsmen, thus it requires development management through community empowerment of younger generation to preserve local cultural riches. (3) The empowerment management could be designed comprehensively and continuously by involving all parties namely the community, government, universities and private parties.

Redesigning the model of independent community empowerment program can be performed by (1) reviewing the factors to develop independent empowerment for household craftsmen in Surakarta, (2) identifying various government policy that support the development of household craftsmen’s independency in Surakarta, and (3) formulate the redesigned model of independent community empowerment for household craftsmen in Surakarta. The subject of this study is household craftsmen in Surakarta, Central Java Province. This study is a research and development type, started with survey and need assessment for developing craftsmen’s independency in entrepreneurship based on community’s characters and values, media to implement the proposed model, action, and evaluation. This study will be conducted in Banjarsari sub-district in Surakarta municipality. Observation, interview, demonstration, and simulation will be employed in this study to collect the data. The data will be analyzed using mixed technique between descriptive and quantitative technique. Through FGD we will formulate the concept of redesigned model for developing independent community empowerment for household craftsmen. In this study we have collected the data on the potency of studied area; the data on the problems and supporting factors for the implementation of household craftsmen’s independency development program, (2) the data on the number of prevalent entrepreneurs, (3) performing need assessment of household craftsmen in Surakarta, which will enable us to formulate the redesigned model of independent community empowerment for household craftsmen. The final aim of this study is applying the redesigned model of independent community empowerment for household craftsmen in order to achieve entrepreneurs’ business independency.

 ABSTRACT SMA Negeri Kerjo is a senior high school located in Kerjo, Karanganyar regency, Central Java province. From the data obtained, it can be seen that SMA Negeri Kerjo included in the school that is developing. There are more people willing to enter this school, especially high school student candidate in Kerjo area, Karanganyar regency. Based on the interviews that have been done, there are some problems in SMA Negeri Kerjo. The main problem is the promotion of SMA Negeri Kerjo that has not been maximized. During this time, the promotion from SMA Negeri Kerjo to capture the students is through posters spread to the surrounding areas. Another problem is the number of information related to SMA Negeri Kerjo that want to be conveyed to the public, both to SMA Negeri Kerjo’s students, as well as to people who want to know the condition in SMA Negeri Kerjo. Based on the problems above, the solution to overcome these problems is with the school information website that specifically displays the information for SMA Negeri Kerjo. SMA Negeri Kerjo’s website has been built with several features, including : school module, news module, gallery module, guest book module, PPDB module, material download module, announcement module, and extracurricular activity module. Based on the tests that have been done, 96.67% of respondents stated that the SMA Negeri Kerjo’s website can provide information on matters related to schools, news and school activities well, 85.83% of respondents stated that the website can already be a promotional tool which is better than the existing posters and fliers as well as 98.33% of respondents stated that the website is feasible to use.Keywords: school, senior high school, websiteABSTRAKSMA Negeri Kerjo adalah sebuah sekolah tingkat menengah atas yang terletak di daerah Kerjo, kabupaten Karanganyar, provinsi Jawa Tengah. Dari data yang diperoleh, dapat diketahui bahwa SMA Negeri Kerjo termasuk ke dalam sekolah yang sedang berkembang. Semakin banyak yang berkeinginan untuk memasuki sekolah ini, terutama para calon siswa SMA di daerah Kerjo, kabupaten Karanganyar. Berdasarkan wawancara yang telah dilakukan, terdapat beberapa permasalahan di SMA Negeri Kerjo. Permasalahan yang utama adalah promosi SMA Negeri Kerjo yang belum maksimal. Selama ini, promosi yang dilakukan SMA Negeri Kerjo untuk menjaring siswa hanyalah melalui poster yang disebar ke daerah-daerah sekitar. Permasalahan yang lain adalah banyaknya informasi terkait SMA Negeri Kerjo yang ingin disampaikan kepada publik, baik kepada siswa SMA Negeri Kerjo, maupun kepada masyarakat yang ingin mengetahui kondisi di SMA Negeri Kerjo. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas, solusi yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan adanya website informasi sekolah yang khusus menampilkan informasi-informasi untuk SMA Negeri Kerjo. Website SMA Negeri Kerjo pun telah dibangun dengan beberapa fitur, antara lain : modul sekolah, modul berita, modul gallery, modul buku tamu, modul PPDB, modul download materi, modul pengumuman, serta modul kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Berdasarkan pengujian yang telah dilakukan, 96,67% responden menyatakan bahwa website SMA Negeri Kerjo dapat memberikan informasi mengenai hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan sekolah, berita serta kegiatan sekolah dengan baik, 85,83% responden menyatakan bahwa  website tersebut sudah dapat menjadi alat promosi yang lebih baik daripada poster dan flier yang ada selama ini serta 98,33% responden menyatakan bahwa website tersebut sudah layak untuk digunakan.Kata Kunci: Sekolah, SMA, Website

Solo City located in Central Java Province with potential cultural tourism. Tourist objects in Solo City were varied from traditional, namely Kasunanan Solo Palace, to modern, such as Beteng Trade Center. Tourists are freely to visit those tourist objects and bought souvenirs that were easily to found around the city. This study aim to describe tourist’s characteristics who visited Solo City. The characteristics were divided into demographic aspect, physiologic aspect, and tourist trip pattern. Method used in this study was mixed and questionnaires were distributed among 100 respondents, then result was describe into preferred aspects. The results were clustered into specific aspects. Demographic aspect showed that most of the tourist was woman, aged between 15-24 years old, the majority of respondents were not civil servant or industrial labor, high school graduated, and not married. Physiologic aspect showed majority of respondents visited Solo City no more than 12 hours, and spend mostly on trip cost. Lastly, from tourist trip pattern, majority were traveled with non-family group, for holiday purposed, and arranged independently. Key words: characteristic, demographic, physiologic, tourism, trip

This study aims to determine the effect of online learning on students' understanding of football material during the COVID-19 pandemic. The type of research used is quantitative research with an associative approach, research that seeks a causal relationship between one variable X and variable Y. The data collection technique used in this study is a survey method with instruments in the form of questionnaires and multiple-choice tests. The subjects in this study were students of Aisyiyah Fullday Wedi Junior High School class VIII, Klaten Regency, Central Java Province amounting to 87 people who were determined using the Total Sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is to use statistics with the F test and Product Moment. The results of the study indicate that there is an effect of online learning on students' understanding of football material at Junior High School Aisyiyah Fullday Wedi, Klaten Regency, Central Java Province during the Covid-19 pandemic. This can be seen from the simple linear regression equation Y= 9.610 + 0.413 X and the close relationship between X variable (online learning) and Y variable (understanding football material) which is 0.694 so it is included in the level of a strong relationship. And the contribution (donations) that exist in the X variable to the Y variable is 4.82% while 95.18% is influenced by other variables. From these results, it can be seen that there is an increase or decrease in students' understanding of football material, one of which is influenced by Online Learning at Aisyiyah Fullday Wedi Junior High School, Klaten Regency, Central Java Province.Pengaruh pembelajaran daring terhadap pemahaman materi sepakbola peserta didik pada masa pandemi Covid-19AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran daring terhadap pemahaman materi sepakbola pada peserta didik pada masa pandemi coovid-19. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif, penelitian yang mencari hubungan sebab akibat antara satu variabel X dengan variabel Y. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode survei dengan instrumen yang berupa angket dan tes soal pilihan ganda. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Pertama Aisyiyah Fullday Wedi, Kabupaten Klaten, Provinsi Jawa Tengah kelas VIII yang berjumlah 87 orang yang ditetapkan menggunakan teknik Total Sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan statistik dengan uji F dan Product Moment. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran daring terhadap pemahaman materi sepakbola peserta didik di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Aisyiyah Fullday Wedi, Kabupaten Klaten, Provinsi Jawa Tengah pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 9,610 + 0,413X dan keeratan hubungan variabel X (pembelajaran daring) terhadap variabel Y (pemahaman materi sepakbola) yaitu sebesar 0,694 sehingga termasuk dalam tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Serta Kontribusi (sumbangan) yang ada pada variabel X terhadap variabel Y sebesar 4,82% sedangkan 95,18% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Dari hasil tersebut terlihat meningkat atau menurunnya pemahaman peserta didik pada materi sepakbola salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh Pembelajaran Daring di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Aisyiyah Fullday Wedi, Kabupaten Klaten, Provinsi Jawa Tengah.

Globalization is a phenomenon where the world seems small while the interaction and interdependence among all countries in the world gets more intensive including Indonesia. Beside leading to positive effect, this circumstance also causes negative impact such as national disintegration threats. Those threats relate to many foreign ideologies and cultures entering to Indonesia so the values of Indonesian ideologies became degradable. The emerging threats and interferences are mostly based on ideologiesandreligioninthesakeofpeople’sprosperity.Therecentconditionrequires the importance of revitalizing the values of ideology and culture of Indonesia that can be conducted through national-religious character education which has been induced to people since their childhood one of which through Islamic boarding school. The research was conducted in SMP NU 06 Kedungsuren, Kaliwungu Selatan District, Kendal Regency, Central Java Province. The purpose of this research is to develop the model of inducing nationalist-religious character education in Islamic boarding school that can be applied as a media to decrease or suppress the radicalism threats among young generation. This recent study belongs to qualitative research using R&D research design conducted by applying observation, documentation and interview to the students, teacher, head of foundation, and the principal to find out the educational processinIslamicboardingschool.Afterthat,thebaseofdataandmodelwerecreated. The result of this research is a model of inducing the appropriate nationalist-religious character education implemented in Islamic boarding school.

Training and development of character education requires development efforts to achieve effective and maximum results. This research developed a maangement modeloftraininganddevelopmentofcharactereducationthatfocusedon Padepokan Karakter or the character hermitage as a locus, in order to produce academic, professional, and vocational resources (prospective teachers and teachers) who have excellent competence in spreading the noble character of the nation. Using Researh & DevelopmentApproach,thisresearchuseslocusatPadepokan Karakter ofthePolitics andCitizenshipDepartment,FacultyofSocialScience,SemarangStateUniversity.The subjects of the study were the newly graduated Unnes students, the junior teachers in Semarang City and Central Java Province. The factual management model of training anddevelopmentofcharactereducationthatiscurrentlyinplacecontainsweaknesses invariousaspects,fromplanning,implementation,toevaluationoftheactivities.Onthe basis of the analysis of a number of weaknesses of the factual model, a reconstruction of the conceptual model was then carried out starting from the review of both ethical and emotional factors. The conceptual model was further refined by accommodating the results of focus group discussion with stakeholders so that the building of the managementmodeloftraininganddevelopmentofcharactereducation,byutilizingthe potentialsandresourcesownedby Padepokan Karakter ofthePoliticsandCitizenship Department,FacultyofSocialScience,SemarangStateUniversitywasdeveloped.This model has incorporated various aspects of training, from refinement of factual model weaknesses, consideration of ethical and emotional factors, and the aspirations and needs of stake holders, making it feasible to put into trials in the wider domain.
